When I asked to speak with her, she turned around and yelled over her shoulder that she was "too busy" and that I would need to yell over the customers to talk to her. Once she finally came to the register, I calmly explained the misunderstanding and mentioned that the cashier had read the order back to me, which is why I was confused. I even offered to just pay for the second meal until her attitude became increasingly dismissive and disrespectful. At that point, I simply requested a refund. What should have been a quick process somehow took another 7 minutes because she repeatedly kept saying, "I don't know what you want me to do," even after I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted a refund. She also accused me of being rude, despite the fact that I remained calm and only wanted the issue resolved so I could leave. The most concerning part happened after the refund was finally completed. The manager handled my refund transaction, touched the register, receipt, and other surfaces -- then immediately went right back to handling customers' food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She went straight back to preparing orders and placing food on trays. The only positive thing I can say is that the young employee who initially helped me was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior completely ruined the experience. I will not be returning.
