Pool Liner install Nightmare…read more Paid to have a new liner installed. Let the nightmare begin. 6 weeks after paying half up front. Nick attempted to install the new liner. After removing the old liner and attempting to patch a couple of cracks where ground water was leaking in, he walked off the job being he didn't measure correctly the size of the pool. Hence liner didn't fit. After about 45 minutes of trying to install the liner, he said it didn't fit. He left the new liner hanging and walked away. The ground water leak wasn't fixed. Never in my life have I seen a contractor just up and quit in the middle of a job. Now we are stuck with winter coming and a pool that is messed up. Ground water filling up under the unfitted liner. Nick did however curse and kick the liner, this had to effect on making the liner fit the pool. He did give a full refund.

So I have had 8 summers of use in it. I've replaced the LED lights already and have called in 2023 to have these replaced again, and I have coping that is coming loose. I actually spoke to the owner who said he would come and replace them at my cost, which I understood on the lights, but not on the coping. I'm having issues with service now. Calls not returned, and text sent. Are you in the same place I am? Trying to get service on the product you purchased and thought they would be willing to stand behind their own work? Initially they did, but where is the long term customer service. Recently someone in the office told me, they were too busy building pools, that I should find another company to address my lights and coping issues. REALLY? Now, I understand there has been a tragedy in the family recently, and for that I am sorry.
