Visited this studio for the first time and had a good experience. I've tried several yoga studios in the area and this one has a nice vibe. They have a small store with clothes and yoga accesories and the bathroom was clean. Parking is accesible around the area, street parking or parking garage options around. My only comment is that one of the rooms is really small, the class was no more than 12 people and it felt crowded. People coming in a couple minutes late had to squeeze in between and make others who were there earlier move so it was a little uncomfortable. The instructor was great, he guided us throughout the moves and assisted everyone. He also rubbed oil on everyone's back which I was not expecting but didn't mind. Class was challenging but definitely worth trying. At the beginning and end of class the instructor used an instrument (some type of accordion) to go with the singing, this was my favorite part!

Ale did a wonderful flow. I love how the energy built up. The yummy scented cloth at the end was cold and very grounding. Thank you

A tranquil escape in the Miami. I'm kind of obsessed with the sun and moon rooms and the teachers are great!

Okay so first off, the staff at the front desk are super sweet and welcoming, and the place itself…read moreis honestly really cute and clean. As for the workout...totally worth it, you'll feel so accomplished after!! Now for the "could use improvement" stuff... the instructor was kind of rude... not even what she said, but like how she said it. She'd correct your form like she was annoyed. Also, it's hard to hear her over the music, so everyone ends up just looking around at each other to figure out what to do. And parking... definitely give yourself extra time to find a spot because it's a bit of a hassle.

I had the chance to take Pilates Bootycamp with Starr Hawkins. WOW what a great class! Of course…read morenote the room is heated and you are moving through many moves while using weights. I have done Pilates, and barre for some time but never in a heated room. Not only was the playlist great but the guidance and correction from the instructor was well appreciated. I am not from the area and I found Starr Hawkins social media page earlier in the year through exercise posts. I am glad I did. The same radiating energy she shows on her page also comes through in her class. I look forward to getting the chance to take another one of her classes. Things to note- there's one bathroom and one shower and they are in the same room. Rental of a mat and a towel are available for $6. The staff at the front was very helpful and clear as it was my first time there. I chose a space in the back but I then realized I was next to the speaker so I probably will choose a space in the front. Also note since this is popular class and studio I would recommend you arrive early. I arrived about 40 mins before class and I have the option to choose wherever I wanted. As starting time got closer people rushed in to get a space in the front to take their videos and photos before class started.

Amazing little yoga studio tucked away in a quiet corner of Brickell. The vibe and space are both…read morewelcoming and open. The teachers here are amazing especially Karen who teaches Fridays at 8 am. She takes very careful attention to detail in her classes and is incredibly helpful in making adjustments to your poses. At first I thought that 75 minutes would be too long for a yoga class but I am pleasantly surprised by how good I feel after going through all the different flows and stretches in a class. A must try studio for yogis both new and experienced.

This studio is a modern Christopher Columbus, wrong Indians aseres…read more It takes a special kind of audacity to name a studio after Skanda (Hindu god of war and Lord Shiva's son) only to sell a practice using "Dreamspell," a 90s fan-fic calendar invented by some hombre from Minnesota who wasn't even Maya. Seriously?! While I do believe that there is a divine energy that all spiritual practices connect to, there is NO all encompassing magical ancient alignment between Vedic tradition and Mesoamerican timekeeping - WHAT THERE IS is modern Miami marketing that tosses two unrelated cultures into a blender, and slapping on a sparkly label, 'Galactic Signature.' If you're truly tapping into cosmic energy, a high-octane Power Vinyasa flow for the gym body ego is the last type you'd promote. This place is spiritual smoothie that manages to be culturally tone deaf to both India and the Maya simultaneously.....all while overcharging to pretend that doing extra Chaturangas because of a Blue Cosmic Hand is anything other than a workout with a heavy layer of appropriation. It must be nice to have leverage over communities that either cannot or typically do not speak for themselves. I'd LOVE to see you try this with different ethnicities and see if you'd get away with this chopping up. It seems the rock climbing and bungee jumping rattled your brains enough to think spitting out this new age b.s. was spiritual aligned and culturally respectful.
