I scheduled a massage and no one ever showed up. I texted and called the therapist and was ghosted. So disappointing. Would not use. Support was quick to refund once I told them I did not wish to reschedule. I will not be using their services ever again. read more

This is the worst ever! I live outside the Dallas ...GW Bush loop on the easy side of town. On two seperate occassions I have paid for a session several days in advance, the therapists were assigned to my appointment and both times now they completely cancelled 1 hour prior to the appointment arrival time... this last time was a couples massage, so both cancelled! Do not use this service! read more

This was the best massage I've every had and it was in the comfort of my own home! I even was lucky enough to book it on the same day. Yes, I really needed it too. I really appreciate the pointers given afterwards on how to stretch my tighter spots out daily. Highly recommend Anthony G - he was great and help me feel so much better! I was in pain...but no longer. Thanks so much Soothe read more

Honestly, a decent price for an in-home massage. It's reasonably priced compared to other brick and mortar spas considering they come to you. Booking online is easy. Be aware that "high demand" times they'll tack on another $20 and you won't know that until you get to the checkout page. The time we book massages with Soothe it's like 11 o'clock at night. It's been a long day and we are getting off work and want to get a real massage. One time we had one of the masseuses get lost and show up late. The other 3-4 times, they have been on-time and professional. Here's how it works. You book online and then they send you a confirmation whether a massage therapist is available to make your scheduled time. Then you just clear a space for the massage table and they show up with everything they need. Then like any other massage you lay on the table and you get massaged. Afterwards, they will probably ask if they can use the bathroom to wash their hands, they pack up their stuff and off they go. Easy as pie. So why 4 stars? Well, the biggest issue I have is their scheduling system. I wanted a massage at 11:45pm yesterday and I had gotten on the computer at 10:40pm to book it. I was trying to coordinate with my wife and didn't get to the booking button until 10:46 which is inside the 1 hour booking time to get 11:45 slot. So I just bumped my time to the 12:00 midnight time and hit "book." I got the confirmation and everything. 20 minutes later, I get a call from them saying, "We can't get you a therapist because 11:45 is the latest we offer massages." Me: "So why do you even allow people to book that time, if you know you won't honor it?" "We'll need to talk to our app people and see if that can be changed." Seems odd that you wouldn't block off times that you know you won't fill. It's like going to a restaurant and looking at the menu and saying, "Oh, I'd like the Shepherd's Pie." "Sorry, we don't offer the Shepherd's Pie." "Why's it on the menu?" "I don't know. I'll need to talk to the manager about it." So there you go. 10/11/2018: I recently checked their web page and voila, no more ability to book midnight or later massages. You're welcome, Soothe. read more

Great service. Very professional. George Wells did a great job. Really focused on trouble areas and privided relief for muscle spasms.

Tried to get assistance via the website (and app!) to help resolve a booking issue (I wanted the two massages I scheduled to be back to back appointments rather than a couples massage) and I have been waiting for a response in the chat feature for OVER AN HOUR. The massage therapists I have used have been fine, but due to the lack of customer support, I won't be using the app again in the future. read more

Use this code for $30 off: NZUJX I've been getting massages for many years and Theresa P. provided me with the best neck and shoulder work I've ever experienced. She spent a significant amount of time on my neck which was my biggest problem area. I feel like most therapists I've gone to in the past spent a couple of minutes and move on. She worked on it until the tension was released. Amazing! The experience of having her come to my home was easy and very convenient. I'll definitely be getting many more massages using Soothe (and Theresa specifically) in the future! read more

This is one of the better massages I have ever had! Candace did an amazing job! Before she got here I was having trouble walking due to pain in my lower back and shoulder blade. She worked some magic because I feel so much better! Great deep tissue massage and I love that she came to my house! She brought everything she needed including relaxing music! Impressive! Use my invite code and get $30 off your first massage! It is so worth it! Code : OWKKH read more

Convenient! Pot Luck on getting an experienced MT. All have been prompt, professional and clean. I have been disappointed recently by a person too fresh out of Massage School, Ug. It would be great to know the experience level of their MTs when selecting. I have received massage worth paying for from some of their MTs. read more

This service is genius. You can book a message and have message therapists come to wherever you are in no time at all. We even booked massage therapists to come to our hotel room on vacation. AMAZING! read more

I have been using Soothe for about a year now. All the therapists I have had have been excellent. Always arrive on time, set up is quick, massage is great and professional. I set up my own music but they will provide. I was concerned it would be strange having in my home. No worries, therapists are very professional, respectful and experienced. They arrive with table, clean sheets and uniform and when done you can keep relaxing in your own home...use code EAFMI for $30 off your first massage! read more

I found them online scheduled a same day appt. I was told if I joined the monthly membership for $92 I would get 60 minutes free each month. I joined and scheduled the appt. 30 minutes before my appt they called me and said they were having problem finding someone based on my request. They wanted me to change my special request for tcb oil and just go for a regular massage. I was also told I would have to pay extra because the $92 really was only for a discount not free. So the massage would have cost me $160 if they could find someone. I just cancelled because it was getting late. My appt was for 6pm but the scheduler said he would try to get someone by 8pm. What a rip off and you don't get your money back. read more

I tried booking my first massage and they kept pushing my appointment back because there was no therapist in the area. I went to cancel on the app and they offered some trickery of rescheduling the appointment free of charge. Why would there be a charge to reschedule an appointment they couldn't deliver or does it mean free meaning massage? Anyway I spoke with the representative who was trying to be condescending on rescheduling. I'm staying at a hotel on the perimeter of DFW. I changed hotel to actually in the airport and said therapist in the past Cancelled because of distance. I tried explaining the situation of locality and it was pointless. I did remove the app and I never got to experience the massage. Once again you never get a second chance to make a first impression and this one was off to a bad start. read more

I absolutely LOVE using soothe!! At first I thought it would be a little odd having someone come to my house that I didn't know to give me a massage. I was so impressed! I used a couple of people before I found someone that I always request now. He is uh-mazing!! His name is Meng-Shuen. Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had! If you're are looking for a coupon code for $30 off use JLBXU. Also request Meng!! I promise you will not be disappointed!! read more

horrendous!! the therapist was 30 min late...didn't apologize. she played rap music on her iPhone for the entire massage. she was texting during the massage. she had a almost empty bottle of dr teals lotion she keep smacking to get more out. i woke up this am with bruises about 4" around that are swollen and extremely tender despite telling her spots were getting tender during the massage. for this price, they should really do a better job of vetting their therapists. this person shouldn't be licensed let alone going to peoples home. worst massage I've had in 39 years of life read more

This was amazing! We got a couples massage and 2 guys came in about an hour, set up in the living room, and it was one of the best massages I've gotten. Wasn't weird or awkward. Very professional & worth it! read more

Decided to try this service for the first time on Good Friday. Booked online about 11am for a couples massage at 8pm that evening. Planned our entire day off around being home in time for the couples massage. At 7:35pm I received a call saying one of the therapist would not be able to make it and did I want to select a different time and reschedule. Less than 30 minutes before my appointment they called to cancel. They offered to give me a credit on my account,I told them with this being my first experience I was not so sure I would use them again as I was so dissapointed the surprise for my husband was ruined. I never received a cancellation confirmation email nor a credit on my account. BEWARE OF BOOKING THIS IF YOU ARE COUNTING ON IT FOR SOMETHING SPECIAL AND NEED TO KNOW FOR SURE THEY WILL SHOW UP. read more

What an experience! I had a low back pain that would not go away. Meng worked on me for a hour. He was recommended to me from my doctor who had a massage by Meng. After the massage, my lower back pain was almost all gone. Unbelievable! I was skeptical about massage, chiropractic, or acupuncture therapy, but Meng proved to me that the proper massage is very effective. read more

I would've given this a five stars but my Therapist Carri M. showed up literally a minute before the appointment and massage is supposed to start and the site stated the therapist would show up 15 mins early. However she was very professional she set up very quickly and her massage it was very very good. I have a lot of massages and she has a lot of techniques of a couple of my favorite massage therapists that I go to all the time. As far as using this company it is pricey as I only pay$1 a minute normally. I looked for reviews regarding tipping and I couldn't figure out what to tip because the sites information stated that the tip was included and she was so good I wanted to give her extra but I had little cash on me and I didn't want to insult her. After waiting a few minutes after she left I was able to go back into the app and leave her an extra tip. Other than that she never implied or paused for a tip and thanked me for using their service. Very good experience! read more

They are a scam. One their website they off a $20 coupon for first time users, then when you sign up they refuse to give it to you. I even called and they still wouldn't give it to me. I'm never going to book through this site on principle because they shouldn't off something if they never planned on making good on the offer. read more

Amazing experience. I was hesitant at first to let them come to my house since I had never met them. But - so glad I did it!! We got a couples Swedish massage, one man on woman. Rick & Jenn very professional & great their jobs. Best thing is, we didn't have to leave our house after!!!! Soothe will be my go-to! read more

I used Soothe for the first time today and LOVED it! I have a membership with Massage Envy, which really doesn't have great massages but it's cheap. I try to go regularly but I don't so I have a lot of credits which allows me to do an hour and a half for no upcharge when I go. I had an appointment for yesterday but had to cancel because work that was being done on my house wasn't finished. Probably for the best because I spent about 6 hours cleaning my house after the workers left. Needless to say I could've used a massage after that marathon cleaning session. So when I woke up in the morning I decided to give Soothe a try. I'm SO glad I did. It was super easy to schedule. Had an appointment within an hour. Isabel was fantastic! It was probably one of the best massages I've had. While I will probably still keep my Massage Envy membership as a cheap regular option, I will definitely use Soothe and request Isabel again. I highly recommend giving Soothe a try! read more
