Not the most modern of equipment but it will do the trick. I don't like the hours too much. As of this writing expect a close down at 10pm and Saturdays until 4pm, even shorter for Sunday. Right now $30.00 a month gets you a no-nonsense monthly membership with no contracts or scams. Parking can be a challenge here as they share the space with a Sedanos supermarket.

For this price point, you can't do better than chain Planet Fitness! I bought the least expensive package to start, and turned down the free upgrade to try the bigger plan. Despite that, They really have everything you need to stay fit. The mobile check in, easy to use well placed self service lockers and convenient setup areas are all user friendly. They are welcoming while being non obtrusive. The app is also helpful to pick non peak times. I love the non-judgement zone theme! Locker room/Bathrooms are reasonably clean. The owner Johnny, originally work at the "old Porkys". He has opened this smaller version. It is very small but has a more then adequate range of machines & weights. The price is reasonable. There are trainers available. We are thrilled to be back in a more focused training environment. We look forward to going every week. It is " kinda of being back in our 'old' Porky's"! She also accused me of freezing my account, which an LA fitness employee froze when I was fixing my billing information. The issue got resolved, when she realized what happened. Very rude, not the first bad interaction I have had with staff here, but definitely the worst. Not worth the money.

I come here for a morning workout to start off my day (and there is one every hour starting at 5:30 am), and it is the perfect way to get the endorphins pumping. Each day is set to a perfect theme, so this gym always adds variety to your week. I highly recommend trying a workout here and have to say their Saturday workouts are my favorite because you get a full body workout, like some days. Everyone who works here is also very welcoming, so you get excellent customer service. It is at an ideal location- right next to a Publix so you can meal plan after a workout if that is your preference. Highly recommended. F45 is my favorite among interval gyms because I am not a fan of treadmills and running- but that preference is up to you. They also have more space than some F45s. I went to an F45 in Dallas, and that space was tighter than this one. I highly recommend giving them a try.

The scary type of gym people who don't know any better imagine, Except, there was nothing scary about it. Familiar faces, classical Equipment and the knowledge that you were gonna leave better than when you came. Miami Iron Gym takes me back to that. It's a place where grunting is allowed so long as you retail your weights. There's no link alarm and no texting. You don't workout, you train. No wannaBe drill sergeants shouting Etsy quotes at you while they film themselves. It's beautiful: people lifting. Imagine that. I was in town and didn't want to skip Leg day so I paid the drop in fee and spoke to Mr Juan at the front desk who was great. I made very sure to get my moneys worth in their variety of machines. This place is no frills and looks like the place you go to see some genuine changes in your mind and body.

The moment you walk in you are greeted with a burst of positive energy from Reggie who serves up the best Cuban coffee. Devon and other front desk associates are always so cheerful and accommodating. Let's not forget the most important...the coaches! Our head coach Roly is so inspiring and really motivates us when we are at the gym playing the best music and is always making sure we do the workouts correctly. Coach Sienna is another incredible coach and is so creative when it comes to specialty workouts. Coach Steve is also so much fun and plays great music. Coach Giuliana is also another fantastic coach! Coach Manny is also really motivating. Abby is such a great leader for all the locations and creates amazing opportunities for all the members to enjoy together. The manager that goes by Chino, has made many inappropriate comments not just to me but young girls as well. He has grabbed the behind of the woman at the front desk making inappropriate comments when she clearly looked uncomfortable. He has made sexual remarks to minors openly at the gym aswell. He has tried selling steroids to my friend at the gym in the past which is something by the name of anavar? Claiming it would enhance her body. He also offered her a massage in the break room and said it would have made her "feel good", hinting erotic behavior. I have watched female members walk in and out of the break room. I once checked out curiosity and the door was locked with a female member inside. He also yells aggressively to his female employees and I have multiple times heard him calling them "Bitch". That is not a way to speak to your employees yet alone female ones. I plan that you avoid this gym as a woman because this is an unsafe environment.
