We hired Mr. Pool to replace our pool liner, and unfortunately, the workmanship was very poor. During installation, there was an incident where a worker fell, leaving a noticeable imprint in the liner. Additionally, the cutouts for the jets and intake were made before the pool was filled, which resulted in significant wrinkling throughout the liner. Although the company returned to attempt to stretch the liner and remove the wrinkles, the issue was not resolved. The liner remains visibly wrinkled, and the areas where the initial cutouts were made continue to leak. After the pool was filled, we discovered ongoing leakage. The company came back and applied a white patch to the bottom of our blue liner, which is both highly noticeable and unprofessional in appearance. We were also charged for this repair, despite the issue stemming from the original installation. Unfortunately, the patch did not fix the leak. Additionally, many of the liner retaining inserts were left on a table instead of being properly installed, and several of the ones that were installed have since fallen out. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the quality of work, lack of attention to detail, and unresolved issues following installation. read more

Contacted me pool for a new pool at our home. Everette came out for a quote and listened to what we wanted. We agreed on a price and start date. Due to situations they were able to start even sooner. They worked hard to prevent any damage by equipment to my property which was much appreciated. They finished even before the estimated time due hard and it being off season. Everyone was professional and they worked like a well oiled machine. Everette and Cooper go above and beyond to ensure everything is completed and you are satisfied. Cannot recommend them enough. The quality of their customer service has gone down tremendously. The actual guys who work and service the pools are great but it's the office staff that seems to be the challenge. Getting someone to answer the phone is rarity. We have left vm's to make payments and 24 hours later they called back and when we attempted to call them back, yes, it went to vm. There have been times when no one called us back. Amy was amazing in the past but I don't know if she still works there because we have called and asked for her and again, nothing. At one time we wouldn't do business with anyone but Mr. Pool and we would pay a year in advance for service but after seeing this decline, we have decided to go month-to-month. We are looking for a replacement that would appreciate our business....along with about 4-5 other friends that use them. read more

There is plenty of room in front of my neighbor's house for their work. This reflects the rude and inconsiderate nature of Mr Pool's crew/contractors. This was the result of a spill on the newly poured concrete around pool by Mr. Pool's construction crew. To fix their mistake they offered to "stain" our pool deck. Their "stain" lasted approximately 2 weeks and after a rain bubbled up and peeled up all around the deck. They came back out after multiple calls and repainted it. This has happened now 3 times. Each time the "stain" only last a few weeks to a month. Now we just want them to fix our concrete and their mistake. They will not return our phone calls now. This business was contacted for pool repair. I called and spoke with someone. I was told that no one was available, so I'll receive a call, okay. I never received a call so I called days later, still no call from the business. Suddenly, one day out-of-the-blue I get a call from this gentleman asking me about the service request. I discussed what I needed accomplished. I'm then told that it'll be several weeks before he could come out for the initial job details and estimate. He asked for pictures, but I didn't send them because I didn't really care to wait weeks for this simple job request. So I'm summary, the time to speak with someone about the issue was too long. The time to come visit the address for an estimate was too long. My opinion is that they are not able to service their service area adequately on a consistent basis. read more

They suck. They ripped me off and put in half the pool. They destroyed my property with un trained persons doing the work. They have no supervision. Their owner Ryan Williams is an absentee owner only interested in money. Their salesman lied to us and sold me a $4,000 light system that I didnt know I was getting. They opened the ground and didnt come back for several weeks telling me they do "piece work". They protect themselves by hiding behind an ARBITRATION CLASUE " IN THEIR WORK CONTRACT, and they cannot be sued. The company has very bad intentions when you get involved with them. Me. Pool always had great customer service when we would call, and we had called them to schedule a Green to Clean for opening our pool. everything went well, and they came out fast. the Pool ended up being cleaned fast, however, we noticed after the pool was fairly clean our Polaris Vacuum was still just left out in the back of backyard instead of being reinstalled, and there was still a decent bit of debris at the bottom of the pool. (unsure if this was new debris from a day or two after they finished or left there), so we were unsure if they were officially done. we called and they said it was complete, we would get a bill and that they don't reinstall the pool vacuumes because they arent supposed to stay in pools, only in the water for 3 hours max. We were a little annoyed but didn't mind that much so we went out to figure out to how re-attach it ourselves and when we walked out we noticed that the vacuums hose was completely snapped in half and left there. nobody told us they broke anything, they kept quiet. the vacuum was just left there in the back yard while the other broken piece was on the other side of our gazebo. We called as soon as it opened Monday morning and explained the situation and sent pictures and got told we'd get a call back within 30 minutes. We never got a call back. We called again this morning and tried to get this resolved. We were on hold for around 30 minutes and we're told that "that part of the vacuume is very easily broken" and they can't prove it didn't just snap on its own. I have video proof of the vacuum in our pool running the day before they started. They said "even tho it probably broke on its own, we will fix it for you if you bring the vacuum To us". We are military and work the same days and hours they are open so we asked if they could come and fix it at our house where they broke it since we can't leave work. The lady mentioned her husband is also military and his hours aren't like ours (implying we were lying). I heard them discussing to themselves it would be 85$ for them to come fix it where they broke it. They started getting rude at this point. They said they would talk to someone else about coming out and call us back. At this point I'm not even expecting that call back either. Overall just very frustrated and pissed off. Mr. Pool has been cleaning my pool and is doing a fantastic job! Our clean spends a lot of time making sure everything is perfect and has helped educate me on how to properly use the Equipment. He always going above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of.. I even have a issue with the water being low and the pumps not running even after adding water. From our first phone call with Cole, I felt we had made the right decision. Cole listened to my requests and made sure our vision happened. The construction process was so smooth and quick. I contacted Mr Pool to have my pool cleaned and chemicals added for the season. (Start up service) I just bought a liner last fall. I was asked to sign away any responsibility for damage to my liner plus pay the entire 1100.00 up front before they will even put us on the schedule for a drain and clean. The technician never even came to look at the pool but said it needs to be drained ( I offered to pay half now, and half when work is completed) but that wasn't good enough. I've had Mr pool build 2 pools in the past and am insulted by the way I was treated. Mr Pool has lost a long time customer. read more
