I came in here for the first time with my sister for an ass and AB's class with Steph and oh my god it was so good. Steph was so engaging with all of us and really made sure we were doing all the movements correct. I will definitely be going back to do more of her classes

@thezerolifeproject Before and after hot yoga sculpt. I literally melted away! That's how you know it's working!

This is my favorite spot for a HOT workout. I've tried many different classes with different instructors. Yogalates, yoga sculpt, aerial yoga, and aerial sculpt. All the instructors who work here are amazing. They motivate you and make sure you literally work your butt off! I look forward to trying all the other classes. I plan on checking them all off my list!

This is one of my top two favorite yoga studios in miami! The ambiance is lovely and the teachers are the best. I live for Jo's ab burner workout on Friday's, aerial flow with Patricia, and hip hop vinyasa with AD. I love a good stretch but these classes do more by challenging everybody. Highly recommend! and they're also on ClassPass. My Favorite part is when they place the cold towels on your eyes after class is over. I feel so relaxed and accomplished.

This place has definitely been a game changer for me. As a person with MS, movement and heat can be quite challenging, the variety of classes and the knowledgable instructors have literally changed my life and my body. 100% recommended! Its a wonderful experience!

I was excited, nervous and leapt hyping myself up the whole drive from Palm Beach County lol The studio itself is located near Wynwood but since it was a Sunday afternoon the area was not too busy. Parking- this is where the lost star rating comes in. It's a really small parking lot and there are only 4 designated 'free' spaces. Any other spots within the lot were a $15 fee through cash or zelle. When I walked in there was a class already in session and our party assembled in a small room at the back of the studio. Everything else about my experience (other than parking) was great! I loved how supportive the instructor was to ensure that we are not only getting the most out of our experience but was doing so in the safest way possible. I had a bit of a challenge with some maneuver as an anxious first timer but I know for sure I'll definitely be back to this studio if the opportunity presents itself but for sure other local studios with similar aerial fitness classes. I love that it wasn't a mixed group, we were able to just laugh, be in community and celebrate our friend! All this to say- highly recommended!!

The instructor was very nice and really challenges you to step out of your comfort zone. When we got there we had to wait a while because a previous group had ran over time and delayed the next group that was currently in progress. While we waited we had bites and bubbly to kill time. Even though we had to wait an hour to start, we still had a nice experience. It was well worth the wait. Our group for the class was a total of 10 girls. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Parking is limited and since the other class ran over time, most of us had to valet or street park with pay by phone. The class was very interactive and they had music playing the entire time. It was really a blast and I'm glad we got a chance to experience this new activity. Definitely would come back to do it again!

The atmosphere is chill, nice dim lighting and awesome beats. People are friendly and non judgmental. The instructor is very sweet and motivating. If you haven't tried silks or Lyra before it's a bit intimidating but definitely fun. The second or third time around trying it feels much easier and you feel more motivated to try harder tricks. It's definitely a skill that requires lots of practice but even if you just go a few times you will get a full body workout. The levels in the class are mixed which o liked because there were newbies like me who were lost and tired and trying it best to look pretty. And there were the pros that have been practicing for a while that demonstrated amazing tricks with grace and skill and made it look easy. Gives you something to look forward to as far as commitment. I got an amazing deal to Groupon and I'm looking forward to continue to take classes here and there to mix up my workout routine.

Updated: So, after my first experience I had to update due to owner. I was very disappointed with…read morethe overall experience I have had with Manny , the owner. I had purchased a living social deal for a month long aerial. During Hurricane Irma, the studio was closed for two weeks, due to lack of power. I had about two weeks left and when I had text the owner to ask if they would honor at least one week of what was left and his response was a flat no. Then they proceeded to ask me, via text mind you, if I had to pay my bills during the hurricane, because they did and that is why they couldn't honor the time I was missing. Now I had also purchased a voucher for a friend as a gift, which she used months after the fact. I wanted to go join her for a class, which I then paid out of pocket. She got sick so that day I canceled via the Mindbody app. I had called two hours before the class to see if I could apply the credit towards another class and no one answered the phone. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, the owner, it was after the class and he rudely informed that I was not allowed a refund since I had canceled less than six hours prior. Had I known I wouldn't have gotten and refund and had they answered the phone when I initially called twice, I would have gone to the class without my friend. He then proceeded to tell me that it was not his fault that I was irresponsible. I told him I would gladly pay a fee for canceling within six hours, but would like to have part of what I paid honored and yet again he proceeded with the fact that the rent needs to be paid and that it was not his problem. I had told him that I was trying to refer business, but seeing the two experiences with him, that I would no longer be doing so. My friend also had another bad experience with the owner, Manny. Overall, the level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service has made me update this review to the one star you see. This does not reflect the instructor, Scarlett, who was extremely nice, but the owner, Manny is killing his own business with being the way that he is. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend anyone to this place. What an amazing workout! Ladies and gents, if you're looking for a unique way to workout or just incorporate something new into your regular routine, then this is a great option! I came across this studio on Groupon, which offers unlimited aerial silk classes for a month for $40.00 (totally worth it). Now the studio isn't very big, but they can accommodate up to ten people per class. Our instructor, Scarlette was great! She took her time to warm us up and to explain everything we were doing. We ended up doing 3 stretched and about 4 other poses. Now it will kick your butt since you are fully using your body weight and full body power to do all of this, but you will feel great once you're done. It's definitely a full body work out. They do offer other types of classes and you can check them out on their website. I'll definitely be using my Groupon to the fullest :)

Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. First, the location was not very inviting, tucked away in a cluster of warehouses. Once inside, we began with stretching. There were young children running around the small studio space, I'm not sure if they were related to the instructor or another participant, but this made it hard to focus. In a paid adult class, I expected a more professional, distraction-free environment. The bigger issue arose when it was time to claim a pole. I saw one available with a phone nearby, but no one was standing next to it or using it, so I assumed it had been left behind during stretching. I went to use that pole, and a woman to my left started trying to get my attention. Due to the music volume, I couldn't hear her clearly. I realized she was telling me that the phone was hers. I asked if she wanted me to pass her the phone. She instead repeated that it was also her pole, sounding annoyed. I explained that I hadn't seen anyone claiming the pole. What followed felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive. She returned to her friend and started commenting about the situation. The studio is small, so I could hear pieces of the conversation through the music. The studio also has mirrors, so it was obvious that her tone and expressions were directed at me. Then, she walked up to the instructor and spoke to her. Shortly after that, the instructor approached me and asked for my name, which made me feel singled out and put on the spot in front of the group. I hadn't done anything wrong, I followed the instructions and picked a pole that appeared to be unclaimed. For the rest of the class, this same participant clapped enthusiastically for others but noticeably refrained from doing so for me. Instead, she gave me dirty looks and made me feel excluded. The whole interaction came off as cliquish and unnecessarily hostile, which is disappointing in what should be an empowering and supportive space for women. What's most concerning is that I signed up for this class days in advance. There should have been enough poles for everyone who registered. If there's limited space or equipment, that should be made clear upfront. It's unfair to register more people than you can reasonably accommodate. This was my first experience with pole dancing, and I had hoped it would be a confidence-building and uplifting environment. Instead, I left feeling awkward and disrespected. I hope the studio can address the equipment and capacity, but most importantly, the atmosphere (making all newcomers feel welcome) so that others have a more positive first experience.
