Ive been a member since about 2019, there have been increases in rates, but pricing is still moderate, if add the free parking it really is great value. The classes- consistently good! Energetic, profesional & engaging instructors. They all do a great job at keeping the classes fun with cool playlists. My fave classes are hot pilates, hot bootcamp, various yoga classes and cycling. This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. After a nail appointment, I walked in to ask a few questions. I am new to Pilates and have always been nervous to try. I had the preconceived notion that it was only for an elite group of young athletic flexible people. I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. She answered all my questions and offered an appointment for a free class. I nervously took her up on the offer. I am strong but not very coordinated. I attended the free class and fell in love. The instructor was informative and thorough. I immediately signed up. I started off with twice a week. After a couple weeks I found myself wanting more. I signed up for the unlimited classes. No regrets. I have been a member since March and love it. The app makes it easy to book and learn about the classes offered. I love the variety and expertise of each instructor. Each class shines with the personality of its instructor. ( Arnold, Jeozette, Rosselyn, Marina and David) You can tell they care about their clients and want to set them up for success. The studio is clean and organized. The reformers are in excellent condition. You can see the care. If you are thinking of trying Pilates be sure to stop by the Sunset studio and sign up. For her to tell me about this place. They have different plans, you can pay per class. 5 at a time, 10 at a time, and I believe a year membership with monthly payments. So far I love this place, I look forward to they days I can make it here. It helps me relax, such a stress free zone with nothing but good vibes. They have zones of class time which is what I think is extra awesome, so if you cant make a certain time, Im sure they have at least one time of day that you can make. They also can provide you with blocks and blankets to make your session comfortable. Im usually really cold wherever I go and have to wear a sweater, but this studio is at a comfortable temperature. Its a small little studio so that classes can get packed. They do offer ariel yoga on the weekends. Those you pay for per session, they only have 8 spots at a time so I would recommend booking your spot ahead of time. Staff is also awesome! Such friendly instructors, teaching a class they truly love. Theres a small parking lot but always plenty of spots available. Bathroom is located in the yoga room, so if a class is in session you cant walk in that room to use the rest room.. go before or hold it ! If youre a beginner I wouldnt recommend starting with Fit Body Yoga, that one is a little bit faster pace, some people drip sweat in there, its pretty much a workout! But they have tons of other classes perfect and slow pace for beginners. The owner can explain the difference in all class styles and which is best for you!
