A customer brought in her pretty poodles and they went around and greeted me and my fiance, so I'd say it's safe to bring your dogs here if they're running errands with you! $50 for haircut ‍. I am in town for my husband's commissioning ceremony at Maxwell AFB. There was a dining out so I decided to get my hair done for the dinner. Seville is a trendy salon and all the girls that were there that day seemed really fun and like they enjoyed their work. I believe my stylist's name was Malorie? She was very friendly and did an awesome job with my blow out and curls. They were able to get me in with only a few hours notice and were able to start when I showed up much earlier than my appt. I'm not sure if I'll ever find myself in Montgomery again, but if I do I would make Seville my regular salon. read more

I'm so glad I found this Seville and more specifically, Ashley, while I was in town. I was here for a short course and desperately needed my hair fixed. I have a pixie with naturally curly hair and had been working on growing it out to recover from the previous bad hair cut. I explained what I was trying to do with my hair and Ashley explained what I needed to do to get there and how her cut was going to help. She was fantastic! We had great conversation the whole time and I'm actually sad that I won't be here long enough to visit her for another hair cut. I loved the look and feel of this salon. It was clean and eclectic. I'm out here for business, so I'm still getting my bearings out here in Montgomery. Yelp is usually my go-to when it comes to exploring businesses and restaurants I haven't been to before. Unfortunately, typing in "mens haircuts" left me with limited options, so I narrowed it down to Seville or Sport Clips. Going to Seville was definitely the better option for me. I looked at the Sports Clips website, and decided I didn't need or want a hot towel therapy, a neck and shoulder massage, or whatever else they try to draw you in with. Instead, at Seville, I was greeted by Jen, a super cool chick who had just the vibe I was looking for. The shop is laid back and relaxed. There's magazines to read and comfortable chairs. Jen even offered me a beer to drink while I was waiting for her to finish with another customer, which was an awesome touch to her service. The beer was delicious, but what I really came for was the cut. Now I'll be honest, I read the other two reviews and both said to ask for James. He either wasn't there, or no longer works there (not sure), but after the cut I received from Jen, I didn't even care. Jen did such a good job on my hair, cleaning it up around the sides and the back, while leaving it heavy on the top, just like I requested. The final test was showing it off to my girlfriend via FaceTime, and she absolutely loved it. Mission accomplished. At the end of the day, Jen gave me a great haircut, great service, and a great beer. I'll be back again before I leave back for home. read more

The ladies that work here are incredibly sweet and wonderful to talk to. But....the hair color I wanted was not at all what I walked out with. It's egregious. I was aiming for auburn hair with complementing copper highlights. What I ended up with was an orange ombré and a purplish top. When I expressed my discontent, they did immediately attempt to fix it, but somehow made it even worse. The blending was atrocious, the color horrendous, and the damage extensive. My hair is extremely fine and quick to anger. But when it's properly styled? Soft as a newborns bottom. Now it's rough and straw like. To be honest, I look like trailer park trash. That is completely unacceptable as my job demands absolute professionalism in both appearance and action. Do not come here if the cut and color you want requires even the bare minimum of skill or finesse. Just don't do it. And that doesn't even touch on their location. I know they're moving soon, but I thought I had walked into a drug den upon opening the door. read more

Jess works wonders with a straight razor. I'm in the Army and one of the things I most dread every time I move is finding a new barber.
