Sorry to say Sonic is off the menu for me and my family. We gave you three chances and each one has been disappointing. Twice for drinks and the "Drink Capital" and each have been disappointing. Way to bland, flat, or watery. It's pretty hard to mess up a soda and/or tea. Unfortunately, three times in a row. Tonight, was a big purchase for the family. Burger was half done, fries was half empty, half/half tea was unsweet and water, cherry DP was flat and watery, chicken was the smallest strips I have ever seen. Just not a good experience for my money. Sonic used to be one of the best. What happened?! I am not for sure if it is Management or what? We stopped for a late lunch with almost the whole gang in the car. I really wanted the Low-Cal Diet Cherry Limeade since this sugar free version is a great alternative to Diet Coke for Diabetics. Uncle Dave and Aunt Hilda also fell in love with the Low-Cal Diet Cherry Limeade and have searched it out near their hometown. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Strips, Tots and Fries filled the van and all 7 of us were happy. read more

Had a long wait in the drive-thru with 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window, we paid and received our drink. Then waited a long time to get our food. No explanation or apology offered. The food was still a bit warm and tasted fine but received less than half of onion rings that you would normally receive. I have had it with Sonic especially this one in Greenwood, AR! read more

REALLY Really Really beginning to Hate this place with a Pure Passion!!! Lately orders are NEVER fully right and this time tops the cake......My son went to pick up lunch and bring home for break. He placed a decent size order (3 meals, 2 wacky packs and a pretzel) Unfortunately, he didn't check his order. There was an entire meal missing (my daughter had no lunch) and the pretzel was hard as a rock, the cheeseburger with extra cheese was a single slice split in half and put on each bun ( I know a slice of cheese covers more than half a kids burger) and one of the drinks was supposed to be without ice and as usual they topped the cup off and you can't even tell there's any tea in it. They get things wrong Every time yet sonic is a favorite (at least food wise if they can actually follow direction. If you want sonic (like we frequently do) go anywhere but definitely greenwood and Mansfield is very iffy. Basically drive an hour or so out of your way for good service bc they don't even offer decent service at either location. read more

Sonic used to be my favorite place!! the last three times I have been there have been very disappointing. The first bad experience was my burger was cold hard and disgusting. I gave them the benefit of doubt because they were really busy. My second bad experience was a couple weeks later, I stopped by after 8 pm to get a half price shake, I waited 20 minutes, still never got my shake. I just left. Today, I stopped by to give them another chance, and I wanted the car-hop special, I was told they no longer have it, but they could give me the new chicken special they have for the same price, I said okay, I will give it a try. When the girl first brought my food out, it was the wrong order, she went back in, when she came out this time, she gave me my food, and said okay, now we have it right, she walked away, when I opened the bag there was no chicken in the bag at all. Only french fries, and gravy and toast. I pushed the button and told them, they brought some chicken out, but it was hard and gross. I just don't know what has happened to my favorite place to eat in Greenwood Arkansas. But there is a Casey's store going in right next to it, they better step it up, or they will put them out of business. I know I wont be going back. read more
