Big soulcycle fan here. I have visited many different studios and I am glad that it is now in Brickell. It is a small studio compared to what I am used to in LA but the same great feel and vibe as the other ones. They truly make you feel at home and what I would like to say: you will have a "soulful" experience after you take the class. Instructors I have taken many classes with Soueraya who unfortunately moved back to NYC. Had the chance to take class with Raul and Roger and both are great. You feel energized and zen after the class. Also great playlist for those that are motivated with upbeat and motivational musics. Class If you are looking for an unique spinning class feel I would recommend you to try this studio. I hate working out and spinning was not my thing until I tried for the first time in the Santa Monica Studio. You ride to the rhythm of the songs and you take it at your own pace. What some instructors would say: free your inner weirdness and embrace who you are. Studio Always clean and organized with basic amenities for the students.

This studio is really nice! Located in the heart of Brickell just next to Brickell City Center, parking can be a little hectic so make sure you have plenty of time prior to your class (you can park on the street or just enter the BCC garage) The studio is clean and spacious, there are lockers all around for your stuff and there is a small shop at the entrance with SoulCycle merchandise. I was there for a special event and even though it was packed the staff made sure everyone signed required forms and had their bike appropriately adjusted. They provided towels and water which I assume was just for the event but you get your shoes at check in and leave them in a basket when you are done. The bathroom and showers are clean and stocked with deodorant, hairspray, razors, shaving cream and towels, way more than you usually get in any gym. There is also an area with a big mirror with hairdryers and plastic bags in every restroom/shower for your dirty clothes. The class was high energy and the instructor had a very positive attitude. Music was loud and high energy so it was hard not to get motivated and inspired to keep going. Class also included a little weight training so there were 3 lbs weights conveniently located under the bike seat. Great experience overall!

Loved my visit to Soul BRKL

I went to Soul Cycle this morning to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our instructor Rachel was great, high energy with an awesome playlist that kept the whole class motivated. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Bonus: they validate parking if you park in the Shops at Merrick Park garage.

I absolutely love that the classes have different themes. To me, music is what makes me want to push myself harder in a class and these instructors have some fireeee playlists. So far I have tried: +Best of 2010 with Zoe +Rise & Rihanna with Allison +Bad Bunny Sundays with Cher +Rufus and Friends with Zoe Every instructor has amazing energy and guides you along the way to move with the music. I also love that the staff is super friendly at check in, will help you with your bike, and the studio is immaculate. You can rent shoes at the studio so you have a more comfortable ride, and they provide you with a towel every time. Be prepared to sweat and ride out at your own pace and have a great time. You can park in the garage at Merrick park but my pro tip is to take a class before 9 am and park on the street because the meters don't run until 9 am. TY for giving me some fitness groove back, Soul Cycle!

I had the opportunity to take a morning Friday class with David. Wowee it was great. The studio is…read morea large size. There are lockers in the back to leave your stuff. I did not see a shower but I also did not ask. They had a clean bathroom. I did not see amenities like hair ties available. Once I got settled in my bike there were staff members coming in to support anyone who needed help. Someone came up to me to welcome me to the studio as it was my first time there and asked if there was anything they could do to help. I appreciate the attentiveness. The ride started and David had lots of energy and a great eclectic playlist. It was already about 100 degrees in Miami when I arrived to the studio and the sets being completed with David I felt I was working out outside. I had a great time. I recommended the studio and his classes to friends.

I've been to so many CycleBar classes since my first visit here, but this most one yesterday was…read morethe least motivating. The instructor (Dana, the schedule did say she was a sub for the class), sounded dehydrated and lacked energy in her instruction, though she fully rode and led a detailed workout. She sounded like she should have been narrating a Pilates classes instead. She kept calling out a girl in the class whose mother had taught her how to be an instructor for the entire class. How do I know about this girl's background? The instructor kept commenting on the girl and her mother and saying how she couldn't believe the girl was already in high school. I heard her say one other girl's name once, then she kept calling out to "the Jacksonville crew" in reference to a few riders who had dropped in from Jacksonville. The instructor also kept line dropping from the songs that were playing, as if she couldn't think of anything else to say at the moment. Like "Don't believe me, just watch" from "Uptown Funk". She was an older instructor, so it came off as her trying to be hip and relevant. Her arms sequence was a little hard but short, like she ran out of time and had to shorten it. The whole class was off putting. I felt completely excluded and unmotivated to have fun and put in a good effort. I had to channel my frustration into giving myself a hard workout. Thank goodness the front desk ladies are kind and helpful and already have shoes ready for your bike spot's cubby when you book a class ahead. They still are not giving out towels to use during the workout nor opening lockers to store belongings with the pandemic, so make sure to bring a towel and put your bag next to your bike. The workout is great for cardio exercise, so I'll return for another instructor who doesn't create such an esoteric atmosphere.
