Just heat and attitude. Response: You had an attitude like you were the one sweating in the lobby. Yes I called you something along the lines of being difficult (no cussing, no body shaming, no commitments on that ratty synthetic wig you had on, nothing). If you are the owner of this business you should really think about how you talk to people. Yes my business was taken elsewhere. I hope this review also sends people where their business will be appreciated. Just because others won't stand up and say something doesn't mean that it's ok the way you treat and speak to people. The first available appointment was scheduled almost 2 months out since they indicated only two offices perform this type of testing and they had nothing sooner. Three weeks before the appointment, we received a phone call that the Phoenix office equipment was inoperable, and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The next available appointment was scheduled a week out indicating the Mesa office almost an hour from us does have an opening. We took it so we can get the information needed and have it available for the doctor to review by the next doctor's appointment. We drive an hour to the Mesa office on the day of the appointment and arrived early and waited for the office to open. The office doors opened slightly before 7:30. When we walked in to check in, we were advised the appointment had been made in error and that it was cancelled. I attempted to explain how my husband has a brain clot that is worsening and asked for anything available. The woman at the desk indicated we would have to call to reschedule. I told her we drove an hour to be there. She said she drove an hour to get to work. She gets paid to be there. We got nothing. We will not be allowing them a 3rd attempt to make things right since they could care less about the patient or the patient experience and apparently have too much business that they have no appointments for months out. They could have messaged us Friday to save us the trouble of driving an hour for no reason. They did not. His appointment was scheduled for 9th at 7:30. After we arrived back home on the 9th a text was received at 8:17 indicating the appointment was cancelled. If a patient is late, they could be charged a no-show fee. What are the consequences for them not delivering timely service? What can be done to hold them accountable? I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEURODIAGNOSTICS LABS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The front desk is a different story, the regular lady is usually pretty rude and yesterday they had a younger girl with white and purple hair who was also rude. It's like they don't realize they're dealing with people who are getting bloodwork, no one wants to have to get bloodwork, best case scenario it's routine yearly stuff but I've often had to get bloodwork to continue getting different medications, to rule in or out things like cancer, etc all things that are already anxiety causing. I took my 10-year-old in for his first blood draw this morning. We arrived around 7 a.m. without an…read moreappointment, so there was a bit of a wait--which was expected. Theresa called us back, and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept my son engaged the entire time and answered all of his questions in a way that made him feel comfortable and informed. He was pretty nervous going in, but she turned it into a really positive experience for him. I'm so grateful for her kindness and professionalism--she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier for both of us.
