I stopped in the store today to buy the clubs that would fix my game! Joe worked with me for over an hour try to get the perfect club for me. However, my swing is the issue as he gave me a golf lesson trying to fix me. He would not accept any money and just asked that I write a review. They have my golf club business for now on! BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an order and paid $250 for a golf club. 3 weeks later and they have not shipped it, will not answer phone, will not respond to messages, and will not refund my money. I'm glad I paid through PayPal because they will help get me my money back. read more

The store always has a great selection and the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have never gone in the store and not gotten informed answers to my golf questions. Your Golf Superstore in Montgomery is THE place in the area to find great clubs, bags, shoes, and clothing at a fair price. They are the rare retailer that is more concerned about selling customers what they need rather than what is most expensive. read more

This place has only one entrance and ot serves as the only exit as well. It sits at the stores front so if there is a line of cars waiting to leave as was in my experience, you had to go to the other end of the parking lot and circle back to park the vehicle. I had my card I used on tap and didn't know a card had to be swiped for you to do it this way. I was notified if I did the exchange with my drivers license their policy won't allow me to get the full amount back even with an exchange rather than a return. After understanding I was going to have to exchange at Prattville I grabbed my clothes from the counter and SHAN at the customer service dept pulled away and said I scratched her which made another employee immediately come in between us before I even knew she was talking to me as I did not touch this woman. I asked if she was saying I scratched her and she said yes you did when you grabbed your clothes and the employee had to tell her no, shaking her head so she didn't escalate any further. As I have verbalized this to corporate already, as someone who works in the medical field with the public daily I find it crazy that someone like this works with the public and in customer service of all places. If you know your employee requires supervision to have someone come between her and a customer maybe she shouldn't be in customer service? If I did this in my job I would be fired or at the least written up. This should not be acceptable behavior from staff.
