So I have had 8 summers of use in it. I've replaced the LED lights already and have called in 2023 to have these replaced again, and I have coping that is coming loose. I actually spoke to the owner who said he would come and replace them at my cost, which I understood on the lights, but not on the coping. I'm having issues with service now. Calls not returned, and text sent. Are you in the same place I am? Trying to get service on the product you purchased and thought they would be willing to stand behind their own work? Initially they did, but where is the long term customer service. Recently someone in the office told me, they were too busy building pools, that I should find another company to address my lights and coping issues. REALLY? Now, I understand there has been a tragedy in the family recently, and for that I am sorry. I saw a Facebook add for this company. Nick answered when I called. Showed up when he said he would and basically gave me the whole rundown on my pool. He was very reasonable with cost being that he drove probably an hour to get hear. Fast forward about 4 months and I need a new liner which he told me it was going to be needed.
