This is probably the worst service I've ever had before it ever even started. I filled out all of their paperwork online telling them what was in the house how many square feet. And a call back three days later I received a email requesting my credit card number. The next day I received a call from their service person requesting what date I wanted to have my ductwork cleaned. I told him that I had never received a phone call and the only thing I have gotten credit card I had questions about they actually did and I wanted the full price, including tax. The next day supervisor called me up while I was asking my questions repeatedly talked over the top of me. Told me that they did not tell people how much that it was going to cost because people would lie to them about what they actually had at their house. I called two other places, gave them the same information received. All of my questions answered in less than five minutes. I would never recommend a service to anyone. We previously used Sound Cleaning for our weekly janitorial at our facility in Seattle. We had only a few service issues over the years, similar things you always expect dealing with basic human errors that usually were just missed/over-looked spots or areas on occasion. We moved into a house which had a two car detached garage which probably hadn't been cleaned in 25 years. There were spider webs, rat droppings, and other unknown things. There was moss on the roof, and a tenuously stable wall and roof structure. and who knows what else. I am so very pleased with Bill's work (Sound Floors). I board dogs and imported a special Marmoleum commercial floor for the main living area. Functional and beautiful right? Nope. It needs a tremendous amount of maintenance unlike the Marmoleum Click that I have other places. It was a nightmare until I found Sound Floors last year. Even though I had the floor heat welded and sealed... it still was a nightmare to keep up with (daily vinegar and water damp mopping). Bill came out and stripped it, refinished it and waxed it. The job lasted 9 months before I had a (BAD DOG) accident that ate through the wax to the floor.
