Did not have a good experience! I set up an appointment for someone from the company to come to my house at a specific time to give me an estimate. This was about a week prior to the arranged appointment. I didn't get a call from them to verify the appointment so I called about an hour before they were to arrive. I was told that they were not coming because I was out of their coverage area. This is a TERRIBLE way to do business and treat customers as I had rearranged my day to meet their representative. I had this company resurface my pool with epoxy paint. They didn't follow directions and throw sand on wet paint because epoxy is slippery. Came and put an after market "fix" (that the paint manufacturer said wont last) on part of it but not all of the areas that can cause a slip injury. Their fix collects dirt and my steps have areas where dirt won't come off. They also didn't read directions that said not to put paint on during hot days cause it will cause the paint to blister. There are blisters all over the fiberglass sides that will peel according to paint manufacturer. I was told by the owner that the instructions say to throw sand to only to protect paint company liability. Doesn't this company care about theirs or mine? Their contract says you have to mediate problems with BBB, can't sue. DONT AGREE TO IT. Its n the back of the contract. Ive yet to see if he actually fixed the leaks. Time will tell. If you read other reviews on this company online, you will see how poorly they are on standing behind their work and the owner ALWAYS attacks the customer. As usual, he blamed me and my roommate for HIM not following directions. As I was calling around trying to find someone to fix his mess, I heard at least a half dozen times that he does follow up work just like he did mine...he doesnt. He gets defensive/childish and blames the customer. There are better companies out there who treat customers like they should and stand behind their work. He was no better than pool companies I've dealt with, only cheaper...until you have to redo his shotty work. Don't just listen to me, Google him. read more

Would love to tell everyone about my actual experience with the company, but I have not heard back from anyone after I called and asked if I could get an estimate on a new patio a couple of days ago. The female who took all my information stated someone would be back in touch with me, that obviously has not happened. I will assume they have so much work they don't need anything new. I guess fortunate for me, they do have competition I can call and give my money to. read more
