I'd give zero stars, if possible. Waste of resources to open this location and let it flop so quickly. Pretty sure it's ran by kids. They are rude, the place is FILTHY! (You walk into the kitchen to pick up DoorDash orders)... and honestly, I won't eat there after seeing that) The last time I did eat there the fries were COLD and tasted old, the mozzarella sticks were still cold inside but had some warm liquid oil that came out when I bit into it... the burgers are less than stellar. One night in June when we went through the drive through, the coffee place and car wash were already closed. Two male employees proceeded to hop into the back of a small, green truck and do donuts around the place... it was a pathetic, sad performance. I know they were trying to impress some lady coworkers, but these "boys" need some tips! It was pathetic. Again, waste of resources unless someone swoops in and buys this place and makes some serious changes. DONT EAT HERE. read more

Well unless you want to get the complete wrong order don't even go. Order a burger without onions, ya know cause I'm allergic, got a burger with onions. Went back. Got a grilled cheese burger or something full of onions. Went back again. Got my money back and saw how absolutely disgusting and trashed the inside is. Ordered online for faster pick up and still waited 15 minutes for two soft drinks. I would not return, especially if I was in a hurry.

Extremely rude employees. Horrible experience thought I'd give them another chance. Second experience was worst then the first. Order was wrong both times, and they forgot to bring us our food waited 30 mins by the time we got the food it was cold. I will never come back. The worst sonic I've ever been too. The blonde kid at the drive thru on feb 25th 2023 at around 7 at night was so damn clueless . We rolled up and asked if the signature sauce was in the bag and he just stared at us like he was stoned out of his mind and replied. " what?" Lmao he was so high. Also the kid taking the order was cussing he didn't realize he left his mic on. These kids are clueless they need better training and better customer service..... lol read more

Came to this location about 8pm, not very busy. One car in the drive thru and maybe three in the "carhop dining". Waited several minutes before being addressed at the drive through to place my order. Which I had to repeat my order and remind the details (fries, tots, med/large sauces) Then I proceeded to the window. Paid fairly quickly and got our drinks fast (the gal was nice) but then we waited at least ten minutes for our food while watching the staff stand around and play on their phones and show each other their phone screens while occasionally and eventually putting our order together. They were not understaffed. For about ten minutes five or six people in the drive through area and there were others in the back cooking. So finally after playing on their phones, talking, laughing and eating we received most of our food and was mumbled something unintelligible while walking away and closing the window. We were missing our tots and figured they were not ready. Three to five more minutes expire they finally realize I am still there and not the next car unaware my order was not full. So when I got my tots I explained to the young man how poor the service was and being on their phone was not professional and if they were paying attention they may have gotten my order complete and realized I did not drive off after receiving my food. What I believe was a manager came over wondering what was wrong did not seem to car and I reminded if they were not playing on their phones they may realize what is happening but apparently she did not care and retorted she did not notice because she was busy doing her job and closed the window on us and walked away. What job? So the food was cold and we did not get our sauces either. What a waste of payroll at this location. Close it down or hire an adult to supervise these clowns. I would be embarrassed to own or manage this establishment. read more

While picking up my girlfriend from Paine Field 2/5/23 , we decided to try out the new Sonic next to the new car wash Glint . This being our first time ever dining at the food chain and after seeing the lines out onto the street , I thought it must be good ... boy was I wrong ..and this place isn't going to last long if these issue continue . Employee took our order and I told her we did not want cheese on either burger , and we wanted to normal size and not the upsized large . I knew something was off the minute I saw the cost when we drove up to the window $21.00 !!! It's like this employee didn't hear one word I said, which we didn't find out until we got home and I wasn't going to drive 3 miles back to complain . We tried to call , no answer . WTH Both burgers had cheese , meat was over cooked and burnt around the edges of the meat , too much Ketchup & Mayo , fries were over cooked and cold, the large drinks had so much ice in them , there had to be half a can of soda in them without the ice ( no joke ) couple slips gone . Needless to say , we won't be visiting Sonic anytime soon again .... When is someone going to get an In & Out burger joint here !!? I think the lines I saw were out of curiosity and will disappear if the service stays like this .... Word of advice , check your order BEFORE you drive off . read more

How to lose customers: Keep all your lights on. Let customers occupy the stalls. Let customers push the red order buttons. Let the customers wait 15 minutes. Then come out and tell them you close at 8:00 on a Saturday night. read more

Second time visiting and not as good as when they first opened. Lettuce and tomato slice kept falling out of our burgers. Cups are flimsy and liquid leaks out when full. Can barely hear the order taker person over the speaker. Do not order food from the drive up and park. They carry if out with their hands holding the food against the persons body if there are several items. Gross. The fence on the edge of the property is littered with garbage and graffiti. honestly so sick of this sonic. i never write reviews, let alone bad ones, but its unsettling how many negative experiences i have had at this specific location. i once ordered on uber and the driver ended up sitting for like over 2 hours so uber made me cancel the order and reorder for a different person. i reordered my stuff and mind you its been OVER an hour at this point. when my stuff arrived i expected since it was a new order, they'd remake the food and toss the two hour food. NOPE! i had a melted room temp milk shake, and cold food. the original order receipt was even time stamped for my first order. thats not food safe or sanitary. today, i decided to test my luck. bad move. i simply ordered onion rings, with two signature sauces and a milkshake. tell me why they filled 70% of this cup with f**king whipped cream and they gave me ranch instead of signature sauce??? read more

Don't bother using the app to place an order. They are not set up to deliver it. I placed an order today (the app worked fine for that part) drove to the restaurant to pick it up and found all of the stalls blocked off and someone vacuuming them with a shop vac. I was told by a employee that I had to get in the drive thru line to pick it up. Even though they had signs up saying that if you were there to pick up a app order to pull into a stall. If you're going to have to wait in drive thru to get your food anyway why order it on the app and risk getting cold food. I'm done with Sonic until I know that they have improved their business. read more

The food took forever. We ordered a pretzel with cheese sauce. took forever and the cheese sauce was apparently not currently alalivle after we ordered so we didn't get any. Missing toys napkins and straw. read more

It was ok fast food. Although I won't hold my breath, looking at some of these other reviews I'm hoping we don't get sick.. we were probably in and out of there with our food under 30 minutes, they were very busy. The alarming part was watching the employees bring stuff to peoples cars. You can't really even tell they work there, they just taking their sweet time, spilling drinks without a care, barely keeping their pants on... It was sad really. Also they advertise stuff on their drive up windows that they don't even have. read more

Great food and service and the hotdogs was really good I definitely recommend getting a chili cheese dog

We got a hot dog and a hamburger. It took like 25 minutes to get the food and the hot dog was almost green looking and barely was even warm. I will never be back. Good luck. Only good thing was the car wash next door. Glint car wash is the best. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I did the app order because I thought that would be faster than going through the drive thru. Wrong move. I did my order at 2:09, parked in stall, checked in on the app, and hit the order button. Told them I was here to pick up order, they asked for my name and then said it will be out shortly. Thirty minutes of waiting I finally hit the button again. Same thing they said it would be out shortly. That time it finally came out a minute later. The order was only two drinks and one burger, no reason for it to take 30 minutes. At this point, I was so frustrated I asked to talk to someone in charge. I just wanted my money back, didn't even want my order anymore and wanted to know why I had to wait that long. She said she couldn't refund me due to my using the app and the app didn't show my checked in even though I verbally checked in with them as well as the app when I first got there. The best she could do was remake my order, which doesn't even make sense since it was one burger and cold drinks. As you can see with my review history I never do reviews but am so upset I wanted to make sure no one has to go through this like me. Next time I'll stick to literally any other fast food. read more

This place is repulsive. There was an employee outside throwing f-bombs while we were waiting for our disgusting food. The fries were cold and the burgers tasted like those soy burgers you were fed in elementary school. The shakes at Chick-fil-A are much better but and was the only part of my meal that was edible. If I could do zero stars, I would. We were eager to try out the Everett Sonic after seeing their commercials. We pulled up to a stall and pushed the button. Waited awhile for someone to answer. Gave our order to a guy who didn't seem to know the menu. It's ok, maybe he was new? Then we sat and waited for our food for approx 20 min. We pushed the button again and they said the food was on the way out. Everything was cold except the onion rings (which were delicious). My husband didn't want onions on his hot dog and it was covered with them. We pushed the button again and explained our issues. Someone came out and my husband offered up the food which she didn't take and she said she'd take care of it. We sat and waited. As we did my husband was picking off onions and we both ate it. She comes back and said that since we had eaten some of the food, she could do anything about it. First of all, yes, we ate the hot dog thinking she didn't want it. We ate a few fries to discover they were cold, nothing after that! She wouldn't do anything to fix our complaint. We left and called to speak to the mgr. Ends up being the same person we spoke with there. She said to come back for a refund which she should have offered when we were there! We told her we wouldn't be back. absolutely the WORST PLACE TO GO!!!! the only reason why I even go there is because I happen to live behind it and I was craving a milkshake. as I'm writing this review I'm standing outside STILL WAITING so far it's been about 10 maybe 15 minutes and the ONLY THING I ORDERED WAS A FREAKING MILKSHAKE!!!!! unless you got some serious time to kill don't bother getting anything here. can you imagine if I actually ordered food??? lol read more
