I was refused a basic blood draw simply because they were missing a minor detail about where to send the results. I offered a simple workaround, but they refused and told me to come back another time. It's really frustrating that I had to rearrange my day for something that should be basic administrative work on their end, and not something the patient should be taking care of. I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system. Frustrating, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and avoidable... bypass this location if you can zero stars!

Yes I called you something along the lines of being difficult (no cussing, no body shaming, no commitments on that ratty synthetic wig you had on, nothing). If you are the owner of this business you should really think about how you talk to people. Yes my business was taken elsewhere. I hope this review also sends people where their business will be appreciated. Just because others won't stand up and say something doesn't mean that it's ok the way you treat and speak to people. I had a very disappointing experience at this office…read more Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could be billed later for the visit, and I was told that it would be fine. Based on that information, I took time off work and kept my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be billed later and that the information I had been given over the phone was incorrect. I explained that someone should be held accountable for giving patients inaccurate information, especially when patients take time off work based on what they're told. When I said that whoever gave me the incorrect information should be corrected so this wouldn't happen to other patients, the front desk employee suddenly handed me the phone and said, "Here, you talk to them." I declined because it wasn't my responsibility as the patient to confront or correct another employee. I was simply asking the office to address the mistake internally. Instead of acknowledging the error, I was then told, "You can always reschedule," which was not a solution after I had already made arrangements to be there. After my payment was made, the office manager came into the testing room while I was with the technician. I tried to de-escalate the situation by saying, "I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to get upset or mad. I was just told this over the phone." She replied, "I don't want to get mad either." I perceived that comment as threatening, which is why I responded, "Is that a challenge?" As the patient, I found the interaction intimidating and inappropriate. I reminded her that I was the patient and asked her to leave so I could finish my appointment. I do want to point out that the technician who performed my VNG test was professional and courteous. My concerns are not with the technician but with the way the front office handled the situation. Based on my experience, the front office demonstrated a lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. While I was there, it also appeared that other patients were experiencing issues with how the front office was handling things. Mistakes happen, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the error and working toward a resolution, I left feeling dismissed, intimidated, and disappointed with the overall experience.

To clarify, I was not late--I was early. I had to leave by 8:05 due to my schedule. It's misleading to advertise online check-in if it's not effectively implemented. I visit your lab frequently, often twice a month, and it's absurd that I have to submit my insurance card whenever I've already provided that information on your portal. The customer service I experienced was inadequate and lacking empathy. As a disabled person, walking is a significant challenge for me, and I'm currently dealing with mobility issues. While I have a wheelchair, I struggle to get it out of my vehicle without assistance, which further complicates matters. I recognize that LabCorp's time is valuable, but so is mine. I manage a large company and don't have the luxury of waiting an hour for lab work. Making an appointment should minimize wait times. When I felt like I was being annoying, she was sweet and willing to help me every step of the way. She even made me laugh a couple times! And Rosa who took my bloodwork and preformed my breath test, was gentle and sweet. This was truly a shockingly good experience because I went to a different lab company the day before and I was so frustrated with them, I walked out. Oh and the screen in the wait room to show when you are next in line is a nice touch! The last place I went to, I sat in the waiting room for an hour after check in and was never acknowledge. A screen like that would have given me some reassurance that I wasn't being missed. Labcorp, thank you for not only opening on a Saturday, but for also hiring people who care about their patients.

The staff was very friendly and came out a couple of times to let everyone know that they were about 10 - 15 minutes behind and that walk-ins could be delayed up to an hour. Very polite and a few people did leave but did not seem very upset as they left. I was called in about 20 minutes after my appointment time, and I was greeted and apologized to for the wait and it was fine. Bea was terrific as far as taking care of me and she was very patient and professional. I was very appreciative of her care for me. Just keep in mind that when it is busy, they are still there to help you. They do not deserve any grief. Appointments always work out for the best experience as far as I have seen. Bea was wonderful!!
