Mushroom Fritters
Harsharndeep Kaur D.

Went for a dinner with my family over a weekend. In September they have Mushroom Harvest Festival going on where they offer special items on the menu made from mushroom. We ordered: Mushroom Fritters: Fritters were crispy and mouth watering. Dip with the fritter was delicious too. It is a must try starter during the mushroom festival. Pollo Aioli Pizza: Combination of Fior di latte, grilled chicken, Garlic Aioli sounded tempting but it was little bit salty for us. Penne Arrabbiata: Enjoyed the Spicy and flavorous pasta with spicy rosemary tomato sauce and Italian sausage. Rating: Ambience - 4.5/5 ( liked the ambience as upscale Italian eatery, They have enough outdoor seating as well) Taste - 4/5 Service - 4/5 ( Warm and Welcoming) Portion - 4/5 Price - 4/5 It is advised to make a reservation especially on weekends.

What a hoot! I had a smile on my face from the moment we walked in til we left. There's nothing like being time warped into the 1970s and watching old cartoons and advertisements on the TVs while eating your dinner or having a drink. Everything from the color scheme to the light fixtures to the trinkets collected behind the bar screams 1970s, and made for a fun, goofy, comforting nostalgia. We started with drinks at the bar while we waited for a table. They have a good selection of local brews as well as cocktails. Even the names of the drinks made me smile. I got the "dirty shiddy martini." Then we moved to our table in the "rumpus room." The menu is no-frills and straightforward. Not a ton of options, but you're there for a burger! They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options to make everyone happy. We each got a burger Alabama style, split some fries with "flat sauce," and added a giant pickle on a stick for shids and giggles. Delicious, it all hit the spot! Staff is friendly and quick. It will be busy when you go so just enjoy the experience!

I have been in the restaurant/pub industry for most my life. This is a pub not a high scale restaurant. Clearly about making money and will not get my business or recommendation again.

Friday and Saturday nights are karaoke nights and it gets pretty fun. Everyone in the place is so laid back and carefree that even if you hate being in the spotlight you won't feel very shy giving it a try. I can see this place growing on people. Once you go a couple of times you will start frequenting it more and more.

As Greasy as the End Zone, but the people aren't quite as scary. They've got a couple of pool tables and the selection of the songs in the juke box is alright. The beer is always less than $4. The beer prices are reasonable. The food prices are incredible. As long as you buy a beer, you can get a hamburger for 99 cents. They're not your luxury home burger but they're still good: covered in bacon, cheese and mushrooms. Without the beer they're $2. The Spring rolls cost $6, you can get a huge plate of onion rings for $4. Hello, is this the '80s?! Retro prices and your average pub experience, but what else are you looking for from a local drinking hole. They have pay-per-view sporting events if you're into boxing or ultimate fighting, VLTs if that's your thing. The servers are always friendly and know all the regulars. It's all right.

Ambiance felt casual enough, but the environment was bright and warm. And our server was a delight, she was very attentive and genuinely very accommodating. Food: - Whipped Ricotta: 10/10 Beautiful, a must get. My absolute favorite dish of the night and the reason I'm even writing this review - it was THAT good. The ricotta is smooth, sweet, and garlicky. We ordered the tomato dipping sauce on the side to add to it, and that added a layer of acidity that was reminiscent of a fancy pizza in itself - Green beans: 6/10 Nothing special, bacon was good. Sauce was fine. Really just a solid veggie dish if you're looking for something green to eat - Karaage: 6.5/10 Not really actual karaage, texture was stringier than a juicy piece of chicken, but it's definitely covered in togarashi (spice) for an added kick. The dill sauce was great though - flavored really well. And adding the tomato dipping sauce to the chicken was actually a next level elevation - Vegetarian pizza: 7.5/10 Those mushrooms were so flavorful in every possible dish and this was no exception. Crust was light and crispy. All the vegetables were seasoned so well. - Gnocchi Bianca: 9.5/10 Beautiful. Delicious. Gnocchi was perfectly cooked with a soft, pillowy texture. Sauce was creamy and not too salty even with the smoked bacon. - Pumpkin cheesecake: 8/10 Texture wasn't too heavy. Flavor wasn't overbearing. Whipped cream was thicker than expected - but its flavor was decadent without being too much. Great taste. Wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend.

Kids 5 and under eat for free. Ages 6-12 cost $12.95. Ages 12-17 cost $19.95. Adults are $34.95. We came in through the Sawmill doors but noticed that half of the place has been changed and is called: The Mill | Craft Bar + Kitchen. It seems all blended together but we did end up being seated more on The Mill side; so I'm not sure if access to the brunch mattered with which side of the restaurant you sat on but it didn't seem so to me. The website really isn't clear or easy to navigate and nowhere on either website can I easily find information about the price of the brunch. When we did arrive the brunch was the only thing they were offering us so it made our choice very simple, but I'm not sure if it was because we came during brunch time so the main menu wasn't available? Seemed kind of strange. I enjoyed the huge breakfast/lunch selection of foods. We saw: egg benedict, sausage, bacon, waffles, fish, ribs, prime rib, salad bar, potatoes, yogurt. I especially loved the fresh fruit next to the chocolate fountain. There was a table of desserts: plenty of cheesecakes and small cake options. Our server and the servers in general were all friendly and engaged with us even if we weren't at the table. Not hesitating to listen and bring us water, our plates always being cleared quickly. The brunch was quite popular and so both sides of the restaurant were very full when we initially arrived around 11/1130am but luckily our group of 7 were still able to get in and get seated. Overall I could see us coming here again to enjoy the brunch.
