I called up and the gay was like that's all you are going to get. Thou I asked for piggyback system. Right now I was I took Edwards heating and cooling to court for the switch and bait. As soon I can I will have the unit removed . By an other company. Like they say the product is not ucked up. By the factory it's the installer. I would never buy an other heating or cooling system from any dealership that installs Trane. Becouse very dealer of Trane likes to rip-off disabled veterans. And will lie to cover their ass. But one thing stays in my mind .Thank GOD Edwards pluming never worked on my pipes and never will. So anyone who wants something done right look someplace else.

After my initial experience, I was contacted by the owner at Roto-Rooter who took the situation…read moreseriously and worked to resolve it. They came back out, reassessed the issue, and were transparent about the condition of my sewer line. Based on what was found, they recommended a full replacement rather than continuing temporary fixes. What I appreciate is that they acknowledged the earlier issues and made an effort to correct them. The owner honored the original pricing and waived additional charges that could have been added, which made a difference. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I'd say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end. I'm updating my review to reflect that.
