Respectfully I had to wait at least 10min after being seated for Josh to come out. He didn't greet me or anything. I told him I want a Pedi and French tip for the style. He rushed my pedi for 1. Clip my nails without asking what shape and styled my toes with the ugliest French tip. I asked if he could just polish them all white (Him or someone else) . He huffed and responded with an attitude. At first he was about to do them then he said "Naw let someone else do them". My thing is as a grown Man control your emotions. This is someone business. Got my nails done here - based off the recommendation of the customer service ladies at my hotel front desk. This place was PACKED. Make an appointment if you can, because it never slowed down. Got there at 10 when they opened and they were already busy. They have it down though. Nails on one side, pedicures on the other, browns to the right, eye lashes to the right. I got a pedicure from here and it came out almost perfect but the gel portion of it fell off in a few weeks. Way sooner than expected, which is not something you want when you get a pedicure. The experience was somewhat nice, but it seems like my service was rushed and i paid extra for gel. Want to add that employees were talking a lot instead of focusing on the service. read more

Fill in acrylic mani w gel polish was about the worst I've had in town. Crooked, uneven lengths, different thicknesses, splotchy background pale pink with tips that chipped within 24hrs. I'd made an apt and still waited half an hour. Was so bad I didn't even bother trying to explain or ask for better. read more

I visited this nail salon while waiting to pick up my husband from the airforce base at MEPS. I'm from out of town so I picked a salon closest to me. When I walked in they greeted me and took my temperature. The salon is very cute and clean. Everyone was wearing masks, and they asked me to wash my hands before being serviced. I got my eyebrows done and a french pedicure. The girl did a good job on my eyebrows. I got the deluxe pedicure which came with a glass of wine or soda (I got red wine), massage, hot towel, and nice smelling mango stuff in the foot water...lol I don't know what it's called. Anyways, she did a great job on my french pedicure and the whole experience was very relaxing. Thank you! read more

First time customer yesterday my feet and eyebrows was great. The lady who did my eyebrows did my nails Manicure was what I paid for but I guess since they was rushing it's not what I got she just rushed and polish my nails and today not even a whole 24 hours the gel is pilling smh worst ever and not to mention I didn't get " Manicure " procedures smh. The dude David who did my feet was great and the young lady who did my feet design was good as well but my nails are awful and they charged me for a manicure and didn't get that . This past Friday and went home and seen that they were uneven compared to the other hand and middle nail was shorter than others, also some was thick and some was thin.Came back Tuesday to see if they can fix them, they said yes , I asked free they also said YES.. I got them clipped down and asked for reshape (bc they was thick on some) and was asked to pay $25 just for a regular polish NO design like I had previous . And keep in mind they were cut SHORT. So I had to go home and polish them myself . I had $115 dollar nails on for 4 days ...this was also a push present bc I'm having my baby soon and won't be able to pamper myself no time soon. read more

I started going to MN in March of this year. I can say that Tom is the best so far. I did have two of the other men to do my nails though. The most recent which was Tuesday he didn't do so well. I politely called and spoke to someone about my nails. She asked me to come in on Friday to correct the issue. Everyone make mistakes and everyone get tired but doing your best always should be done. Will I continue to go there yes but I will need to make an appointment with Tom. Also, got a pedicure on my second visit there. One of the women who did my pedicure wasn't nice. Like I was wasting her time or something. I caught her vibe and it wasn't good. Professionalism and how you treat someone should always reign high. If I ever want a pedicure again there she won't do it. I support Master Nails and hope that some at MN take this in stride and do better/be better. read more

I came in today to get my eyebrows wax and tinted. I was overlooked. I waited for 30 minutes just for 2 people to get serviced over me while I waited in their chairs. Very unprofessional. I saw them on social media and just wanted a good experience. I had to end up walking out. read more

I do not recommend! They don't have prices posted so they charge whatever they want. The women that messed up my nails seemed like I was her 1st client. So when back after being cut at least 3 times, getting miss shaped acrylic, and coffin shaped nails instead of tapered coffin. Tom was supposed to fix my nails. All he did was make my tapered and repaint them. As a result I am left with flat tappered coffin painted nails. They people are hussling people with unapologetic poor quality service. read more

Terrible service! Do not go! Had an appointment at 12:45 for a color change and a fullset. Arrived 10 min early and still waited close to an hour to have my toe nail color CHANGED not even the acrylics on my nails done. They showed me their samples for colors to pick from and the color I chose, when applied did not look even close to the color on the sample. Told the tech and she got mad because I didn't tell her before she finished and because I told her I wanted to change the color because it wasn't what I chose she got mad and gave me so much attitude and this after I patiently waited as THREE different techs came to talk to me about what color I wanted and then they still had me wait over an hour to actually change the color. After I got the color they had me sit for my nails and after 15 min of waiting for someone to start on my nails I got up and just paid and left. ALSO, they charged me $15 for a COLOR CHANGE of REGULAR COLOR not Gel which costs about $8 everywhere else. When I told them my discontent of their service they completely dismissed me. They do a great job!!!...I have used them all but I do prefer Tom cause normally I just let him do what he wants to them n they ALWAYS turn out great!...they have so many different colors u can choose from... from regular polish to gel polish to powder colors!...I definitely would recommend them... o n don't let me leave out that they r the bomb with designs... from hand painted to jewels!!...if I was u I would definitely go check them out!! read more

Debated writing this because when people recommend you a place it's either liv e up to it or not. I've been coming here for a few months. I think they need to get rid of the appointments because every time I make one I have to end up waiting. So it's a waste of time. Plus when booking online you can't request a specific one. Just do away with it. The skill set with most of them are okay-better than most nail salons that try to get you in an out, which can have its advantages and disadvantages. The area behind the nail techs can use a bit tidying up. Last visit however sat all the way wrong. I don't know who did my nails, but I would be happy not to see again. She kept rubbing my hand, to get my hand to relax. I've been getting my nails done for quite a bit of time. I know when my hand is relaxed. However that wasn't my issue, it was constant irritation, eye rolling, rubbing on my hand. Said nothing most the time, but it was becoming quite irritating because when she was filing my nail it was hurting and now I'm suppose to relax? She was being quite condescending and I was giving that energy back now. You don't get to talk to me how you feel like it. I didn't even get what I wanted and for the length it was over priced over short acrylics. I got up and gave that $0 tip as fast as I can. Customer service classes is needed here. I really should disputed this with my bank because it was not what I asked for at all. Still debating ! read more
