I've been here a few times now, and love each class I've taken. So far I've tried M*ergy Conditioning, and Gravity. Both of these are great, and the teachers are amazing. Gravity is beyond your normal workout.. definitely not something you could set up at home or at just any gym. Hanging from the straps is pretty neat, and I particularly love ab and leg exercises with your feet strapped in. The teacher was great, too. I'll be trying to make this class consistently, assuming I sign up quick enough to get a spot. M*ergy Conditioning, while exercises I can mostly do at home, is a great class as well, and each exercise really had a unique twist I would have never though to do at home anyway (ie. not your standard situp positions). The teacher is awesome. She is motivating, (I mean, seriously, she is in shape!), encourages you to keep going, and best of all, corrects you when you have bad form. Also, she gives great advise on tweaking exercises for your needs (ie. hurt wrists) and gives you advise for exercises and movements to do at home to help with those problem areas. This class really wore me out.. I found myself watching the clock and wishing it would go faster so that my torture would be over and I could go have a drink! After all, that is why we work out, isn't it? I've heard great things of their other classes also.. the more classes I do the more I find myself craving cardio, so I'm really psyched to try their spinning class!

Videosync with Jay Marcos
Katarina R.

Videosync by Jay Marcos is THE best workout class in Miami for dance-lovers. I'm so happy I found this gem through Classpass. I've been searching for a hip hop/high-energy/cardio dance class for a while and this one's even better than I imagined. Jay leads the class with top hit songs and easy to follow moves that still make you feel like you're in a Beyoncé music video. He pushes everyone to dance like no one is watching. Just watching Jay dance is enough motivation as is - his moves are incredible. Love the energy in this class. Love how the lights are dimmed like you're in a club. And love the inspirational pep talks you get each class by Jay. Always leave this class drenched in sweat and smiling! :)

The Body&Soul Crossfit Box

I didn't see any body and soul crossfit listing so I will just review the crossfit portion of this gym here. Even though it appears that this box is owned by a 'globo gym', it is definitely a real box with a real box feel. The coaching was fantastic. He really knew his stuff about all the movements for the day. Proper technique, common mistakes, corrections, and mobility associated with the movement. The members were what I have come to expect from crossfit boxes that I drop into and that means welcoming and nice. The equipment was standard and the space plenty big. Certainly no complaints there. The programming was tough and countained both strength and conditioning sections. As mentioned with the associated 'globo gym', the parking can be tricky. They do have a valet service that I was told is free, so that could make things easier.

I take dance classes here . J Marcos video Sync class is amazing ! You don't have to become a member to take the dance classes , I just buy packages of 5 or 10 classes at a time. Wally's Zumba is a great class too. I've also tried their boot camp class on tues at 10am but my favorite is The Vixen class , if you like sexy dance classes this one is a winner for sure! The facility is amazing , if you enjoy spinning they have a very nice spinning room. The weights room is superb . They offer a variety of options for memberships including body & soul Cross Fit. My 12 year old son is training with Patrick & Graham, they r both great trainers. Body & soul also offer fun classes for teenagers , Check them out !

One of my favorite class since I've been trying different places to workout throughout ClassPass I finally did the CardioBoxing this morning and it was incredible! Challenging OMG ! So good if you're looking to sweat and feel the work on your entire body, I'm so looking forward for the next class. They rent and sale gloves, water, Gatorade in the case you need it.

I attended a free class and signed up right after. I've been coming here for 2 weeks and I have to…read moresay that it's a good stress reliever. The workouts are intense. I've tried other gyms/classes such as barre but I didn't enjoy it. I needed something with more movement. The staff is really helpful and nice. Don't be scared to try this gym out. Most importantly, I love that it's an all women's gym. I also really like that they offer classes at night since I get out of work at 6pm. They give you the option of buying their heart rate monitor to keep track of your heart rate during your workouts but I keep track of it with my Fitbit. Give it a shot!

I've been going to this gym for several years now. I get a good workout most of the time, but…read moresometimes the routines can be a little disappointing. Their class times are less convenient than they used to be. They have one class starting at 6:45 and the next one isn't until 8:30. The latter being too early for me, but 8:30 ends pretty late in the morning (and is after free parking ends on the street). There's definitely some instructors I like more than others. I stopped going regularly over a year ago, when my shoulder was bothering me and I found that some classes I would have to modify a whole zone and it was a struggle to get the instructors to suggest other exercises. Because they continue to play their music very loudly, I've taken to wearing earplugs to protect my ears, but then it's hard for me to hear the instructors. Doing a lot of the exercises on the floor hurts my tailbone and forearms (I wish they had yoga mats) and I miss the rowers (and towels!) they used to have. At least one of their bikes is slightly broken and their ellipticals have been broken at times too. They use monitors to show you what routine to do, but I would say 80% of the time something is cut off like the # of reps. Meanwhile other TVS will have nothing on them. I wish they would invest more effort in making it easy to see what exercises you are doing, especially when they have TVs they aren't using. Almost no one seems to use their heart rate monitors anymore. I stopped bringing mine ages ago, because 50% of the time it wouldn't connect to the screen and I rather use my watch, and who wants to be the one or two people up on the screen? What I find most frustrating and what prompted me to update my rating, is they constantly text me with offers that they will not honor. If they say they are for new members, I've just ignored them, even though it would be great if they didn't text me offers that aren't for me at all. Recently they texted me offering a free week to try their new workout version, with no mention of it being for new members only. Throughout the years, I've noticed changes such as added or removed equipment, but never noticed something drastically new, so I wasn't sure if it had been rolled out already or not. As someone who already works out there occasionally, but hadn't been a member in over a year, I thought maybe they were encouraging me to try to come more frequently like I used to, so I asked if there were any catches and they said no, and I accepted the offering, cancelling another class for next week to go to this one instead. The next day they told me they were revoking the free week. When I expressed my frustration that were not honoring the offer, they called me and aggressively made up a bunch of excuses such as that I texted back too late at night for them to know if I qualified (they texted me after closing time themselves and I responded that same hour) and that their system cannot tell if I come on classpass or not, but not taking ownership of that. Ugh. While I'll continue to partake in their workouts while they are on classpass because as I said I mostly get a good workout, this shady communication was another reminder of why I didn't want to be a full time member. There's been times I was charged a no show fee for a class I didn't sign up for (and therefore didn't attend). When I was a member, I was constantly stressed about if I would be able to use all my classes and I stopped looking forward to my workouts. When I did try to cancel or pause my membership, I always felt harassed about it, having to provide a reason, which is annoying. It has to be done 15 days in advance, which if you are new member, it's especially hard to know after two weeks if you want to keep going or not and I've even had them cancel my membership effective immediately even though I had classes left over! Other times they've been more accommodating, and extended my membership when their was a death in the family and I didn't get to use most of my classes. I wish they were more consistent and reliable with their practices and workouts. So while I recommend trying this gym, I do not recommend becoming a member.

Huge thanks to Diandra L for introducing me to this fabulous gym!…read more In town for a family wedding, I kicked off my Saturday morning with a P.I.T. Conditioning class with Sara. My cousin was my partner in class and there was no lack of motivation as we made our way through 20 stations and got a full body workout including strength and cardio. Sara and Nico were both super welcoming and this gym has an awesome community feel to it where everyone feels welcome. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be a regular here. Instead, I'll keep it in mind for future visits!

I have done this workout at their Wynwood studio and also the Little River location so I knew I was in for a challenging but fun workout. The workout format is PIT (Partner interval training) so you rotate around the room with a partner for 20 stations for 2 minutes each. Depending on the exercise you and your partner alternate for reps or time or work together. If you're someone who has anxiety about trying a new gym and having to pair up with someone you don't know - do not worry about this here! The trainer and also everyone in the class are welcoming and friendly so it's a-ok if you are walking in alone. I love the idea of pairing up with someone who's super into the class because it pushes me to lift heavier, try harder and make them proud. I have gone to Nico's 7:10 am class for the last two weeks and then another Saturday class with Andre. They break up the classes into strength, conditioning and performance days to focus on different styles of training, but I have grown to love the set up of this workout. The studio does have some parking spots in front, but there is also plenty of metered parking nearby as well as a garage. Pro-tip - if you go to a class before 9 am, the meters are free. You'll also want to be sure to bring a towel to this workout as the studio does require it. It's def needed because you work up a sweat and don't want to leave your equipment sweaty for your partner or other class participants. The energy and music during the classes with fuel you to an epic calorie burn, that is gaurenteed!

The staff and coaches keep all the equipment clean throughout each class so you never have to workout after someone sweat all over the equipment! They also provide towels which is a life saver! Showers and bathrooms are both really clean and it's never a hassle to use either. They even provide soaps and shower stuff if you forget yours at home! Super awesome! The workout is traditional movements you see in other hiit type classes utilizing body movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, as well as cardio machines (skierg, rower, and bikes). The movements are displayed on screens and theirs always a coach on the floor to help with modifications. Everyday is focused on a specific part of the body, upper body, lower body, or core and conditioning. It really allows you to push hard because your muscles will get time to recover for a few days before you work them again. You must go check them out and say hi to all the awesome trainers!
