This place deserves a ZERO. My niece and I got pedicures and the owner tried to hustle me. I saw the prices as I walked in; however he tried to get an extra $5/person from us. Any possible tip went out the window. Don't try and play me. Furthermore, they rushed through our pedicures. I visited this place a long, long time ago. I stopped going because the owner talked about everybody. Go somewhere else. You'll thank me later, yelpers!! read more

I love their service. I go to State and have been coming here since freshman year. Tony is amazing, quick, and a sweetheart.

I am very disappointed in the services here. I was told they wouldn't do my toes without me paying first. I am from Detroit, MI I have NEVER heard of a rule such as that. He said "They always run out" who is they? I feel as though he shouldn't judge every customer based on one bad customer. Anywho, I took my money to Lisa Nails over by Publix where the service was AWESOME. Hopefully Pro Nails will change that stupid policy for future customers. read more

Going from five-stars to one-star is a neat trick that's rarely done. But the best way to accomplish it is to close your establishment one hour before the clearly marked hours of operation. While the front door has a large sign that they're open 1-5 PM on Sundays, I was met with a locked door and lights turned off at 4 PM. Thanks for wasting my time. However, after more than a hand full of times of being closed on random week days for no reason and now their pedicure chairs being broken, I won't even bother to try to come back. Their work is not worth the many inconveniences you have to deal with when coming here. read more

I used to go to this place as a regular for years before I moved away in 2013. I came back home in March due my mother being in the hospital. Sadly, my mother passed away. I was so busy with funeral arrangements that the evening before the funeral, I had neglected to get myself prepared so I needed a pedicure and decided to go to this familiar place. On 4/6/18 I went in to get a pedicure and was told by the older female worker that they would not be giving anymore pedicures because it would take her an hour. I went in about 5:30pm and they closed at 7pm. The younger guy with the bald head who is always there went right along with her. I had to get up and quickly find another nail shop before they all closed to get a pedicure the evening before my moms funeral as I would be wearing open toe heels. I used to love this place but I suggest never going to this place. They seem very lazy and nonchalant. They don't have good customer service at all anymore. I ended up going to US Nails. read more

One word HORRIBLE... I am so disgusted with this place. I came in for a fill-in. First of all I was charged 2 extra dollars for a nail that was cracked not even broken. Then I go to look for my wallet in my purse and when I pulled my hand out the nail was broken. Obviously the CRACK I paid for was not even fixed. Instead of just fixing the nail that broke at their shop after their work they blamed whoever did my nails before them and wanted to charge me an extra 3 dollars! Anyway, I mistakenly had left my wallet at home. (Though the service was bad, the nails were pretty so I had been there MANY times before) and I have never had a payment issue. Someone was on the way with my wallet but they were taking a while so I offered to go get the money or give them the number on my credit card to run but they declined. I understand that they have a business to run but the way they handled the situation was unprofessional and tacky. They told me no, locked me inside the establishment and threatened to call the police on me. (a fill is only $13 In Montgomery). So by the end of the ordeal I was in tears and embarrassed. Some nice young woman paid for my service and they let me go. All the while other customers were there and while I was there someone walked in to get a pedi and they told her, "we don do pedicua todeh". The service there has just declined dramatically. Better off just paying the extra 2 or 3 dollars at a salon with immaculate customer service, wine, water and at least "good" nails. read more
