Terrible experience here. Staff had poor communication and tried to persuade me into getting gel pedicure when I asked for regular, and gave me no time at all to pick a color. The general atmosphere was not relaxing at all nor was I offered any refreshments. I got dip powder nails which at first were ok but started to chip after 2 days, definitely never coming here again!! read more

I happened to be in the area and needed pedicures for 4 ladies. I called and they said they could fit us in. The staff was friendly and offered us drinks (sprite or water) and they got to work. It's a small store front, nothing fancy but lots of color choices in regular, gel polish and powder dip. It's located in the shopping center next to Publix. The same strip with Five Guys and Chicken Salad Chick. I would definitely come back to this location next time I'm in the area. read more

I had the deluxe pedicure it was amazing!! I did not catch the sweet girls name but seriously it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I had neglected my feet during a five week class so it was like a scene out of dumb and dumber. Then I needed a fill it had been weeks since I could get time to make my nails pretty again. Tammy was excellent she took her time and though making the white tips on short nails is difficult they are perfect. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

I was a walk in took my 96-year-old mother, we got great service and a good pedi. I will be bakck for sure.

What a horrible experience. I asked for dip. They only gave me one ring of color options when there were clearly multiple brands along the walls. The tech used a UV lamp which is a big no-no for dip powder. Then the tech took a smoke break halfway through my service. I left with nails rough nails because he didn't sand down the surface. There are glitter flecks literally sticking up from my fingers. Even worse, he didn't even get the dip on the entire nail. Only half my fingers have full color coverage. I wish I wouldn't have paid them. I want my money back. read more

My normal and my back up nail salons were extremely busy this Friday before the Easter weekend. We're talking hour wait times-- I had some other things to do, so I decided to try Lisa Nails thinking that I was going to just get a quick manicure and polish. There really wasn't a long wait, but was a reason for that, as I found out. I told the nail tech that I didn't want gel polish, as no gel ever works for me. She continued to sell the gel and guaranteeing that it wouldn't happen with her technique. Okay, I bite the bullet. Found a lovely color and the application didn't take long, but there I was on SUNDAY with chips, cracking, a bubble, and out of $30 plus a $10 tip for a crappy gel manicure that I didn't even want. Oh, and now my previously fine cuticles are cracking and splitting because of the stupid UV light. The manicure--My nails were significantly grown out. I did ask her to cut them back back, but I didn't want near nubs. My nails also weren't shaped very well. My fingernails grow in a squoval naturally, but they were shaped like stumpy little squares instead. A little about the shop...not enough polish choices, the environment doesn't scream clean, techs didn't use gloves, no plastic covers on the foot bowls, I also did not notice that the techs were getting a pre-sterilized set of tools for every customer. No, never again. I went here to get a simple acrylic with polish. First of all, I had made an appointment as well and when I walked in, they looked at me like I was in the wrong place. These people just sat me down, never asked me what I wanted or how I wanted it. Once the manicure was over, I left and went to my car. I looked down and saw how awful it looked and had to go back inside and tell them that my cuticles are literally bleeding because of the lack of attention. They managed to tell me that I didn't pay for the full package and the full package was the only thing that allows them to do cuticles included in the price. The man also told me that "I should've said something before, and that its not his responsibility to fix it." These people are scam nail artists who take your money. I would definitely avoid if you can. read more

Okay, so I'm not from Montgomery, Alabama I came here for college and I was looking for nail shop and I came across this one specifically. I come inside it wasn't packed at all and the service was speedy I can say that but things got extremely controversial when it came to getting my nails done. I asked for a Full Set With Acrylic and the man got to filing my nails and I noticed my left pinky the acrylic was applied crocked compared to my right side. I explained it to him multiple times but he got very hostile about it saying he's been doing it for 20 years and ask the other workers it's looks fine. After he gave me the filing stick and said "Do it yourself, then." So at that point I explained that I don't want the services anymore and can you remove them and let me leave. Cause I felt like he was saying negative things about me in his language to his co-workers *because he kept changing from English to His native language* and he continues to get up angry. I felt like if he's been doing nails for 20 years and a customer don't like the way it looks you should remove the nail and try to redo it to the customers standards. After I left out the door I noticed he was talking to the customers inside about me negative. So, no I don't recommend this nail shop at all. Came to get a plain clear manicure and the gentleman was very rough. I had to tell him to be gentle more than once. He buffed my natural nails and left my natural nails rough. Saw one worker run the callus remover over water and put back on her basket for next customer. Finally, $12 was ridiculous for what he did. read more

I hated this place. I recently went there to get a acrylic manicure with polish. They were doing alright up until they wouldn't listen how long I wanted my nails. I wanted them as short as possible and he preceded to tell me that they would get shorter when filed (which they did not). He finished with his gel polish, and it looked so messy. I mean polish over the cuticles and the length of the nails were not even whatsoever. He did not do my cuticles at all. I left the store and went back inside because I just hated the way my nails looked and told him to do it again and fix my cuticles. He said I had to pay for a "full set" and because I didn't he could not clean them up and this other lady had to do it for him because he refused. I'm appauled with the service, and i will never be going here again. read more
