The ribs, which we paid extra for, were extra dry, and the sausage had no color to it, as if it was not even cooked. About the only halfway edible was the brisket, which is all we could eat. The sides lacked flavor, seasoning, whichever, and the fries were dripping with oil, so that even the container they came in was soaked. This place has not changed its' menu in some time. I had a double barrel baked potato with beef. The quality of the ingredients were good. The potato was large enough for two servings. The amount of beef on the potato was not enough. It was piled on in a way that gave the illusion that there was a great deal of meat to potato ratio. Once I got it home and split it in half I found out that they were a little skimpy on the meat. I had a chopped beef stuffed baked potato and it was so huge that am taking home more than half for dinner. My husband had a chopped beef sandwich and they have more than your average sides to choose from, including some mac'n cheese, mashed potatoes, along with the standard beans, cole slaw, and potato salad.
