To eat, I went with the Triple Crown, which is a double steakburger, bacon and a fried egg. I added lettuce, tomato's and pickles. I thought the egg was gonna be fried all the way through, but it was more like a fried sunny-side-up egg. I wasn't gonna let that stop me from enjoying. Added the fries & drink combo to the burger and figured to upgrade to the garlic fries to see how they were done. While I waited, I enjoyed the decor and learn a few new things about some of my favorite baseball players. My burger was on point and great. I like the garlic fries, but I've always included rosemary, and I think that was missing for me. They have alcohol and a bar around the corner. I like being able to self-serve myself with soft drinks. Seating outside is patio pet-friendly and offers great shading if you come in the afternoon as the sun sets behind the building. They have this location and one in Flagstaff that I will absolutely return back for. I do think I spent more than expected, but it was a great quality burger. I just wish the fries came with it for that price.

Got to this location on 2/5/2017 at 1:45 pm. Placed our order which consisted of 2 burger meals, and 2 hot dog meals . 30 minutes later our food came out, ice cold and the hot dogs were missing!! Gave the food back to the girl and told her that I wasn't paying for cold and missing food. Asked her to send the manager out and she said he would be out in just a minute...well....10 minutes passed and no manager so I buzzed the buzzer and got a gentleman who said he was the manager, so I told him the issue and he never once offered to fix anything or rectify the problem. Told him the we wouldn't be back and his reply was ok, amd clicked off the speaker! This manager definately needs to some training on how to run his crew and how to deal with the public! read more

We've got a love-hate relationship with this particular Sonic. When they get it right, it's a good place to eat. My wife and i used to eat here every Sunday morning and had made it part of our routine. Sadly, over the last few years, it has become very hit and miss. The food quality can range from good to quite poor, depending upon different days. We still eat here from time to time but only when we feel like rolling the dice on what we might get to eat from them. Can't recommend this place but we won't sternly warn you away from it either. if you do eat here and get bad food, don't be surprised. read more

Great customer service can be hard to find these days, so it was refreshing to meet someone who genuinely made conversation and welcomed customers with such a pleasant attitude. She took my order, but unfortunately, it ended up being wrong. At the time, I was exhausted from traveling with four kids and became very upset. I went to the counter and started making a scene, which was definitely out of line on my part. As I was expressing my frustration, my husband pointed out that he had actually ordered my food incorrectly. The mistake wasn't Freddy's fault at all--it was ours. I immediately apologized, and despite the way I had acted, Mariah handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. She remained calm, courteous, and understanding throughout the entire interaction. By the end, we were laughing and joking together, and everything worked out perfectly. I can honestly say this is one of the best Freddy's locations I've visited. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the customer service was outstanding. Thanks to Mariah and the team, we all left happy.
