I started the meal with the Don Vito cocktail, a spirit forward sweet concoction of Cognac, Bourbon and Limoncello. Immediately felt like it set the perfect tone for dinner. The tasting menu started with four appetizers, the Arancini, Goat Ricotta Crostini, Insalata Siciliana and the Culatello. My favorite was the arancini as it was packed full of melty cheese with so much flavor. The culatello was a crowd favorite and the crostini was a great palate cleanser. For secondi we had the Truffle Gnudi and Paccheri. For people who like meaty flavors go with the paccheri, but I liked the light cheese and truffle of the gnudi. By the time the Pollo Al Mattone came around, I could only manage a mouthful of the succulent brick chicken and the fresh cabbage salad as I was so full and would need to be rolled out of the restaurant. We ended with the Chocolate Budino, which was dark, creamy and delicious. A great tasting menu at a great price, especially compared to Toronto prices!

I like that the bartender just works on drinks for servers and there aren't patrons directly ordering drinks from him to slow the service.

I ordered the spaghetti bolognese, and although quite different from what we make at home, was excellent! K had the Alfredo flambé which was fired up tableside. It seems to be a popular option as it happened 6 or 7 times while we dined. They also don't soak you for the privilege of the tableside presentation. It was a little cheesy for K, but excellent nonetheless. Our server Eugenia from Hamburg was excellent, she can serve us anytime. She was attentive, and her timing was exceptional! We plan on making a reservation the next time we are in Edmonton. Top notch experience!

It was spectacular. So flavourful and aromatic. We also tried the carbonara, which was amazing. It had pancetta, pecorino cheese, crumbled Italian sausage and chili oil. If you like your pasta softer, make sure to indicate that, as they do most of their pastas "al dente." It's a family restaurant that uses local artisans and locally sourced ingredients when possible. Plating was fabulous and the service was amazing. This restaurant is located in South Edmonton and has very unique, lovely murals on the ceiling. Would definitely recommend!

It's a large salad with avocado, greens, tomatoes, pickled onions, shrimp, and a delicious vinaigrette. The only complaint is I wish there were more than 3 shrimp! My tablemate had a pasta dish and the smaller portion, which was perfect for lunch. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert. The portion size was big, so a dessert for sharing after having a meal. It was delicious and I enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back to enjoy more great food!

It's still delicious, and the portion sizes are quite generous. Pazzo Pazzo is easy to access, with an entrance right off the street and low tables for comfortable dining. Street parking can be limited, but there are parking lots nearby, so you should be able to find a spot.

For food, there was black tiger shrimps, scallops, risotto, rigatoni (not al dente), brazino (sea bass was the best dish of the night) and short rib. The vegetables (carrots, brussel sprouts and oyster mushrooms) were impressively small. Three small bowls for the entire table. We ordered another brussel sprout ($16.00). They also charged $2.50 for hot water. Food was okay but nothing memorable.
