So I have had 8 summers of use in it. I've replaced the LED lights already and have called in 2023 to have these replaced again, and I have coping that is coming loose. I actually spoke to the owner who said he would come and replace them at my cost, which I understood on the lights, but not on the coping. I'm having issues with service now. Calls not returned, and text sent. Are you in the same place I am? Trying to get service on the product you purchased and thought they would be willing to stand behind their own work? Initially they did, but where is the long term customer service. Recently someone in the office told me, they were too busy building pools, that I should find another company to address my lights and coping issues. REALLY? Now, I understand there has been a tragedy in the family recently, and for that I am sorry. But this has been going on longer that the last couple of weeks or months, this has been since the Fall of 2023. I hope this company can respond and get back in touch and Sincerely, James

Had Sun Pools to come replace the pump motor on our pool. The cost was $550.00 to have the pump…read moremotor installed. What was installed was a sun-faded, scratched and muddy used motor, not new. I called and spoke to Tim and inquired why there was a used motor put on when we paid for a new motor his answer to me was it was a new motor that had been in the just been rolling around in the truck and was scratched up. I explained to him we had paid for a new motor and I was expecting new and this pump motor was not new, it was used. His answer to me after a minutes of conversation was to make note of the date and that if it fails within 1 year to let them know. New pumps have shinny paint and clear labels for identification. This pump is sun-faded, scratched and the information label is scratched up. There was even grayish mud on the motor, my pump, motor and filter housing is on a concrete base where there is no mud. We will take our business elsewhere. If you have them service your equipment and you are paying for new equipment, please check behind them and make sure your getting what you pay for.

We hired Mr. Pool to replace our pool liner, and unfortunately, the workmanship was very poor…read more During installation, there was an incident where a worker fell, leaving a noticeable imprint in the liner. Additionally, the cutouts for the jets and intake were made before the pool was filled, which resulted in significant wrinkling throughout the liner. Although the company returned to attempt to stretch the liner and remove the wrinkles, the issue was not resolved. The liner remains visibly wrinkled, and the areas where the initial cutouts were made continue to leak. After the pool was filled, we discovered ongoing leakage. The company came back and applied a white patch to the bottom of our blue liner, which is both highly noticeable and unprofessional in appearance. We were also charged for this repair, despite the issue stemming from the original installation. Unfortunately, the patch did not fix the leak. Additionally, many of the liner retaining inserts were left on a table instead of being properly installed, and several of the ones that were installed have since fallen out. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the quality of work, lack of attention to detail, and unresolved issues following installation.
