I've been here a number of times for the Friday and Saturday morning workout classes with Lawrence,…read moreusing ClassPass. (It costs very few credits, which is always great!) I know that no matter when I go, Lawrence always leads a challenging and well rounded workout. With class names like "HIIT 2.0" and "Strong AF", you know you'll enter a tough and rewarding experience. The gym itself is huge, with plenty of weight machines, treadmill and bikes. You do need to wear a mask to enter, and you used to have to keep it on the entire time you were there during the height of the COVID pandemic, but I noticed during my most recent visit this morning that some people had their masks off while exercising and walking between machines and areas. There's a room next to the general weight room for turf like training, and another room in the back of the gym where the group workouts take place. When I went this morning, I saw they had remodeled the space to create one for a separate boxing gym. Outside of the clear gate they set up for the boxing gym, they have rowing machines, treadmills, boxes and a rig set up for regular use (and in our case, grotto workout use). The classes incorporate a lot of CrossFit exercises and structuring, but there are no barbells involved to grunt lift. Think dumbbells for chest flys and bicep curls, kettlebells for snatches and swings, rowers for cardio, boxes for, well, box jumps and pull-up steps and medicine balls for wall balls (which I have a love hate relationship with). If you have CrossFit experience, great, and if you don't, not to worry, because Lawrence goes over and demonstrated all of the movements involved in each round. The group workouts have been very small so that we can space out, used our own equipment and get good attention and correction on form from Lawrence. He does a great job of holding everyone accountable and pushing everyone to do their best exercises with good form and speed. The workout is pretty much over 45 minutes long, so the cool down is typically brief. I recommend you take some time afterwards to do some extra stretching, because it's highly likely that you'll feel the soreness within the same day. There are only 1-2 paper towel and cleaner bottle stations, so I ended up walking to the weight room and back to get a paper towel with cleaner fluid to wipe down my mat and the other equipment I used. This gym is always popular when I go, so I hope people are being reminded to clean their equipment, since we weren't after our workout. But bring your own towel and water bottle, and find a lot of hard exercising people and motivation to get that workout done!

He was very informative and very professional and the gym was huge because it's a warehouse that includes a boxing ring, all types of machines, squatting and deadlifting equipment, cardio machines, and everything you need for bodybuilding and powerlifting! The memberships start off at $100 a month I believe. P.S- I saw Jake Paul with his crew haha.
