Bought three sessions for Mother's Day. There was an issue with the website and two of the sessions registered under the wrong location. Don't bother talking to their customer support, because I emailed 2 of their studios and both of their corporate lines. purchased three workout sessions at this fitness studio and had a terrible experience. Firstly, the studio was dirty with sticky and greasy surfaces on the Pilates beds. I was also forced to buy special socks at an exorbitant price, which were of terrible quality. During the workout, the mesh on the top of the socks dug into the skin between the strap and caused bleeding. When I complained, they refused to replace the socks or refund my money. I spent a week nursing the wound. Yesterday, I decided to take another class, but to my surprise, my JETSET offer only had one workout session left out of the three I had paid for. The mobile application also didn't work properly. This was disappointing, but I noticed a "invite a friend" feature and used it. This morning, when I arrived at the studio by car, I parked in a paid parking spot and was not allowed to enter the class because I couldn't wear my own socks and was obligated to purchase new ones. I wasted my time, my friend's time, paid for the workout, terrible socks, parking, and damaged my skin with the poor quality socks, and now they've essentially stolen another workout session from me. This is like a scam. When I asked for a full refund, the rude administrator refused. I do not recommend this terrible place with low-quality service. read more

For megaformer in brickell, this is your place. I've been doing this for years, and taken hundreds of classes. I've not been here since 2021 and I'm happy to say it's still an excellent studio with professional and well trained staff, and a great work out. Came to town for work and decided on a whim to take the class at the sunset harbor location. Great decision! Studio was a little hard to find but once inside the woman at the front desk was super welcoming and the instructor, Brenda, introduced herself right away. She demonstrated each exercise and gave us pointers along the way, super helpful. And BOY was the class tough. Much harder than other lagree classes I've taken. Well worth it. The Coral Gables is a pretty and clean place that's why I gave it 2 stars. The staff is unprofessional and it really looks as if they were hired and no training given. The teacher doesn't not show how to do the exercises and does not correct anyone. I had to follow one if the ladies working out to know what to do. No support although they knew there were a few of us there for the first time. A friend who attends invited me through a promotion to bring a friend for FREE, she followed the prompts and I got invited. They kept arguing she had not paid, she showed them her app where it said I was paid for. Everything we thought was settled, SURPRISINGLY next day they charged her card for my free promotional offer that last night was cleared. Seems to me like a quick way to make money, no customer service at all levels very disappointed. read more

The name of JetSet Pilates is misleading, the class is NOT your typical Pilates class! I received a prize to try a JetSet pilates class for free, and decided to choose the Brickell location. The studio was very hard to find, there are no signs outside (or inside). I had to ask the building staff at the Infinity to figure out where JetSet was located. The studio was nice and clean, and had a view of the city, which was something I wasn't used to for Pilates classes in the Brickell area. I'm someone who works out regularly, and I barely survived this workout. I shook so much that the instructor told me he was giving me a free twerk session and that "shaking is a sign you are killing fat off your body!" My instructor's name was Vinny and I found him to be incredibly challenging, but also supportive. The girls who take the classes here are incredibly fit, which could be very intimidating if you have never been to a Pilates class. If you are not working out regularly and want to try Pilates, do not waste your money for a class here, because you won't be able to do a lot of the exercises. Also, the studio is very expensive, and this JetSet location does not offer classes on ClassPass (other JetSet studios in Miami are on ClassPass, and there are plenty of challenging Pilates classes on ClassPass that aren't as advanced). I won't be back unless they decide to join ClassPass because membership here is too expensive for me, but I am happy I got to try it (and realize I am not as in shape as I thought!) read more

My class was with Zoe. I have taken at mega former classes before and this was pretty standard for what you expect out of one. Very similar to solid core and SLT. My experience with the studio was not very enjoyable. I was coming from out of town and the instructor and the front desk didn't do a whole lot to try to welcome me. I am a fitness instructor as well so I was disappointed in the lack of form cues during class, exercises were yelled out and the students were just expected to know what that means. Finally, I took a noon class and immediately when the class needed, the instructor turned the lights off and pretty much shooed me out. At least let me put my shoes on, sheesh! read more

The rudest front desk experience I have ever experienced. The woman refused to give me an open spot in a class I prepaid for as a new client, and in front of my eyes gave it to another girl that walked in without any reservation. "In order for us to treat you like that, you would have to be one of our clients." If that's how you get treated BEFORE your first class, I can promise you I will never be a client and am extremely disgusted with how the situation was handled. I am an avid lagree pilates goer. So when coming home for the holidays I was dong research and JetSet seemed to be the right fit - beautiful studios, location close to mine, newer mega-reformers. Prices are steep, but that's to be expected in Miami. But they have one big issue: customer service. 1) I booked my first class ever with them and within the hour a something came up and I could not attend. So I reached out to the studio and tried to switch my class. No one answered my call, it took hours for someone to reply to my email, once they replied they were telling me I had to lose my class / $25. I respect their late and cancel policy, but seeing as I was a first-time customer and was just asking to switch into another class, you would think they would make this easy fix and turn me into a repeat-purchaser. After begging, they switched me into the next day's morning class. 2) I walk into the studio for class and was not greeted by anyone. There were two instructors chatting who did not even look my way. I was never asked my name, wasn't asked to check-in, wasn't asked if this was my first-class (it was my first-time with them), wasn't asked if I knew how to work the machine or the method. Luckily I do know how to use the mega-reformer and did just fine, it's just bizarre they don't tend to their customers as much as you'd expect with a $25 price tag (and that's for an intro course). I will say the workout is KILLER in the best way. Maybe that's why they don't put in the effort with their customers. Because regardless, I am about to buy a package. I prefer not to name instructors as I am just giving constructive feedback for future customers who might not overlook these kinds of things. So 5 star for work out, but 1 star for customer service.
