Every ingredient was high quality and fresh. Our burgers were cooked quickly and to perfection (mid-rare and mid-well, respectively). My favorite part was the pickled onions. Every bite was packed with flavor. I ate way too much because it was just so delicious. The service was perfect, she was warm and friendly. We ordered for takeout and she walked our food out to us when it was prepared. The restroom and kitchen were very clean, which is always a plus. We will definitely be back! read more

First time for hubby and I. My son recommended it. The burgers are 7oz! The meat has a really good chard flavor and they ask you how you'd like it done. It's nestled in a fabulous fresh brioche bun that holds up quite well to all the crunchy fresh fixins, but what really made this bacon cheddar burger pop was the house made chipotle or I think she may have said habanero chili mayonnaise/filling sauce... delicious! I kept scooping it up with my knife and slathering it on each bite, yum! The service was great, so friendly and the owner came out to talk to us. My husband loves burgers and fries. Every Friday we do takeout and this weekend I was grabbing Thai and he asked for macho burger instead. The two restaurants were close enough that I ordered Thai for myself and macho burger for him. For $21 he had a 12 man burger, which has jalapeño and egg on it and a fry. I tried the fry and would give it a two out of 10. However, my husband loves their burgers and says that they are a 9. The burger is large, the patty is cooked well, and the toppings are abundant. The service was good. The food was ordered online, which was an easy experience and the pick up was ready when we got there. Small dining area, but ambience is fine if you need to dine in. read more

Best burger I've ever eaten! I ordered the Bbq Bacon & Blue Cheese burger, onion rings and chocolate shake. Everything about that burger was perfect: delicious bun, perfect bacon, great balance of bbq sauce and crumbled blue cheese and wide-sliced grilled onions. Yum! The onion rings were like doughnuts. Fluffy breading around a wide sliced onion. And the chocolate shake Emily made was the perfect drink to the meal. The person breeding the counter, Emily was a delight. She told me the history of Macho Burger and mentioned pretty much everyone was fresh and made in-house. It showed. Fantastic place and I'm looking forward to going back and trying the Roasted Corn milkshake. read more

You know, we've never actually been to the physical location off of Hwy 9. Driven by it many, many times. We only know of it via Yelp and the many, many positive reviews so when we saw that we could GRUBHUB this place we decided to give their burgers a try. All I can say is "Good Gracious!" Big burgers stacked high. Even w/o all the fillin's, the patty are pretty respectable in itself. But you've got to get the fillin's. Myself, got the 12th Man burger and it is filled to the brim with stuff. In addition to a patty cooked how you like (I like medium rare) there's a fried Egg, Applewood Bacon, Mama Lil`s Peppers, Caramelized Onions, Jalapeño Cream Cheese & Special Sauce. It's messy (usually the sign of a good burger), but very TASTY! I'd classify the burgers at this place as gourmet, a step beyond fast food. And there's several to choose from on the menu. That gourmet classification is fitting too because it does come with that gourmet price and usually with that, no fries included-boo. But it is kinda worth it. The burger will fill you up, no doubt. Who needs stinkin' fries to take up that valuable room in your gut. We did order fries and tots though, which, to be honest weren't half as impressive as their burgers. The fries were okay, the tots I was told were too salty (I didn't have any-gotta watch my BP). One in our party did order an Oreo milkshake and I, a roasted corn milkshake which were good. Good but not as impressive as their burgers. Though I would order that roasted corn milkshake again since I like the flavor and I've never seen it anywhere else. So bottom line, burgers are the bomb here, everything else just okay. So my rating/review is based on the burgers alone I guess. I'm always on the hunt for new family-friendly burger joints. Macho Burgers is tucked away, so I'm glad google led me here, otherwise I might have just driven on by. The burgers are large and delicious. Fries are good, too, but have to be ordered separately. One order of fries is definitely enough for two people. Since the burgers are so big, two of us couldn't actually finish all the fries! I like the soft drink options as well- there are two cream soda options that are very yummy! The kids meal options are chicken tenders or burger. Both are fine. The restaurant itself has a very cool helicopter fan in the dining room. But both times I visited, the bathroom could have used a bit of a clean up. read more

When I hear Macho Burger, I hear the Macho Man song. Been driving by the old Cunios spot for months waiting for this to open and it finally did and boy was it worth the wait! We ordered take out and used the online site and it was really easy to place our order. Note, if you want a plain burger or other customization, you need to type in the notes as there is no checklist to check/uncheck. Onto the food. 1) Kids cheeseburger (minus the cheese and add lettuce). This was tasty for the little one. They liked the char on the burger and the meat-to-bread ratio was fitting. Only suggestion is perhaps use the same bun as the regular burgers as their kid burgers has sesame seeds and it's a hit/miss with kids. fortunately for us, it was not an issue. 2) Chicken strips and fries. It is a chicken patty fried and cut into strips. it was tasty, crispy and hot. The kids really enjoyed it. 3) Classic bacon burger (medium). This was really good and is truly a macho burger (cue Macho Macho Man song). I liked the toasted bun, the perfectly seasoned beefy patty (which by the way was perfectly pink in the middle). The bacon is thick and crispy and veggies were fresh as well. 4) Sweet potato fries (light salt). this was the only miss on them. We were given regular fries with no salt. Not sure if we got someone else's fries (why no salt????) and they got our fries? Macho Burger, you owe me a dollar ;) I will say, the regular fries are tasty (with a little salt added). hot, crispy and fresh cut. Price point is good, staff is friendly and food is tasty. We will definitely be back. Check this place out. You will not be disappointed (unless you ask for no salt on fries). read more

Got a macho burger and fish & chip for pick up. The burger was $15 without fries which is alittle pricy. The fish and chips was $20 but did come with tartare sauce. The place itself is clean as far as I could see but I was doing carry out. The burger itself was very good. You do get what u pay for. The patty was larger than a normal patty from other places and the sauce was good. I will come back for another burger when I'm not feeling like getting fast food. read more

First let me start by saying I'm a vegetarian, but they do say the have those options. Went today to support a family owned small community restaurant. Ordered the bacon blue cheese burger vegetarian. There was no blue cheese in it and the black bean patty was as hard as a rock. I called in to ask about the cheese and was told the chef put shredded cheese in the burger. Blue cheese has a strong taste, was for sure none in the patty. Also ordered their onion rings. They are so greasy and when you try to take a bite, all of the batter comes off. Sadly I won't be back. They got my $20 plus dollars and I got food I had to throw away. read more

Phenomenal burger, I'd say appropriately priced! For only being the second day open, things ran significantly smoother than I'd expect. I ordered the 12th man burger medium-well and it came out cooked perfectly. The rest of the family got a kids' burger (1/4 lb, side of fries), the black bean veggie burger (add bacon because we're heathens), and a mushroom bacon and swiss. No one had a single complaint other than a "Holy s*** that's too much food!" We also got a Churro Shake (it's literally just a milkshake with a Churro sticking out of the top) and it was bomb as hell too. After deliberation, I feel an edit is fair... It's hard to recommend a family orientated business that doesn't recognize the community they are in. Moving from a food truck and festival, fair, paid event style to a set location, the prices must reflect the patrons you receive and why they come to you. Clearview is made up of hardworking folks, many with children and owners of their own business. Nothing on the menu emphasizes a meal. The burgers alone, with burnt buns, we had to scrape free of charcoal before eating were priced at $14 and above. Again, no fries, no drinks, you want sauce with that... be prprepared to be charged again. For the $60+ with tip we paid for 2 burgers and chicken strips for my son, we could have eaten from the taco stand in the same lot for 3 meals. Again, fries, drinks and sauces are additionally priced. I'm disappointed as I'd been waiting for months for the opening. As for ambiance, it's lacking. It nothing more than Cunious layout with sticky table surfaces. With this said, being new and starting out, and time and a after a collection of feedback, I might be back again. With the price layout, paying over $20 for a burger meal with no frills, I still might drive to Snohomish or Woodinville for more atomosphere and options. read more

It was ok... on day 2 of opening there are bound to be some issues. Ingredients were fresh. Both burgers buns were really burnt and I think I got a kids patty instead of the normal 7oz patty. They do not serve a cheeseburger or hamburger so you have to order the bacon burger and hold the bacon. Sauces were good and homemade but 1$ for a tiny cup?!?! The fries have potential, hand cut just need a few more min in the fryer - soggy and with a raw bite to them. Shakes were great! The staff needs more training, nice but not knowledgeable about the food or general service. Last note- wear a big coat, the place is freezing inside. We visited yesterday and count ourselves lucky we did get sick. Everything came out cold and we were the only seated couple there though they were filling takeout orders. Burgers were barely cooked like not a black & blue burger but saw the grill for about 30 seconds, the fries were cold and wrinkled like they had been sitting around. Everything I've ordered here has been excellent. Really like the burgers and the peppers flavor within, something different and unique, highly recommended! Cuban and fish sandwiches (my wife loved this!) were great as well. The milkshakes also with their cool style and the churro within, yum!
