I was able to come in for their free classes for the first two weeks before their grand opening. I had to take advantage of their Founding Memberships since this studio is so close to me and I loved all their classes and instructors that I got to take class from so far. The studio is small but clean. I believe it holds about 20-ish reformers and each instructor always made sure to go over the reformer and helped everyone throughout class. They had lockers to put your stuff in at the front of the studio, a water fountain and two bathrooms. A great addition to the area and my new spot for pilates!

I originally started coming because I felt like I simply needed to stretch more, but what I found here goes far beyond stretching. Each class feels like a complete reset -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's the kind of holistic wellness experience you don't realize you need until you actually go through it. As a medical professional, I deeply appreciate the level of knowledge all of the instructors have when it comes to human anatomy. You can tell the teaching here is rooted in years of study and real understanding of how the body moves, heals, and strengthens. That makes a huge difference, and it's something I personally value a lot when choosing where to practice. The atmosphere in the studio stays very authentic to traditional teaching styles, which creates a calm, grounded environment the moment you walk in. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and welcoming, and the space itself is very comfortable with a large parking lot, reasonable pricing, and plenty of class times that make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Philip is an amazing teacher. His depth of knowledge, years of practice, and ability to explain movement in a way that makes sense -- and even makes it fun -- is truly special. You can feel how much experience he brings into every 90-minute class, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for more than just a workout. This is real yoga, taught by people who truly understand the body, the mind, and the practice.

Seeing the behind the scenes is a great way to see the full scope of the business and honestly will say this studio is one of the cleanest studios I've been too. The prices did increase recently and took away guest passes which made it worth the price but now it's a higher price and took away perks. About the only hazard is when a jet ski or small boat cruises a long and creates a wake! I also really appreciated that she offered plenty of modifications, which made the class feel approachable no matter where you were in your practice. After reporting it, I was reprimanded by the business's owner instead of taken seriously -- the owner's behavior was dismissive, narcissistic, and unprofessional from start to finish. The owner then blocked me from attending future sessions without making a single effort to call or email and resolve the issue. The place also severely lacks diversity. One receptionist was warm and respectful, while the other -- the white-passing mixed-race receptionist -- had a clear attitude and greeted everyone except me. The energy there feels cliquish and cult-like. Lost interest in supporting that business after those incidents. Found other more inclusive and warm businesses that aligned with my values who were transparent.
