I said "Aetna" . She responded with "what plan?" (Again VERY unfriendly tone!) I replied with .....Is that the ONLY question or thing you can ask me before ANYTHING else? Like "hello"or "How Are You?" She said "YES!"......I then asked her...."Am I bothering you????" She replied with "No". Then she proceeded to say he was 4!!! This is after I told her he was 7 about 10 times. She couldn't figure out the dosage for him so we sat there and watched her google it for 10 minutes on her cell phone. She ended up with a HOLE in her ESOPHAGAS. Almost went septic. Now she has feeding tube, which has also failed. Every time she has been admitted, he has failed every single time to show her an ounce of care and come see her and explain anything. It is now Saturday, it's been since TUESDAY and her feeding tube has not been replaced. He hasn't seen her. Has not given her the results of her barium swallow to see if her throat has healed. I wish we were having the great results everyone one else was having with him, but he really seems to have dropped the ball with this patient. Find your heart and passion again dr.
