After meeting with Frank and Sandra, we knew we would be in good hands for purchasing our first home in Montgomery. Frank was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about home sales throughout Montgomery, especially the Cloverdale area. We were advised from beginning to end, and enjoyed his humor throughout what is usually a stressful process. Their team is well managed; even having a closing advisor at hand for any last minute questions. After the closing, Sandra followed through to ensure we were happy with our new home. She was able to resolve a few problems right away with our maintenance insurance plan that I was unable to do on my own. Having a real estate professional like her and Frank is much appreciated and coming from property management myself, I know it is hard to come by! I highly recommend speaking to them if you are in the market for buying or listing a home! You will not be disappointed!

The task was daunting and family all had full time jobs so Stacy gave us a daily rate and estimated number of days it would take and took care of every detail. We liked that she called specific charities so our aunt's belongings went to a good place. She sold a few of the nicer pieces of furniture for us and also contracted out a deep clean and fresh pine straw in the end. All we had to do was put a sign in the yard afterward. Highly recommend them. Very fast at what they do and communicated every step.

ORGANIZING AND MAKING SPACES LOOK FANTASTIC!!!! So Stacy did what I had hoped for, she looked and got a vision of what our master bathroom could be. The bones of the room were ok, but everything else wasn't. Whenever I walked into my bathroom, I wanted it to feel like something in a beautiful magazine but we weren't able to do this by ourselves. Stacy came and saw what needed to happen. She brought lovely and very specific ideas for each area to become highly functional and chic BUT WITH NO CLUTTER!!!! We have every item we need to use in a bathroom like toiletries, hair styling stuff, towels etc. but our bathroom looks like a sleek bathroom in a magazine. How? Because of Stacy. She sees your space and she knows what needs to happen. In addition, Stacy is a sensitive, empathetic, good person. She won't make you feel bad about all your stuff or your housekeeping or dirt or dog hair. She is a normal, really nice person who also has a house with a family and pets. I love her. You will too!

Small boutique, but expect a lot from this little package!…read more The store itself is well organized and items are spaced out such that it is easy to see everything they have available. Store owner has taken a lot of time setting the store up in a very user friendly way and was very personable while we were there shopping. Nice selection of women's clothing and jewelry. Also have some pretty cool candles that have the wood wicks. Prices are good and they do have a fitting room, so you can try stuff on and see how it fits. My wife found a couple things and was really pleased with her purchase and the shopping experience here. We would check them out if we return to the area and would recommend them to others.

Mismanagement and Lack of Communication! Partners Realty/…read more79C I haven't been consistently living in my apartment for over two months, which I notified management of in January. Despite that, I was never informed of critical updates regarding rent payments. The old management company left a letter on my door saying rent should not be paid to them, but since I don't live there full-time, I never saw it--what happened to sending messages through the portal or EMAIL? The previous management ended their relationship with the complex on February 28th (very recent), and now I can't even get a direct contact for the new management. I called the old management company, I'm told that new management should have reached out--well, they haven't. I was also told to GOOGLE who owns the company!!! Like what the hell?? No one can give me a phone number, and I'm getting the runaround about my rent payment refund because apparently, I have to speak to Chase Stewart (or whatever his name is), but he's never in the office! I have also expressed my interest in ending my lease, and if the new management sees this, consider this my notice that I no longer want to live here! The lack of communication, accountability, and overall management failure has made this an incredibly stressful experience. If you're considering living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Thank you Partners Realty for following up with me. I really had a bad taste not only about your…read morecompany but Montgomery as a whole, based on my experience. A company whose leadership has enough pride in their organization to get to the bottom of a customer's concern and takes the time to contact the customer directly, shows me that you listen and you care. What I may have taken as a racial slight was clarified and whole heartedly apologized for and I am very appreciative of this from Partners Realty. Organizations that take the time to show this kind concern and caring are of paucity in 2023. Again, I thank you for the follow up, apology and reassurance.
