They also pointed out a cheap fix for a minor problem with the end of the faucet that I hadn't even noticed and I was grateful for that. They emailed me a link to the invoice detailing out the work completed. Using my credit card did incur a small additional fee, but I'm seeing a lot more of that lately and I understand the need to pass these small costs on to customers for the convenience. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I'd say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end.
