I've been going for my pedicures since they opened and have seen the changes every time. Never an issue for my and my husband. Now we have Andy and Snow and we love them. Very personable and eager to grow this business. They have lots of experience and I know they will do well in this spot. We got our holiday mani/pedis and couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the outcome and the prices we paid. They have big plans to change up the vibe but Snow made me a mimosa and after a long day at work it was just what i didn't know I needed but so glad I did. Relaxing and chill right now . I specifically declined a pedicure becuase I said I was in a hurry and had somewhere to be so I didn't have time for both a manicure and pedicure. I ended up having to leave before they could even do my nails. I guess thanks for taking my color off for free Got to find a new place

I have been hitting up all the cute salons and majorly unimpressed. Nails breaking left and right. But this place - I love how my nails turned out. I don't need fancy drinks or snacks. What I do need is someone who is detail-oriented. Someone who actually trims cuticles instead of sanding them down like a piece of furniture. Someone who genuinely cares about their work. And that's exactly what I got. Vivian and Steven delivered a true, old-school manicure--the kind that's getting harder and harder to find. My nails still look amazing, and not because they drowned them in oil to hide rough work. No shortcuts here. They took the time to properly remove cuticles the right way--the real way. I absolutely love that "let me do this right" energy instead of the rushed, next-customer mentality you see everywhere else. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Vivian and Steven!

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. However, the star of the show, for me, is Phong. I've been going to him for 5 years now, and he's a master of his craft. I've included some of my favorite sets he's done on me. Everything he does is hand-painted, done with patience and attention to every small detail. He always knows what I want and works with the ideas I bring in. Parking can be a bit difficult at times due to nearby businesses (a children's play center and a Thai restaurant), so plan for that, as weekends tend to be busier. One last amazing thing: you can text to schedule another appointment. It's so convenient. Golden Nail is the best!

As a result, my nails are now thin, damaged, rough, and painful. I specifically requested dip removal and expected my natural nails to be treated with care. I came to Austin for a wedding, and was really nervous about having to get myself presentable in a setting I'm unfamiliar with. I called and talked with the owner (and for as much as we talked i completely forgot to ask her name!!) She was polite, flexible, and gave me pricing over the phone and set me an appointment for the next morning. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, direct, professional, efficient, truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. She gave me options on pricing and estimated my time, since she knew I had a deadline to get ready, and went out of her way to make sure I got the right color. Her husband and daughter were there also, and when I tell you that man did miracles for my feet, I mean if the Lord had felt how soft they were he would have thought He had given me new ones! He was gentle yet thorough, with both mani and pedi, and taught me about the dip manicure, which has become my absolute Go-To now. I also got my lashes done, which was in a super sanitary, private back room. It was painless, she gave me all the warnings and made sure I was comfortable and didn't have any reactions. She was fast and gentle, and they're the best set of lashes I've ever had, at the best price!! To top it all off, the daughter (man i feel like a jerk for not asking their names now!!!!) Was such a huge help, because as I was getting my lashes done my boyfriend kept calling to see if I was ready, and I couldn't answer my phone! She totally helped me out, gave him the address, and didn't make me feel like an idiot at all. Whole family, super kind, humble, professional, and warm.
