I like how each instructor has a different style of heat to spice up any of the classes offered. And there are many classes offered which help the people who do not have a 9-5 job. The room is quaint and I enjoy the close knit family feeling of the studio. The heat is at the perfect temperature and the air is not so heavy I can't breathe. There's also a humidifier on to compliment the heat. Overall, very good first hot yoga experience. Will be coming back.

I only take the reformer Pilates classes usually with Lita, she's so amazing. Really cares about you and your workout and wants to make sure that you're not only enjoy it, but feel like you're getting what you want out of your workout. She does have a more strength training style on the reformer, which I do enjoy I have seen muscle growth and strength build, but does use some classical Pilates techniques, of course. I also really like Nancy. She has more classical Pilates classes great instruction as well very clear and fun but challenging. I love that they provide towels not all Pilates places do and fans in front of every reformer, which is really nice!

The owners are extremely kind and helpful. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from, and I have never taken a bad class here! I've done hatha, yin, "vin-yin", gentle flow, etc and all have been fantastic. They use the mind body app, so you are able to check in online before you get there which is way more convenient than standing at the desk and waiting to sign in (they did this before corona virus as well). Post corona-virus they have added HVAC purification system and have markings on the floor to ensure how to properly social distance. I like that this studio is small and has a "home-like" atmosphere. It's not like other studios that feel like a gym. I love this studio!

I did my part by contacting the studio and requesting the cancellation, and I was specifically told it would be taken care of. Now I have to deal with another charge and spend more of my time trying to fix something that I was already told had been resolved. If you cancel your membership here, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation and checking your account afterward. Unfortunately, being told that it will be taken care of was clearly not enough in my case.

The island is well shaded. There are a few butterfly statues which make for a nice photo op. You catch the shuttle boat at Sullivan Park, it runs on the hour between 10 and three Friday through Sunday. Parking is convenient ( and free) in the large lot. If you have children you could also visit Sullivan Park. Local lore has it that Al Capone buried some treasure here although it has never been found. You can see all the island in about an hour but could make a day of it with a picnic lunch.

Chill vibe, cushion floors, lots of wall space (for handstands) 2 big mirrored walls, super clean, showers, toiletries & hand towels if you need (that smell awesome) super cute clothes for sale & plenty of parking Sooooo many classes to choose from (over 50 a week!!!) wow, with that many, there's no excuse not to go! And the teachers....I love the fact that this place has so many different amazing teachers each one guiding us with their own unique practice. And honestly, there's not one who's style of teaching I didn't like. I've been to many studios in South Florida & NJ (snowbird) & I can tell you without a doubt, yoga hOMe is by far, THE BEST!!! I definitely found my new hOMe in here in Florida. I wish yoga hOMe was in New Jersey because they blow the studio I go to up there Away! I loved it so much I used to work at the front desk in exchange for classes. Sadly I moved too far away and couldn't attend classes very often. The studio went under new ownership, and made some aesthetic changes which I found very nice. The studio is still very clean and homey, as well as organized. I can't speak for all classes or instructors, of course. But tonight I took beginners with Melody who has been there for at least 10 years. She is the real deal! An amazing yoga teacher who can break down poses anatomically, but also has an amazing spiritual presence. I'd be there every week if I lived closer.

In November 2025, just hours after signing my divorce papers, I had an astrology reading with Angela. That session became a turning point in my life. Instead of feeling like I needed to change who I was, I learned to embrace who I truly am. She helped me understand the experiences and energies that have shaped my life and reminded me that I have a voice, something meaningful to share, and that it was time to start using it. Since then, I have continued my yoga practice, and Zen Vida remains one of my favorite studios. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Every class leaves me feeling calmer, stronger, more grounded... and usually a little sweaty like I am today after Angela's hot yoga class! Over the past year, I've overcome personal challenges, closed important chapters, and I'm now starting a new career where I'll be using my voice to educate, empower, and serve my community. They also offer…read moremirrors in the front and one side so you can work on alignment or faun over yourself, whichever your preference. They have lockers and a clean restroom with showers. I've only taken yoga classes here, so can only speak on that. But they do have HIIT like classes. I just love this place. The front desk is always friendly and the yoga teachers I've taken always have the most calming and soothing voices. You can rent a mat and towel and they offer complimentary hand towels to wipe your sweat. You WILL sweat, so wear your skimpy clothes or plan to take your shirt off and just don a sport bra for the ladies. Bring water and a yoga mat towel. Plenty of parking available.

What better way to start the year than to balancing your energy through meditation?!…read moreI invited my friend to come with me to the Urban studio to try their crystal bow and gong meditation on Tuesdays evenings. I'm talking 2 hours of pure balanced and enriched atmosphere! The cozy studio is located off East Sunrise Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale, on the 2nd floor of a small street strip shopping mall. As I came in the atmosphere was set for relaxation and learning, all the attendants were very much in tune and ready to enjoy this unique experience. You could choose between meditation only or meditation and Acupuncture. I chose the last one as I really needed to set my energy for 2016 bar really high. The lights were dimmed low, the soothing smell of burning incense, the music playing low volume set the tone for the experience. One of the guides was going around playing a funky blow instrument with great vibration that he would play around your body and it created am incredibly relaxing sensation. I don't want to spoil the whole experience, but it was so worth the drive ( I'm coming from Boca!) and the time, it's a two hours set followed by Kava drinks (vibrated inside the crystal bowl!) and fruits. The energy around was just magnificent at the end, so much that people just stayed in talking, mingling and enjoying every single last minute there. It was indeed a great relaxing time that I will most certainly repeat very soon! Namaste!

Hana is a fantastic teacher covering beginner to advanced classes and able to fluidly adjust depending on class size and participant capabilities. Both the trapeze classes and aerial silk classes provide physical challenge, strengthening, flexibility and more. After a month of taking classes here, my body and my mind both feel much stronger. I highly recommend trying Yoga Trapeze if you haven't before, and adding it to your weekly or monthly health routine. Five stars!
