    Mushroom Bacon & Swiss burger

Food was excellent and so was the service! Highly recommended burger spot. This place stands out from the pack and deserves recognition

An excellent meal after a hard hike! No calorie deficits here!

Literally, without any exaggeration, these are the best burgers I've ever had in my life! Our favorite are the 12th man burger, and then the fried chicken burger. The flavors are amazing! Our rule is any hike over 10 miles get a Macho Burger!

Classic bacon. Bun looks squished due to packing for travel. They are fluffy like the other pictures shows when dining in.

When I hear Macho Burger, I hear the Macho Man song. Been driving by the old Cunios spot for months waiting for this to open and it finally did and boy was it worth the wait! We ordered take out and used the online site and it was really easy to place our order. Note, if you want a plain burger or other customization, you need to type in the notes as there is no checklist to check/uncheck. Onto the food. 1) Kids cheeseburger (minus the cheese and add lettuce). This was tasty for the little one. They liked the char on the burger and the meat-to-bread ratio was fitting. Only suggestion is perhaps use the same bun as the regular burgers as their kid burgers has sesame seeds and it's a hit/miss with kids. fortunately for us, it was not an issue. 2) Chicken strips and fries. It is a chicken patty fried and cut into strips. it was tasty, crispy and hot. The kids really enjoyed it. 3) Classic bacon burger (medium). This was really good and is truly a macho burger (cue Macho Macho Man song). I liked the toasted bun, the perfectly seasoned beefy patty (which by the way was perfectly pink in the middle). The bacon is thick and crispy and veggies were fresh as well. 4) Sweet potato fries (light salt). this was the only miss on them. We were given regular fries with no salt. Not sure if we got someone else's fries (why no salt????) and they got our fries? Macho Burger, you owe me a dollar ;) I will say, the regular fries are tasty (with a little salt added). hot, crispy and fresh cut. Price point is good, staff is friendly and food is tasty. We will definitely be back. Check this place out. You will not be disappointed (unless you ask for no salt on fries).

    Fish and chips. Was decent

Got a macho burger and fish & chip for pick up. The burger was $15 without fries which is alittle pricy. The fish and chips was $20 but did come with tartare sauce. The place itself is clean as far as I could see but I was doing carry out. The burger itself was very good. You do get what u pay for. The patty was larger than a normal patty from other places and the sauce was good. I will come back for another burger when I'm not feeling like getting fast food.

Onion rings, super greasy and really hard to eat

First let me start by saying I'm a vegetarian, but they do say the have those options. Went today to support a family owned small community restaurant. Ordered the bacon blue cheese burger vegetarian. There was no blue cheese in it and the black bean patty was as hard as a rock. I called in to ask about the cheese and was told the chef put shredded cheese in the burger. Blue cheese has a strong taste, was for sure none in the patty. Also ordered their onion rings. They are so greasy and when you try to take a bite, all of the batter comes off. Sadly I won't be back. They got my $20 plus dollars and I got food I had to throw away.

The #4 South of the Border was awesome. It's a meal in itself. Unfortunately our Sweet Potato Fries were just warm and not so great. They were replaced with piping hot fries, however, so no bad. I suspect that this place will do really well, and I expect to be back myself.

    Macho Burger, Fries

Burgers were good and made with quality ingredients. The fries were very good you really noticed that they are cut fresh for sure. Ordered the Macho burger it was exceptional and delicious. Also had the horchata milkshake and it was also quite amazing I was told that it has morro which has a nice nutty taste that is unique. I will definitely return here again and try their other options.

    Classic bacon cheeseburger.

Smashburger was flavorful and the right amount of gooey. Caesar dressing is tasty - I enjoy the crouton dust. Those tots are an excellent choice - crispy outside, mash like inside with bacon and cheese. The lime creme really helps cut the rich. Beer and cocktails were also great! The best part, though, is their social media reply game to bigots who were upset they dared celebrate pride. 10/10 community engagement. 10/10 will return

He also assured me they have all types of beers. So, we headed on over! The dude got a hazy IPA and I ordered their crisp blonde ale. Both were served cold and tasted so good on a hot day. We also split a delish chicken caprese sandwich and a caesar salad. All of the food was fresh and tasty; though the "crumb style" croutons on the caesar were not appealing to me texturally. What can I say? I like a big crouton! The service was super friendly and efficient for 95% of the meal. At the end, though, we had trouble getting our check. Not a huge deal, but seemed odd considering the service was so amazing for the rest of the experience. Note: parking here is sparse. We had to park a few blocks away; though later I noticed there's a pay lot just up the street.

As a vegetarian, my protein option was pesto tofu, while the other options were salmon and tuna. They had all the usual greens and vegetables, and everything was served cold. There were a few in house dressings along with some store bought ones. I tried the balsamic vinaigrette and a honey ginger dressing. It was good, but I think it could be better. My husband ordered the pesto tofu sandwich with Moroccan soup, and that was the highlight. The sandwich was delicious, and his only regret was not getting the full size. The soup was also really flavorful. The place itself feels cozy. The food came out quickly, and we finished everything in no time. Parking is street parking, which might be tricky, especially on weekends. Overall, a good experience. I would definitely come back to try more sandwiches or burgers, but I would probably skip the salad bar next time.

The manager was very nice and super helpful and what could have been a big problem on a very busy evening turned into a few minutes of waiting outside on a sunny day. The food was good (WOW - especially the Parmesan Artichoke dip. I expected it to be the usual, creamy dip you get everywhere but this had a hit of garlic that made it SPECTACULAR.) But the BEST part of the evening was our server, Brenton. He was funny, kind, very good at his job, checked in with us at exactly the right times and just generally made the evening a great one. Am rating 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) They have no gluten free options. Not a GF bun, bread., pasta nor pizza dough. I understand not having many, but to have no GF choices is just not great these days. My husband with celiac disease had very few options. 2) Need more and reservable outside seating. Especially on the beautiful days (like this one was) - having to sit inside was a big bummer. They had more tables outdoors but we were told those were waiting areas and that we couldn't eat there. Anyway - a good spot and an even better one if they made just a couple changes.
