Just finished my second class today and wow... the way i have felt after these past two classes has been remarkable. Coming from someone that hasnt worked out for a better part of 7 years, it's intense but doable. So far the instructors are amazing. Instructor Zaidas effervescence is gravitating. Instructor Ashleys energy is motivating. I wanted to check out something new to do for myself after my divorce and this is just the thing. They were/are extra precautious with spacing between the bikes, the mask, and the cleanliness of the studio is zero to none. I've taken a class with each of the instructors and they're all special and outstanding in their own way. I bought a month's membership for spin class only. I went religiously until I had a roller blading accident where I fractured my arm one week into my membership) I advised Marquis where he was understanding and allowed me to make up my lost classes. Long behold Ashley who I have not seen once train a class comes and sits down during a class. She pulls Marquis aside and whispers to him. I already knew what was coming. She had him (instead of her approach me) tell me that I was no longer welcome because my membership had expired. I completely understand if it were me being lazy but my are my literally broken. I guess that's their views on customer satisfaction. Will never go back. I am also on a mass email list which I have repeatedly asked to be removed from but to no avail. I had forgotten all about this business until today when I got another unwanted email. Thanks but no thanks. LA Fitness in west Kendall offers fantastic spin classes that blows these amateurs out of the water. Plus you get the extras of saunas, pools, steams. Actual work out machines and trainers that care. I'm all for small businesses but these people have proven to me they are NOT about customer service. read more

Wonderful welcoming place, amazing instructors. I felt right at home from the first day. Ashley helped me get set up and explained how the bike works and what the different positions were that would be called out during class. I really enjoyed my first class and have been there ever since! The classes are challenging but fun, the lights and music let you get in the zone and get a great workout. I look forward to class everyday. The instructors are all incredible and they really push you to do your best in every class. After trying this cycling location for the first time I can only say good things. The instructor was very welcoming and overall knows what she's doing! I had taken other cycling classes in the past but not with upper body weights implemented. It was a challenge but great because it was different. I found out about this place on Groupon after being bored of the gym for a few months. After the reading the reviews, I decided to try them out. Glad I did! The instructors are friendly and welcoming! I was able to try out most of the instructors and so far I love Ashley, Vivian, and Marquis! They are very helpful and give you tips to improve your ride (especially if you're a beginner). The classes are intense and they incorporate upper body workouts which is great! Found Cycle Zone through a Groupon deal a while back and I'm really happy I did. It's a local owned spin studio with great instructors and the personal touch only small businesses can offer. The owners, Ashley and Marquis, are friendly and accommodating. There are a couple other instructors, Vivianna and Allison and they are all great as well. Although they are all slightly different with their style and music tastes, you're always guaranteed to get a good workout in. They incorporate upper body and core exercises into their classes which is really nice and helps to keep the class challenging and interesting. Unlike bigger chain gyms, you will not need to arrive an hour early to secure your spot. Reserving a bike is quick and painless using the Mindbody app. Highly recommended to new and experienced spinners! read more

I recently had a baby and was looking for something new to lose the baby weight. I'm so glad I found Cycle Zone on Groupon so I could get back to spinning and get in better shape. I've only had classes with Ashley and Marquis and they're really GREAT and motivating. I'm sure any other instructor they hire is top notch as well! They are also accessible if there's any problems with booking, cancelling, I'm running late, etc. Their policies are clear and fair, as well, in my opinion. Classes are fun and high energy, and the music is good too. Classes are small so to me it's not intimidating, or hard to get to know ppl, and have some comradely. After being diagnosed with chronic knee conditions, I set out on a search for something low impact yet effective to replace my previous crossfit, bootcamp, and orange theory routines. I found Cycle Zone on Groupon and am so happy I found this little gem in Kendall! I was looking for a boutique style place to workout and this is just that! Small class sizes which allow the instructors Ashley and Marquis to focus on each client. They are very accommodating and gave me plenty of tips to ensure I wouldn't suffer any issues with my knees. The classes are always fun and the energy is nonstop throughout! The location is ideal and the studio is comfortable where the atmosphere between the instructors and the clients is very friendly and positive and everyone pushes each other. You'll notice improvements in your form, performance and stamina quickly if you are consistent and listen to the advice the instructors give you. The app used to book classes and make payments is also very user friendly and takes the hassle out of that aspect of working out at a studio. I really enjoy spinning at Cycle Zone and am excited to see my results in the months to come with the continued support from Ashley and Marquis.
