I was instantly turned off by their business principles with exorbitant fees and rigid policies. $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 12 hrs and it goes up to $35 if you have a package other than the monthly membership. This is on top of the hefty fees you pay for your membership. Plus $250 cancellation fee if you cancel your membership within the first 3 months! They claim its to ensure instructors get paid if you are a 'no show' but that logic doesn't add up. What a shame as I was ready to give this new studio a try. read more

This studio has some solid clases but the studio will find a myriad of ways to charge you more and more money. Make sure to bring your "socks" otherwise they will charge you $25 to buy theirs. If you get on a "waiting list" for a class, you may never know you are automatically registered for the class and then give a $35 penalty for not attending even though no one calls you. It's $45/class without a package and they wonder why people do Classpass that all to say I've paid for two packages ($350x2) and they still find ways to get you! read more

I took a rooftop yoga class here and it was great. The teacher was very attentive and the view is beautiful! Overall the class was very relaxing, the ONLY difference I would like to see is that they ask people not to take pictures/videos while in the middle of class. During my class there was a girl sitting across from me taking a video of everyone, Not exactly what I want in the middle of a relaxing class. Obviously this isn't directly related to the business but if they could mention keeping phones away while in class I think it would make a difference. This studio has it all. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, vibe is friendly, and the studio is immaculate. Lauren's class is a perfect combination of targeting muscles til they burn and then giving them the joy of counter stretching. Your butt, legs, arms, core will thank you. Her dance background makes her class particularly choreographed. Emily is a true master of the body and it's intricate way your muscles, tendons, fascia and breathing are all interconnected. She is a wealth of information and her classes will ALWAYS make you feel taller, stronger, and better aligned. Danielle is a hoot who will work you to your limit while you can't help but enjoy her jokes and infectious personality. Need I say more? read more

Every class is different and challenging. I take my classes with Danielle, and she is super professional and serious about body mechanics, posture and safety. After a few classes, I'm definitely more flexible and strong than ever in my life. And the studio is very strict in safety protocols due Covid19, so I always feel safe while in the class. read more

Best place for pilates, private or class in Miami (and beyond). Thanks to the small class size, which is typically capped at 6, you feel like you're actually in a private session, especially since the instructors are so attentive. Wide variety of classes, blending traditional reformer pilates with cardio and TRX makes it great for guys too. I've been doing group and private pilates of all intensities over the past few years and I can say Pilathon really is better than anywhere else I've gone to. read more

Pilathon is my new spot since 2020 to go-to and get back in shape or to recover from an injury! Even though I have done pilates reformer for years... After the pandemic, I went back and after I tried it out I indulged now in my classes almost daily thanks to their multiple packages and great schedule they have! I also got injured and every instructor has been very caring about modifying the exercises to ensure I still get a workout while I recover from my injury and without making me feel bad that I can't do all the exercises. Pilathon is simply an amazing studio. I love the innovative programs such as Pilarow (which is a class that combines custom pilates and rowing) & Ab's-O-Glutely". The founder Emily Bench-Lahrssen is an amazing teacher whose classes are innovative, challenging, informative and fun. Beyond fitness benefits Emily's classes enable healing, literally. I recently attended before which Emily asked if anyone was injured or had special needs? That class I did have a problem, I was suffering from lower back stiffness that was impairing movements as simple walking. Emily created a class on the spot that literally healed my back AND also challenged the other participants. 60 minutes in a class taught by Emily Bench-Lahrssen is 10X better than a chiropractor session. read more

After seeing a great number of doctors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and other medical professionals, for debilitating nerve pain in my neck, back, and arms, it was Emily Bench that completely fixed me through Pilates. Now I go for their awesome group classes, where all the instructors actually pay attention to my form, unlike most studios, and get great cardio, full body strengthening, and stretching all in one hour. The energy here is so bright and uplifting that I feel like I get a high coming out of class, and I see it in other people too! My favorite workout spot in Miami. Whether you're looking for Pilates or Yoga, Pilathon is your go to place. The studio is bright, clean, fresh, and welcoming. The instructors are nice and friendly and very knowledgeable of the musculoskeletal system and how to apply their knowledge into their exercises. Classes are not crowded, and they feel personal as the instructors pay attention to everyone and tailor the workout to meet each person's needs. I can't even begin to describe how amazing this studio is. It all starts with Emily! she is so welcoming and her positivity trickles down to her entire staff. This studio is really challenging but in a way that doesn't sacrifice the classic principles of pilates. I love how their classes mix different forms of cardio and strength training. This place is a fabrication of marketing. I took a class called DaVinci that was recommended and pushed by the owner. I attended it in a small cramped room. She taught the class. Her English is poor so her cueing and direction were not strong. I got injured doing the class. By the time the class was over and walked to my car my back was killing me. I had to get an adjustment and massage on that day it was hurting that much. read more

I love the Pilates classes here! My teacher has such great energy and she explains everything and corrects my form. Unlike other Pilates group classes where they don't care about your form. Without good form the exercises aren't as effective. I'm very happy here. It's a great place to workout. I heard there's rooftop yoga which sounds nice too! read more
