She ended up with a HOLE in her ESOPHAGAS. Almost went septic. Now she has feeding tube, which has also failed. Every time she has been admitted, he has failed every single time to show her an ounce of care and come see her and explain anything. It is now Saturday, it's been since TUESDAY and her feeding tube has not been replaced. He hasn't seen her. Has not given her the results of her barium swallow to see if her throat has healed. I wish we were having the great results everyone one else was having with him, but he really seems to have dropped the ball with this patient. Find your heart and passion again dr. Or maybe don't bother cutting people open.

I called this office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The front office woman…read more(unfortunately I didn't get her name!) answered the phone. I told her that I had never been there before and would like to schedule an appointment. The very FIRST thing she said to me was "what type of insurance do you have?".....(in a VERY unfriendly tone!) I said "Aetna" . She responded with "what plan?" (Again VERY unfriendly tone!) I replied with .....Is that the ONLY question or thing you can ask me before ANYTHING else? Like "hello"or "How Are You?" She said "YES!"......I then asked her...."Am I bothering you????" She replied with "No". I told her that I no longer was interested in scheduling an appointment with this office. Just thought someone should know if they read their reviews. Again, sadly, she didn't give her name when she answered the phone....but then again why would she with an attitude like that. I then called another ENT office and they were very nice and polite!

They are kind, professional and knowledgeable. They address my concerns at each visit. Before AOC I had previously been to several Otolaryngology offices and received poor treatment from either the ENT or Audiologist. I will continue my care at AOC. He said I had an infection in there which I thought it was also. Put me on ear drops that didn't help. I went back and he suctioned out my ear and put me on a different ear drop told me to follow up in a week. The morning of the follow-up visit I had blood draining from my ear. I told hi about it when I went in that afternoon. He took. quick peek in my ear and told me it looks like you have another infection in there, blood usually indicates a ruptured eardrum and he gave me a script for z pak. When I asked him about a follow up he told me it was not necessary. Being very unhappy I went to another doc for a second opinion. I do not have a rupturned eardrum nor do I have an infection. I was sent for a CT scan and guess what doc. I have a recurrence of cholesteatoma. I am so glad I didn't listen to him. I DO NOT recommend this doctor. DO NOT go to him if you value your or a loved one's health.
