He was upset that he had to fix my toe and shamed me for it. As well as making unnecessary remakes of my toe nails when requesting a certain shape. He was very nice to other customers ,but not to me for some reason. I requested a manager after I paid ,but they supposedly were not there. I'm a very nice person and did not give anything to receive this treatment in return. I will not be returning to this establishment due to his rudeness. if you decide to go just be aware of this man that you may be receiving to do your pedicure.

Although they didn't have the product/service I requested (colored acrylic), they made every effort to provide the same look with a different application (dip with a tip). My nail tech (Linda) was so kind and responsive, and paid attention to every detail to ensure my hands and feet were amazing. She even asked if I wanted a manicure after the soak off and before the dip full set. Amazing.

The inside of the shop is minimalistic but cute decor, and the shop itself is clean (100 health department rating)! My time is valuable, but unfortunately, they don't seem to understand or respect that. I've been scheduled on the wrong days and at the wrong times, and I've even had appointments made with a technician who wasn't working that day. This has happened multiple times, and each time it's brushed off as if it's not a big deal. There have been several occasions where I've left work early, only to arrive and find out that I was either double-booked with the same technician or that my appointment was actually scheduled for a completely different day. In 2026 alone, this has happened to me approximately 6 times! That is way too many times to have my time and schedule treated so carelessly. The only reason I continued coming back was because I truly love the work my technician does on my nails and feet. She does an amazing job, and I've continued using her services despite all the scheduling issues. But at this point, I have to draw the line. I spend my hard-earned money there, and I expect my time to be respected just as much as my business is appreciated. With so many different ladies managing the customer flow, you would think things would be more organized--but unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. ‍

When they asked us again about polish, they looked at each other and laughed and said things in their language. The service was extremely rushed and the experience was not good at all. Money is money and not getting get should not be the reason our service is bad. Also, they polished my sisters toes so thick that even at night, hours after the polish was clumpy.

This service comes with complimentary white or red wine. LT helped out to get off the old acrylic off my nails. Emily completed my nails and did my pedicure with shellac color. Tom worked on the manicure and pedicure for my sister n-law. The service, interaction, etc is amazing. I live in San Jose and have regular service but this was last minute. Def Do Not understand the assignment at this place! I went in for an eyelash removal and extension…read more I needed the removal of a few sparse lashes remaining from my 3 weeks old previous install. I went to the young lady in the back (left hand side once you walk in). After settling on a size 11mm so I could have a natural look, she began to work on my lashes and that's when I should've ran out of there! Anyway, after about 1 hour, she had called over the other young lady from the back sear on the right hand side who painfully attempted to install lashes in my corners. Overall, it took about 2 hours and I left unhappy. I returned a few hours later foe a fix and had been told the two ladies in the back are in training and not fully qualified. I had the lady who is the manager fix my corners but still left u happy. 5 days later, I had to have the lashes removed professionally. There were glops (huge drops) of glue in my lashes and it irritated my Lids and eyes so much. It usually takes my normal lash lady 20 mins to remove lashes but took almost an hour to remove mine due to the glue stuck in my lashes. It was a mistake supporting this business. I hope they read this and get qualified before proceeding more.
