All the guacamole and sour cream and any sauces needed to be on the side. I was driving 15-20 minutes. I didn't want it to become gross by the time I got home. Nothing like soggy chimichugas. Got home half the order was correct so I will give them two stars. The other one had guacamole and sour cream on it. Called. And got nowhere. Told her I wouldn't be coming back. The shrimp taco and tortillas were all microwaved. My daughter's tacos were good the rice was cold in parts and warm in others which tells me they were also microwaved. It took 30min. Just to get microwaved food. We are going on 40 min just waiting for the check after she took our plates. There's 3 other tables so not busy. Now all the workers are standing talking and no one in the dining room is being tended to. I finally had to get up to pay and no tip was given 33.00 for 4 tacos and 2 aguas fescas. I will not be back. Terrible service, terrible food, never great when you go to a restaurant and they microwave the food.

Now to the entrees, always sooooooo fresh and delicious. I would seriously eat here once a week if we could afford to ( they kindly offer coupons online and in hometown values magazine on the regular) Just a wonderful delight in every way. It was a little tough to get a refill while we waited for our order to make it to the table. When we asked for an additional serving of pico we were told there was an extra charge (which was fine at $2), but it never arrived. I come here all the time with my daughter after swimming at the Snohomish aquatic center and the service is great. Tonight however we felt abandoned, chipless, pico deficient, and a little sad for the experience. I think you need a few more peeps to handle the summer crowds.

Called to make them aware what happened, then went back in and they played the "I don't understand" game. Odd, since I went there roughly 15-20 times this summer and they understood that exact order just fine. Tried going again and made them aware of last time, to make sure I at least get what I ordered. They played the same "I don't understand game." I tried giving them two chances. Bummer, because the food is good. Be cautious.

In any case, this place is amazing. I love getting their mission-style burritos - particularly the California Burrito. It has rice (a bit unconventional), fries, your choice of meat (carne asada, pollo.... etc), cilantro, sour cream... maybe other stuff. But the meat and fries are great - and even though the rice makes it a super-carb-bomb, it works. They have three salsa options: red, green, and habanero. I got the habanero on my last trip, and it was pretty darn spicy (and super orange). Excellent!

La Ruleta does not have a bar/lounge; however, beer, wine and spirits are available. Lunch specials run Mon-Fri from 11am-3pm. The menu is diverse, sure to satisfy everyone. We arrived at opening and during our visit, there was one single person doing everything: seating, cooking, taking orders, cleaning and cashing people out. Be patient. Enjoy your experience and company. While looking over the menu, we snacked on complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were light and crispy. The salsa was a bit runny/thin and mild for my tastes. My daughter ordered a Michelada for $12. I ordered a Bloody Mary for $8. The Bloody Mary was garnished with a single celery stick while lacking the standard garnishments such as olives, pepperoncini's, beans, asparagus etc. I chose the Mexican Scramble for $17. I chose fresh fruit as my side and declined the toast and/or tortilla. My daughter ordered the Chorizo Benedict for $14.50 with a side of fresh fruit. We ended our breakfast with a complimentary Fried Ice Cream thanks to spinning the wheel. Overall, we both enjoyed our meal choices.
