Very responsive, efficient and quick. My garage door broke late last night after parking inside. A quick look revealed a broken spring. I decided to wait until the morning to call. I forgot about the incident and did not get around to it until 3:30pm. I called Sonoran garage doors. They had tech Andres to my house, repaired and replace the spring, test the unit and completed the task within an hour. These guys really rock and I was able to go to dinner with my wife an hour later. Thanks Sonoran garage doors, I had good service in the past from you, on a couple of my properties and you are my go to guys for garage doors. read more

I have used Sonoran Garage Doors several times over the past 5 years. I have never had anything but an exceptional experience with them. Every time I need something they are friendly, responsive, extremely efficient at getting me scheduled quickly even on weekends, and then they show up when they said they would and they know what they are doing. My recent tech was Gabriel, he's done work on my doors before. He's knowledgeable and informative! No attempt to upsell anything, just friendly efficient service!! Thank you AGAIN Sonoran Garage Doors!! Highly recommended business!! 5 Stars on everything!! read more

Great prices. Friendly service, very knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely use them again,

Thanks to Andres and Gabriel, I have a new pair of door springs. The installation is very professional and fast. The follow-up service was excellent too. The price is also very good. I'll recommend them to my neighbor and friends. read more

Sonoran Garage Doors installed an operator for us in 2012 and has maintained it as well as our garage door since. Recently the operator failed and Denise and Gabriel were extremely responsive to us. They quoted us on both a new operator and installation along with installation only. Andres, their technician, was here within 24 hours and completed the installation and also serviced the door while he was here. Excellent service! I highly recommend them for your garage door/operator needs. read more

I will NEVER refer this buisness to anyone. The installed the WRONG garage doors at my house. I sent pictures of the garage doors I wanted to Denisse. It was a wood plank style garage door. In several texts, after they installed the wrong doors, Denisse, she tripped herself up, and said "We can't get that style of garage door from our supplier." The owner came out to measure my doors and show me a small square picture of a wood sample. He says, "Is this what you want?" I said, "Denisse knows what I want." Bait and switch....so unscrupulous. They couldn't get that style of door from their supplier, and never say it? Me looking at a small square sample was the switch. How can you do that as a business? Why not in the beginning say, "We can't get that style of door." Why keep going with measurements, and a bid, if you can't get the door the customer wants? Unbelievable. read more

Last night after dinner, we decided to go out for ice cream. But when we tried to open the garage door, it was stuck. We inspected it and saw that a very large spring at the top of the door had split in two. I said, "Remember that loud noise we heard coming from the garage this morning?" It was already after 6 p.m., but in desperation, I called Sonoran Garage Doors because they installed a new motor for us about a year and a half ago and I remembered they had great service. I left a message on the off chance someone was still in the office, never expecting to hear from them until sometime today. Within a few minutes of leaving the message, I got a text. "Hi this is Dennisse from Sonoran Garage Doors, sorry that I missed your call. How can I help you? Thank you." I texted photos of the broken spring and she said someone would be out between 7:30-8 p.m. They arrived at 7:30 as promised and fixed the door. They came out well after business hours, worked on it for about an hour and were so polite and professional. They saw another problem with the rails when they looked at it and fixed that, too. Sonoran Garage Doors is our garage door company for life! read more

We went out to our garage to go to an appointment and the door would not open, so we manually had to open the door. Called Dennisse mid-afternoon and she said sorry can't be there today, but set up appointment for Andres to be our home early the next day!!! Great service and company, highly recommend. A great family owned company that takes pride in their work. Installed a new garage door and opener for us. Excellent job all the way from the first call to get a quote to installing the door. They were great to work with. read more

I needed a pretty minor adjustment to my garage door, nothing too major, but Sonoran Garage Doors was easy to work with and took care of the issue. They also made sure to inspect my door, motor, etc while they were out, so I have the peace of mind of knowing everything else was working well. Not a lot to write a review on with this short visit, but I'll definitely be contacting them again if I need anything else in the future. read more

My garage door came off the rails last night as my fiance was pulling in. I know garages aren't anything to mess with, so I jumped on Nextdoor pretty quickly to see if my neighbors had a recommendation. Sonoran Garage Doors had a few positive recommendations, so I pulled them up here on Yelp and confirmed a solid overall rating. Called them up, and Gabriel showed up to my house in less than an hour. He was able to get the garage shut, but didn't have the replacement rails needed to finish the job. No biggie. He came back this morning and had the damaged rails replaced in about half an hour. Price was certainly fair based off of my expectations from online searches. Would definitely recommend them to others! read more

Had an issue with my garage door later in the evening and called Sonoran Garage Doors and was happy to been able to talk to Denise who asked me all the right questions regarding my issue I was experiencing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gabriel the tech came out with in an hour or two. Very professional and driving a marked truck with there logo, so I knew it was a legitimate person walking up towards my house. The technician was quick to find the problem that I was experiencing and gave me a quote for the repair. Very reasonable price and came out the very next afternoon to complete the service he promised. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely refer my friends and neighbors. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Sonoran Garage Doors!!! read more

Just used Sonoran Garage Doors and thanks to my neighbors recommendations, I too appreciate Sonoran's outstanding service! The spring broke at 13:00 and at 13:30 Gabriel shows up and knocks it out in an hr! He's a Pro checking it all over and lubed areas of concern. Ungodly quick service and a really fair price! Never again will be burned by unscrupulous garage door repairmen, I will call Sonoran Garage Doors and Gabriel, he's an awesome Professional ! read more

Very impressed with the work that they do. I called and Denise was polite and efficient. Luckily Gabriel the owner was able to come within a couple of hours. He not only repaired the damage on the door, he made my garage door work better than it did before. No more loud gears and thumps. I feel like I have a new garage door opener. He tuned up the springs and checked all the mechanics. Good quality work for the amount i paid. read more

I was referred to Sonoran Garage Doors by a friend. They struck their garage door with a car. The couple had only praises for the quality of work, professionalism, and competitive prices. One of the two springs went out in my double garage door today. It's Sunday so I figured a weekend service call would be extremely expensive. I called the main number and Denise's voicemail offered texting too. I sent a text to her and received a reply in approximately 15 minutes on a weekend! I was hoping to get an appointment in the early part of this week. She offered to have Gabriel come out today. She said they were already booked for Monday and Tuesday would be the earliest in their regular schedule. Sonoran does not charge extra for weekend or urgent calls. We agreed on a 1-2 p.m. appointment. Gabriel arrived at 1:10. He was very polite and professional. He inspected the door, told me what he needed to do, and gave a 25-30 minute estimate to complete the work. Gabriel knocked on my interior garage door about 25 minutes later. He completed the repair and also lubricated all the guide wheels, hinges, and screw drive track. He explained their 3-year warranty and put a sticker on the inside of the garage door as a reminder. Gabriel had a preprinted work order with the same pricing as Denise quoted in the text message. They accepted cash, check, or credit/debit card. I'm thankful for my friend's referral. At $199.30, the price was $150 less than my mother paid for the repair of a single spring configuration performed by a different company. Gabriel was an excellent representative for Sonoran... great work at really good prices! read more

My door spring broke, so I used Yelp's quote feature to request responses. The range in prices was huge, and Sonoran was very reasonably priced. They had availability to come out same day. The included tune up has it running smoother than ever, and it was only about 20 minutes of work. The price was exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend them. read more

We have been in our home for about 3 months and since day one we have had issues with the garage door, it would open part way but always opened. The other day it would no longer work with either the garage door openers or the wall unit, I knew he had a problem when the wall unit would not open it. I called Sonoran garage Doors because of the reviews on yelp they came out the next day. Gabriel is the person who came out. He kind of knew what it was but want to diagnose it. He was very professional and courteous. after he inspected it, as I thought, it was the motor in the garage door opener so we needed a whole new one, He said it would be about an hour and cost $330.00, which since we were already spending 90.00 for them to come out I figured it was O.K. He took the time to explain it to me and I had him do the work. After he finished the work, he programmed out extra remote to work with the new opener and then took time to explain the me (this is the first time I have had a garage door with an opener) things I should watch for and the explained the warranty. Gabriel also explained what he was going to do in the tume up for the garage door. Eventhough I never am happy with spending over $300.00, unless it is something fun, I knew we were going to have to get a new opener and an happy with the work they did. Gabriel explained exactly what I needed and how to use the new opener. I would use Sonoran Garage Doors again and would recommend them to others. read more

On July 23rd my garage door tensioner spring snapped I had Sonoran garage doors come out and replace. Got the impression that this was a husband and wife local business. Extremely impressed with the response time and updates throughout the process. Miguel went above and beyond in addressing the broken door spring. Very reasonable rates along with outstanding customer service and follow through. I have been using Sonoran Garage Doors for so long now, maybe 15 years and two diff houses for a total of about five service calls. Im ashamed to say this is my first review of their work as it is a long time coming and they are so deserved. This last repair came as I cleaned my garage and accidentally left a broom handle in the track. I heard that familiar, awful crunch and reaching for the phone. The way I tweaked the track the door wouldn't shut but a couple feet, so I was particularly nervous about the prospect of having to wait several days to get it fixed. Amidst my angst I had forgotten it was 930 on a Saturday night, but Denise answered anyway and not only answered but set my appt for 10AM the next day... Sunday. Gabriel showed up, as he has done so many times for me, smiling and ready to put me at ease and fix my mess. Within an hour he was done, the door was perfect and the fee was so reasonable I felt guilty it wasn't more of a lesson for my stupidity. There was no Sunday premium charge or emergency call fee, just Sonoran Garage Doors doing what they do best at a time when I needed them most. Thank you Sonoran Garage Doors. I can't think of a company (or people) with whom I do business that takes care of us like you do and everyone should know how great you guys are! read more

Professional company. On time. Friendly. Easy to schedule. Installed new motor and belt system in an hour.

So incredibly happy with Sonoran Garage Doors! I Left a message detailing issue with my garage door and was called back very quickly, with a next day appointment time set up. The day of service I received a call advising Gabriel was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. Which is awesome compared to some companies that have a 4 hour window. Gabriel showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, provided fair estimate of repair/parts and finished the job timely. There were no "surprise add on costs". His charge was reasonable and I felt right from the start I was talking with a guy who knew his stuff. He even changed the light bulb in the unit for me! So thrilled to have my garage door working again. Thank you so much Sonoran Garage Doors. Call them at 480.290.2334 or 480.375.8787. Amy C. read more

My garage door stop working this morning, so after searching and reviewing other people comments and experience with different garage door company's on Yelp I decided to call Sonoran Garage doors. Call them around 8am, the lady who I talked to on the phone was very nice and knowable of the subject. She said that Gabriel the repair tech will be at my house around 9:00 so he show up in less than hour after my phone call. He check everything and told me I need to replacement of the spring and add support for panels( since we were using it with previous spring problem , it broke some panel). We agree on doing everything he recommended and after he came back with all replacement parts, he was done in less than hour. We are very satisfied with great work and excellent customer service was provided to us, both over the phone and at my house. Definitely will recommend Sonoran garage doors. We talked to our neighbor who has the same garage door system, which is Wayne Dalton and had same problem few months ago, only he useed some other company and with all kind of discounts he paid still 100$ more than we did. If you have problem with your garage doors call Sonoran garage door you won't regret it. Joanna W. read more

Great service. Like most it was a door spring that snapped. I got a quote from Sonoran and Gabriel was out at the house fast. I used the service visit to also ditch the loud clanky Craftsman chain drive opener. Gabriel had a Liftmaster belt drive opener installed fast. And it has bluetooth so you can use your phone to check if it's open and close it. Great company and very prompt, Highly recommend. read more

I've been doing business with Sonoran Garage for years. They've earned my trust and loyalty which I'll never go to anyone else. Craigslist is such a scary crap shoot that you're bound to get ripped-off by unlicensed handymen and fly-by-nighters. My garage door collapsed after a garden shovel handle fell onto the garage door track while in operation. Gabriel came the next morning as I slept in my garage overnite with a loaded shotgun for potential thieves. I can repair anything but when it comes to a garage door, you NEVER want to repair it yourself especially when it has extreme spring tension that can easily kill you. Gabriel and Deniece have been instrumental, kind, and professional in supporting my needs whenever a crises arises. I also got to brush-up on my Spanish with Gabriel discussing issues such as family, friends, tequila, and the AZ lifestyle. I gave him a nice cold Tecate beer afterwards and a spare PCB Controller Board for his Liftmaster garage door openers (on his truck rack) as a thank you and for my sincere appreciation. Gabriel is professional. punctual, honest, and won't bullshit you into buying unneccessary repairs or componenets you don't need. Has the highest integrity in a state known for rip-offs, scams, and shoddy business ethics. read more

Our garage door was failing some days then it finally stopped working. Gabriel came out same day, in time, and within five minutes diagnosed the problem. Price was better than others I compared to, no coupons, no haggling no surprises! read more

Sonoran Garage Doors - New door opener - Garage Door Services Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Called them on a Wednesday when our garage wasn't opening. The chain was hanging a little and center beam seemed warped a little. Because I live in South Phoenix where they are located, they arrived to my house within an hour of calling. Gabriel showed up and was very nice and professional. He explained to me what was wrong, and quoted me a very good price without trying to up sell me. He also lubed and tuned up track /wheels etc, free of charge. Plus the parts he had to replace cane with a 1 year warranty that I wasn't even expecting. He was done within 30 minutes and our garage works again (and is more quiet now). Thanks Gabriel!! I'd definitely use him again. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. On a Wednesday night we heard a loud bang in our garage. Then the garage door didn't work. I called Sonoran on my Thursday morning break. The young lady that answered was polite and efficient. She predicted a spring had popped. Gabriel was at our home before 6 that same evening. He confirmed it was a spring, but he didn't have a replacement on his truck. He came back the next evening (exact same time) and did the repair, even as the sun was setting. The whole thing took 40 minutes, tops! He also lubricated our brackets and drive belt on the automatic opener, unasked. This team does solid work for a reasonable price with great efficiency. Highly recommend!! read more

I had Sonoran install three 9x7 doors on my new garage addition. Gaberial would not route the wires through the attic for a clean install. Many staples penetrating the wires! This can't be the owner doing this? Instead of using a stud finder he used a large nail to find the studs. What? Then he left 20+ holes in my ceiling without fixing them before he left. Really? Door openers that mount to the wall were not mounted level. After a call back to fix these things i first ask him to remove the PO stickers on each panel. Note... a sticker is on each edge, so 4 panels per door with a total of 8 stickers. After asking him to remove all visible stickers (wasn't concerned with the sides facing the wall because you can't see them) he started arguing with me about it. I ended up kicking him off my property. In the end i ran the wires through the attic myself, had the holes patched in my ceiling. I spent many hours fixing what a paying customer asked for. Attention to detail was very poor and the job was not on par with the thousands of dollars i spent!! I'm sure he's great for repairs based on reviews but stay away from new installs. Reply I under stand you can't have wires just hanging... But Staples penetrating wires? Come on, and there were more than just these in the pictures (See Google reviews). Wires pinched on the openers and not running through the channels provided so the don't get pinched!...Openers mounted with no attention to levelness. I asked for wires to be run through the garage attic, access was directly on the other side of the interior door which i told you, you refused. Stickers are the side of the door are on painted aluminum, not on the back panel of the door which you state! You refused to remove them and i understand why, it takes a lot of time to remove them. You did not want to spend the time removing them. I spent many hours of my time fixing what you would not do, plan and simple. I ran the wires through the attic! I had your holes patched before paint. I remounted the openers and made all 3 level. When i asked your wife via email if the stickers would be removed, she told me "We will take care of you." You did not and i told you to leave. Ceiling had a skim coat, just needed a light sanding and it was ready for paint. Finding studs with a large nail is not profession IMO and i can tell you that with 20+ holes in my ceiling a nail doesn't always find studs! To leave the holes and not say anything is not a good business practice! So say what you want to defend yourself but if you want your customers to be happy do what they ask. Poor execution with the installation.. read more

Just had my garage door springs replaced by Sonoran. They were running ahead of schedule so they called and asked if they could send Gabriel, the service tech., out earlier to fix the problem. He replaced the springs and did a maintenence check on the rollers, motor and replaced the light bulbs. Gabriel finished the service in about 30 minutes. I don't usually do reviews, but when you come across a company who has employees that care about, and do their work in such a professional manner it needs to be acknowledged. I checked other companies prior to choosing Sonoran and read similar reviews. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. And "Bonus" they had reasonable pricing and didn't try to upsale you on anything else once they got there. I definately would recommend this company to you. read more
