This place rocks! I feel at home stretching in the heat, with the Barkan method being offered by Jimmyji Barkan himself or a fun freestyle musical stretch with Corbin, it's a beautiful place to come & get your yoga on. They have a robust schedule, a fun boutique up front and showers for apres-yoga.

The studio is owned by a brightly energetic human named Corbin Stacy, former flight attendant and long time yogi with smart business sense and strong knowledge base. Turns out to be a winning combination in customer service, class offerings, aesthetic and over attitude at this studio. The space itself is located on the third floor of a shopping center, which seemed a unlikely spot for such a wonderful place to do yoga. They're are two studio rooms at Yoga Home, cleverly named the "living room" and the "family room." One heated with a fancy heat- tech system, one unheated. I took classes in both. Let's start with unheated. "Healing yoga all-levels" offered almost everyday, is super accessible to all body types and fitness levels. Starts with a meditation, there's aroma therapy peppered throughout, we did some color therapy at one point and the rest is gentle stretching and body mind connection awareness. People love this class, I mean, there was an applause at the end people enjoyed it so much. I also took a variety of heated classes. My favorite classes were the ones taught by the owner. The music was great, he has a motivating cadence in his speech, and an authentic voice. I found the flow creative and the variations offered on asanas plentiful. There are something like 50 classes offered through the week, I'm confident there is something for everyone. The other standout class for me was Anuttara Raja which focusing on breath work and alignment, to guide you into relaxed poses, held for extended periods of time with a goal of accessing deeper meditative states. Yum. Also the bathrooms are great. Showers, soap, haircare, mouthwash, towels, everything you could need.

Loved teaching here for Student Empowerment Summer Camp. Join us again June 2019

Corbin's space at Yoga hOMe is so beautiful- amazing floors and beautiful bathrooms/showers. I loved teaching my training there and can't wait to be back in the space

My body adapts to the heaters in the studio just fine and the heat makes me detox and sweat out all the bad toxins. I like to bring my water bottle to class but limit the amount of drinking while in your studio. Personally, I like to hydrate before and after class. I like how each instructor has a different style of heat to spice up any of the classes offered. And there are many classes offered which help the people who do not have a 9-5 job. One thing I wish was better was the spacing! It's a very teeny weeny studio and some classes I can't properly stretch enough because I feel I might bump into the person next to me! Overall, dear hotty you got many yogis such as myself who appreciate this studio! Sincerely, Me ~

This is usually my Pilates studio, so it was fun switching things up and trying something different. The class was super engaging and definitely challenging, but I felt so good afterward. The instructor, as always, was really kind and did a great job making sure everyone understood the movements. She explained not only how to do certain moves, but also what they help with, like posture, digestion, and overall body awareness, which I really appreciated. It was a tough but rewarding class, and I left feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. I'd definitely recommend this class if you're looking to challenge yourself while still feeling supported.

It's very convenient and I like getting to know the staff for a more personal experience. There are two main workout rooms. One room offers yoga, barre, mat Pilates, strength and TRX. The other room is for reformer Pilates. I have tried Vinyasa yoga. Lynzy was is amazing with the flow. Not only was it a great workout, I also felt the benefits of a full body and much needed stretch. I took mat Pilates, reformer Pilates and barre Pilates fusion. I'm new to Pilates so I'd need to try different Pilates classes at other locations to provide more insight on what I would expect to feel after these workouts. I'd probably try the mat Pilates before the reformer Pilates because of the visibility to see the movement instruction. In the reformer Pilates class all of the reformers are in a single line and there's a pillar in the middle of the room. I. The class I took it was hard to see the instructor if she was giving instruction on the other side of the room with the pillar blocking the way. There are also some things I didn't know if I was doing right and I don't feel that I was given much guidance. I was watching other people in the class to see what they were doing as were other women around me. Barre Pilates was great for working on core strength but some of the Pilates pads weren't holding air. The instructor mentioned that they aren't the best quality. She also said she came in early to add more air to the pads so it sounds like they need to be replaced. This left me feeling a little weary that they're not updating their equipment often enough. My pad held air but I would be disappointed if I showed up to a class and couldn't get a proper workout because the equipment was lacking. My favorite class by far is the TRX class instructed by Nikki. Wow! She is awesome in watching form and giving alternative moves to those in need. I'm active and do strength training regularly. Her workout left me sore in places I haven't been sore in a very long time. Her workout targeted areas I've been trying to work for quite some time, like bra bulge areas. I look forward to going back to her class! The descriptions on Class Pass tell you what you need to bring. Overall, this is a great place to experience several different types of workouts. The staff are friendly, encouraging and enthusiastic. I observed that a majority of the clients are women so if you're a woman looking for a place to feel more comfortable I'd recommend The Strength District.

The check in desk is where I was greeted by the owner Susan! She offers yoga mats & towels for a very small fee. I noticed some super cute clothing and jewelry for sale. While I waited to sign in I glanced over to my right...... I enjoyed the lovely white curtains as they caught the wind, blowing in and out. The actual studio was like being in a retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle of the real world. The floors, the inspirational quote on the wall & the basic/simple ambiance! I originally started coming because I felt like I simply needed to stretch more, but what I found here goes far beyond stretching. Each class feels like a complete reset -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's the kind of holistic wellness experience you don't realize you need until you actually go through it. As a medical professional, I deeply appreciate the level of knowledge all of the instructors have when it comes to human anatomy. You can tell the teaching here is rooted in years of study and real understanding of how the body moves, heals, and strengthens. That makes a huge difference, and it's something I personally value a lot when choosing where to practice. The atmosphere in the studio stays very authentic to traditional teaching styles, which creates a calm, grounded environment the moment you walk in. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and welcoming, and the space itself is very comfortable with a large parking lot, reasonable pricing, and plenty of class times that make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Philip is an amazing teacher. His depth of knowledge, years of practice, and ability to explain movement in a way that makes sense -- and even makes it fun -- is truly special. You can feel how much experience he brings into every 90-minute class, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
