Where do I start?.... So a few years ago I refloored my whole house. The installer was awesome he…read morewas great, efficient and did great work we loved our floors. Well let's fast forward to February 2022. We brought a new home and wanted to put down new floor in our living room. So we picked the floor and set-up a delivery date. The day of the delivery, they had three 20 somethings delivering the floor, well they didn't want to bring the floors in the house I had to call the company for them to bring my floors in and then they tried to charge me for that. Then they damaged some of the floors. Then the guy they had come to install the floor was slowwww. He was not efficient at all. He started on a Monday and tuesday...but because some of the boxes was damaged he couldn't finish. Then the company tried to charge me for three more boxes to finish my floors. Then they wouldn't delivery the boxes and I had to drive 45mins to get them myself. So he shows up on a Sunday about 8am to finish up a 3 foot square. Well he didn't finish until after 3pm. Now the floors look good!! But f**k....then he forgot to bring the paperwork for me to sign at the end of the job. So what that being said I will not be using them ever again, I will be taken my business other places and I suggest you do the same!!!
