Boy will you sweat! Hope you don't have a man or a towel they also provide rentals for a small fee. They also have a bathroom/locker room with some available showers in case you need to rinse off or head on over somewhere afterwards. If you need a towel, it is also three dollars for shower towels. I recommend their hot Mount Pilates class. It's the best! Sometimes classes are pretty full so you have to figure out where to place your Matt get there a little bit early to find your spot. The instructor usually will correct your form if she sees you doing it incorrectly.

I am likely not to attend this class time anymore because of the heat alone. Although she does hand out a cold drink and cool aroma therapy towels at the end that is helpful. You follow the instructor but this isn't the type of class where the instructor will correct or help your form. There is a Market going on at the same time as the class so it's cool to stroll around and see what the vendors are selling afterward. I had to pay parking if $25 via pay by phone app and that was a bummer. Moonlight yoga Occasional monthly event. $15 cash Attended Thursday at 630pm. They bring speakers and there are 2-3 row sections facing the beach. The sound of the ocean is beautiful. The studio went under new ownership, and made some aesthetic changes which I found very nice. The studio is still very clean and homey, as well as organized. I can't speak for all classes or instructors, of course. But tonight I took beginners with Melody who has been there for at least 10 years. She is the real deal! An amazing yoga teacher who can break down poses anatomically, but also has an amazing spiritual presence. I'd be there every week if I lived closer.

There studio is at the beginning of a row of what seems to be warehouses and garage spaces. I got lucky and found a parking spot at the front of the lot. The studio space itself is charming and relaxing. I love the small lights they have hanging from the ceiling, and the temperature inside was cool and comfortable. There was an area to place our personal belongings, and the studio was clean and well taken care of. The class I went there for was done by a traveling group, so I won't go in detail about the experience, but I enjoyed it! I would visit this space again.

I'm talking 2 hours of pure balanced and enriched atmosphere! The cozy studio is located off East Sunrise Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale, on the 2nd floor of a small street strip shopping mall. As I came in the atmosphere was set for relaxation and learning, all the attendants were very much in tune and ready to enjoy this unique experience. You could choose between meditation only or meditation and Acupuncture. I chose the last one as I really needed to set my energy for 2016 bar really high. The lights were dimmed low, the soothing smell of burning incense, the music playing low volume set the tone for the experience. One of the guides was going around playing a funky blow instrument with great vibration that he would play around your body and it created am incredibly relaxing sensation. I don't want to spoil the whole experience, but it was so worth the drive ( I'm coming from Boca!) and the time, it's a two hours set followed by Kava drinks (vibrated inside the crystal bowl!) and fruits. The energy around was just magnificent at the end, so much that people just stayed in talking, mingling and enjoying every single last minute there. It was indeed a great relaxing time that I will most certainly repeat very soon! Namaste!

Through the next door is a large yoga studio which is decorated with a peaceful, simple esthetic. It's cute, clean and comfortable. I like that there are more cubbies in the main yoga room for personal belongings and the natural lighting. There are two restrooms which can be accessed from the yoga studio. The restrooms are also clean and organized, offering hair ties for anyone who may have forgotten one. The studio has bolsters, yoga blocks and other yoga items to help with your practice. Chloe ran the class smoothly making sure to offer multiple poses for all yoga levels or for those with injuries. I enjoyed her class and appreciated how she reminded us to breathe and check in with our bodies throughout our different stretches. I will definitely come back!
