Did not get the fence I asked for- asked for a shadow box fence- showed the guy pictures, gave him an address of a house in my back of the store pretty much explained how stupid I was for trusting their workers to do what I asked. I recently moved to the area and needed a new fence and screen in an existing porch as well as an outside kitchen. The fence and porch was completed and they did an excellent job. The estimator came out for outdoor kitchen and I still have not received a quote after several phone calls and a month later. I also needed a minor repair on the porch but again no call back after several weeks leaving messages. Would not recommend based on this experience. read more

A Plus has done 3 projects for me and I am extremely pleased with all three. I had a black, ornamental, aluminum fence done at my house along with a wrought Iron railing for our brick steps. Both were done professionally and look great. Then they did 2 farm gates and wood rail fencing at my farm out of town. I needed a fence for the front yard and A+ gave me the best quote. Home Depot wanted a $2500 MINIMUM for just a few feet of fence! ( without even coming out to see what I needed ) A+ came out and gave me a GREAT QUOTE and they got the job done. Very happy with my experience and would use them again and HIGHLY recommend them. This company came to my home two months ago for a simple estimate for patio cover, partial decorative fencing and possibly a carport cover. They only sent me an estimate for the fence which was nearly $3,000 and was a bit high. My plan was to finance the installation of the fence and the patio cover in one bulk and pay it off. I never, ever, heard from them again about an estimate. A man came out and looked at the carport portion for measuring, and after numerous, numerous calls to the office, and left messages, they never got back with me. It is almost like they were avoiding me, as if I were the plague. We are very upset that they did not ever return calls or contact us about installation. A+ Fence & Deck did a super job in installing a new backyard fence with my choice of a wider entry gates & a copper top post on both side of my front house in Providence subdivision in Pike Road (Yes, they cover Pike Rd city). In addition, they installed new 3 side aluminum screens & a side door to my back porch that was really top notch & met my expectation of having professional grade materials with proper installed sealed insulation between the screens to prevent gap pockets often found in other vendor's construction work. I was so impressed with the home construction that I recommended them to do some construction work for our clinic as well. Highly recommend!!! read more

These people build decent fencing, but they don't want to seem to service what they sell. For a repair, you will get a someone taking your number and will never hear from them. This has happened more than once and you might get them to come out if you call twice. read more

The quality of workmanship is fine. However the end product didn't meet the agreed upon design. Instead of taking the "hit" their "surveyor" decided to blame me for his mistake. During the discussion the surveyor stated that they'd correct the issue while essentially stating that I got what I paid for. I could have let it go, but I'm not going to be convinced that I asked for what I ultimately received, and I didn't. Due to one employee, this company has no integrity. The customer is not always right. And the customer is a liar according to the surveyor. I have used them in the past for a fence. I wanted to use A+ in the future for a fence and screened porch for a separate property. I will never use A+ Quality Fence and Deck, Inc again. Not even to correct the current issue!
