The service team was actually a couple of hours earlier than expected which was wonderful. They did call 30 min before arriving to make sure it was ok which I appreciated. The problem with the leaky sink was identified quickly and the team explained the work necessary to repair it. They also pointed out a cheap fix for a minor problem with the end of the faucet that I hadn't even noticed and I was grateful for that. They emailed me a link to the invoice detailing out the work completed. Using my credit card did incur a small additional fee, but I'm seeing a lot more of that lately and I understand the need to pass these small costs on to customers for the convenience. I didn't have any checks with me so I didn't have a choice about the method of payment. First time using them but it won't be the last! Highly recommend.

I kept adding up the hours and manpower but it was much less than expected for digging up the yard. I highly recommend.

I have been a DIxie Care customer since moving here, and I have been very pleased with the service. They came back out, reassessed the issue, and were transparent about the condition of my sewer line. Based on what was found, they recommended a full replacement rather than continuing temporary fixes. What I appreciate is that they acknowledged the earlier issues and made an effort to correct them. The owner honored the original pricing and waived additional charges that could have been added, which made a difference. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I'd say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end. I'm updating my review to reflect that.

They said that the new lights were unavailable due to "supply chain' problems. But why did they dig the trench without the supplies?
