I had the opportunity to take a morning Friday class with David. Wowee it was great. The studio is a large size. There are lockers in the back to leave your stuff. I did not see a shower but I also did not ask. They had a clean bathroom. I did not see amenities like hair ties available. Once I got settled in my bike there were staff members coming in to support anyone who needed help. Someone came up to me to welcome me to the studio as it was my first time there and asked if there was anything they could do to help. I appreciate the attentiveness. The ride started and David had lots of energy and a great eclectic playlist. It was already about 100 degrees in Miami when I arrived to the studio and the sets being completed with David I felt I was working out outside. I had a great time. I've been to so many CycleBar classes since my first visit here, but this most one yesterday was the least motivating. The instructor (Dana, the schedule did say she was a sub for the class), sounded dehydrated and lacked energy in her instruction, though she fully rode and led a detailed workout. She sounded like she should have been narrating a Pilates classes instead. She kept calling out a girl in the class whose mother had taught her how to be an instructor for the entire class. How do I know about this girl's background? The instructor kept commenting on the girl and her mother and saying how she couldn't believe the girl was already in high school. I heard her say one other girl's name once, then she kept calling out to "the Jacksonville crew" in reference to a few riders who had dropped in from Jacksonville. The instructor also kept line dropping from the songs that were playing, as if she couldn't think of anything else to say at the moment. Like "Don't believe me, just watch" from "Uptown Funk". She was an older instructor, so it came off as her trying to be hip and relevant. Her arms sequence was a little hard but short, like she ran out of time and had to shorten it. The whole class was off putting. I felt completely excluded and unmotivated to have fun and put in a good effort. I had to channel my frustration into giving myself a hard workout. Thank goodness the front desk ladies are kind and helpful and already have shoes ready for your bike spot's cubby when you book a class ahead. They still are not giving out towels to use during the workout nor opening lockers to store belongings with the pandemic, so make sure to bring a towel and put your bag next to your bike. The workout is great for cardio exercise, so I'll return for another instructor who doesn't create such an esoteric atmosphere. read more

I tried CycleBar when I saw them on ClassPass and wanted a class to fit in with my schedule. I've been passing by CycleBar for years (they're located in the Publix shopping center in the Aventura Mall loop). I showed up for my class with Kayla Simon 15 minutes prior to class start and was greeted by all of the staff members very warmly and Mimi at the front desk provided me with a warm welcome, provided me with my cycle shoes and showed me to the studio and my bike. I had never been to this studio before and Mimi helped fit me to my bike and also fit my shoes to the bike. I'm so glad she did, it was kinda complicated to figure out how to get strapped into the bike, lol! Kayla came in and got the room ready for class and rev'd up and overall the class had a great energy to it. I didn't like that a few latecomer customers were let in 15-20 minutes into the class and disturbed the class vibe. I've been to other cycling studios in the area and if you're not there on time, you get "locked out". And now, I appreciate that policy that the other studio has. Good studio overall, with an excellent coach (david's classes), but the organization there is a bit lacking. Understaffed at front desk, with their priority focused on selling classes (clearly their priority), not helping riders. Case in point at today's class had to wait a long time to enter a locker that had malfunctioned (apparently a frequent occurrence) b In addition, towels are not on the bikes and are sometimes hard to find, ear plugs are behind the front desk, but when there is no one at the front desk (as was the case with my class today), it's hard to get those (or anything else that needs attention). read more

June 16, 2023 Hip Hop Happy Hour with Brandon was absolutely everything I could ask and hope for in a cycling class-tension, sprints, climbing. For me, it was a full body workout on the bike. Brandon's energy was contageous; he moviativated the class His music was ; it made me dance on the bike and helped me to keep going and push harder. Note - I wasn't feeling well it was suggested by the front desk associate to sit in the lobby a few minutes; I sat there between 5 to 10 minutes. Hearing the music motivated me to as lesst try to ride. So I went inside and initially rode sitting down, but still keeping the pace Brandon gave. Within a song or two I got up, and it was Happy Hip Hop Happy Hour to me! I highly recommend Hip Hop Happy Hour with Brandon on Fridays. This was not my first time riding with him, but it felt like my best time because it helped get me out of the yucky feeling I was having. read more

I had been a member of this place for 2 years; it was the most fund, clean, and amazing place to ride. This studio started declining their service, and the owner is the most nasty, unprofessional person you can ever deal with. They do not clean the floor; you always need to be careful not to fall down on their slippery floor because they do not clean it, and the cherry on top, a member spilled out water on the floor and did not check before the next class. We are paying over $100.00 to enjoy the class, but the owner only cares about the money and how to make you feel like you don't matter as a member. Unfortunate to see how this place has been downgrading their service. Not recommending this place ever again. read more

I am absolutely in love with this space and it's staff! Nikki at the front is super helpful and Heather is a bad ass coach, i loved her! I recently went to a cycling studio in a building in Edgewater and it was small, the bikes were old and I didn't love the vibe and the parking was insane and impossible. THIS STUDIO IS AMAZING, lots of parking, right by Aventura Mall! Super clean and they have Schwinn bikes which are just so comfortable to ride, I'm going back this Saturday and can't wait! read more

I appreciate the 7pm classes during the week. If it weren't for 7pm spin classes I would not be able to spin after work so its been a total game changer for me! The instructors are great and I like that the AC is pumping in the studio as a lot of other spin studios don't cool the studios enough. Keri & Laura awesome but all of the classes I have been to have been enjoyable. Its also located a 2 minute walk to the new expansion of the Aventura mall (aka Tap42!). read more

What can I say but only positive things about this place! I have been to other indoor cycling bars but this one is top notch. They are understanding with any concerns or needs you may have if you may have injuries and ready to assist you if they can make the experience better for you. They have wine /beer and snacks some days and a brunch class too on Sundays. Perfect place! read more

First time ever doing a cycle class, and it won't be the last. The staff was beyond friendly and not to mentioned the instructor was amazing (caren). She pushed you, but at the same time made sure your body can handle this work out. Surprisingly, I didn't do as bad as I thought I was going too. Since it was my first class and my first time I tried my best and it was the best 45 minutes to start your morning with! The place is super clean and they even provide you with towels and they have a water dispenser to fill up your bottles. I'm a little nervous for how sore I will be tomorrow, but definitely recommend everyone to try this out. Oh, did I mention the first class is free also?! Can't wait to come back. read more

Gave this studio a try bc mine is under construction and I am very pleasantly surprised. Never really loved flywheel because it's very cliquey, and redbike is very good but doesn't give you any method of tracking your rpm, miles, calories, etc. I loved the instructor I took, and loved that I didn't have to show my name on the board but could still track my personal stats. The shoes here are not spd clips but the clips on the bikes work for both, so you can borrow theirs or bring your own. Great music too. read more

Nespresso Ride at 6:30am was my first and it was a great experience. From the time I opened that door, friendly staffed greeted me and showed me around. Suyumi helped me out with the bike and I was ready to go! The music, lights, and motivation was fantastic!! The place is clean! They provide so many amenities and extra goodies like bananas, coffee, towels, showers, etc. I'll be back again this week! And next and next! read more

The ladies who work at the front desk are sweet but I canceled my account and spoke with them over the phone about it and no one informed me over the or after I canceled I would be charged another $159 for another month just for canceling which I let them know I wouldn't be able to use. When I contacted them about this issue they gave me the run around directing me to different people who weren't trying to help me with the issue instead the owner Motty responded to me saying they have hundreds of riders they deal with and dont have to time or energy to help me with my issue. He continuously spoke down to me and told me I need to be quiet and listen more and totally dismissed my concern which was totally unprofessional. I would have preferred some type of accommodation to the issue knowing when I spoke to them over the phone I wouldn't be able to come back so they charged me $159 knowing this. read more
