The morning of, I received a call that my assigned therapist was out Ill, and one of the add-ons I wanted was not something the therapists working that day were able to do. They were kind to offer me another service if I'd like, or just skip it and try next time. I thought that was very kind for them to call me and inform me, rather than me finding out when I arrived. Also, they were very understanding and caring about my sensitivity to LED lights due to my brain injury and other conditions, and had the lights practically off when ai got there for my appointment, just to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. The room was also very dimly lit as well. So very thoughtful and kind. All of the ladies were extremely kind and pleasant. Very welcoming. I truly felt appreciated for being there. I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times. At first, it is a little bit difficult to find. It is located right next to a barbecue restaurant that has a bit of a bigger sign. There's not much for parking, but it has never been an issue for me to find a spot so far. I love how intimate, private, beautiful and homey her studio is. She takes one client at a time, so you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in. She times out her appointments perfectly. I've never had to wait, and maybe the one or two times I did- it was never more than 2 minutes. She does her job fast and thoroughly and is very knowledgeable in what she does. She's friendly, honest, genuine, informational and trustworthy. You feel comfortable with her. I usually go for underarm and Brazilian. Underarms are a piece of cake. The Brazilian does hurt. Even after going to her the 8th time, it still hurts... but I'm always happy in the end. Her prices are very fair. Around $10 (if I remember correctly) for underarms and $35 for Brazilian. Very happy with this place.
