Probably the worst birger I have eaten in WA state. I have tried a bunch of burger spots and wven enjoy a good food truck from time to time. When I gave this one a try a few days ago, I was a lottle excited due to the reviews. But, the burger was dry and the fries cold. I asked if she made it, and she said she did & I Honestly don't think she made the party, but I'll let it pass as $14.70 for burger and fries is kinda good when I don't wanna cook. Jalapeño bacon burger...SO GOOD...SO GOOD!!! My daughter has wanted to try your food truck for probably over a year! It just never worked out, either we were working when you visited our neighborhood or we forgot. We finally got the chance to visit your food truck and we were all glad we did!!! She said the veggie burger was a bit bland compared to the jalapeño bacon burger, but it had carrots on it...she doesn't like carrots...but she ate them anyways! We had the food truck in our neighborhood again this week and I finally was able to try it. The burgers were good, solid, nice amount of meat and good patty and sauces. The only downer for me were the fries, I'm a total skinny fries fan, but they were pretty bad. Well this ISNT one of those places. I went with the Miguel Chipotle Burger and it was BOMB.COM. The patty was huge! never seen a burger patty that thick and juicy from a food truck. it was packed full of flavor, fresh ingredients and you can tell that they love what they do. Meh, meh, meh. If I'm going to pay $10 for a burger, I want it to at least have real cheese. Processed Swiss = no bueno. The fries were unremarkable, except they were seasoned with my beloved Johnny's Seasoning Salt. I was looking forward to an awesome food truck burger on my lunch break, but instead I got an overpriced jr cheeseburger, but with fake Swiss cheese. I ordered the grilled onion burger, and the onions were cooked perfectly, caramelized to perfection, but there was no redemption for the fake cheese. Jessica's truck was visiting my complex in Woodinville tonight. Being Friday, I intended to overlook it since burgers generally don't fit well with no meat Friday's. I'm glad I double checked and found a veggie burger option. The folks working inside the truck were quick; I don't even think I waited five minutes. The veggie burger with Sriracha Mayo was delicious and the shoestring fries were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. I'll look forward to visiting again and trying one of the beef burgers. read more

The food truck was in our neighbourhood park today. The only thing unique was terrible customer service for below average food. I asked for a burger plain for the kids and they made it with cheese. Which is a no go for the kids. When I went back the lady insisted I said cheese. I had a friend there who I also ordered for who witnessed that I asked for the burgers plain. We visited the food truck at Parklands NorthCreek. I had the Chipotle Cheese Burger and wife had the Cheese burger. They use grass fed beef, and you can surely tell. Utterly delicious. The frees were beautifully done, wife loved them. Just for me, I will ask for the Chipotle sauce not with Mayo as that made it less spicy than I desire, but it sure is tasty. She brought out the flavor of the Chipotle peppers, which is why it is used in the south for flavor. Will totally go again. Thank you so much. read more

This truck/Burger concept got my attention since day one and was like love at first sight to me... the lady was super friendly and the taste of the meat is absolutely unique! I will try to describe the unique burger taste: great shape, super round, perfect grilled marks on both sides, minimum torque, FDA approved & California's Happy cows certified... I'm fucking kidding! people! Its just a great burger! other reviews complaints about expectations but honestly for the price and concept this burger is just that: Unique & tasty! if you don't like this, take your $10-12 bucks somewhere else like John Howie (douchebag) and get you something like a "fancy" side salad or extra "toasty" bread. read more

I ordered a bacon cheese burger what I got was a tomato cheese burger. With inedible ends of tomato one with core still in it. This is not first time this has happened. How about having whoever does prep .Remove cores when cutting them out and person putting them together throw them out should not be used. I tried this food truck across from my work place recently and was pretty disappointed. For starters, it appears they bought their food truck from "Tasty Vibes", a truck that I actually enjoyed. I know this, because they haven't even gone through the effort to paint over the Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook info on the side of the truck for that former business. Their business name, "Jessica's Unique Bites", is then printed on a piece of typing paper very small over the window of the truck. It didn't inspire confidence to me, but I like to give new trucks a fair shake. I tried the avocado burger and it was pretty average, despite the owner claiming to be "unique". It was pretty much what you'd expect...burger, tomato, avocado, bacon, cheese, etc. So there is no way to really mess that up, but it wasn't stellar and it wasn't unique. I typically try food trucks because I DO want something unique or a different take on an old concept. The reason for this is the baseline of all food trucks is about 10 bucks. The burgers here were about the same (maybe 11? I don't remember) and I just felt like I could have gotten a better burger for the same price at Red Robin or something. The thing that DID make me a bit annoyed though was the portion of french fries that came with it. It was pathetic. It was barely the amount that a Happy Meal comes with from McDonald's, it was so small. The burger was uninspired, the fries were uninspired, the truck ITSELF is uninspired. If there is nothing else available, this place won't disgust you by any means. But it's just not great. And it is certainly not unique. read more

There is nothing "unique" about these eats. The menu is very average and outdated. While the quality of food is fine, I've literally had better burgers at community cookouts and high school football games than at this food truck. It's just okay. Is it better than cooking yourself? Maybe.... but would I buy it if it didn't roll right into my community. Hell no. Jessica's "unique" bites also really needs to work on their customer service. The clerk was snotty and visibility rolled her eyes when we asked a question about what a menu item was. Overall the truck needs a major image makeover. Due to how far away our event was (Kitsap Peninsula), many food trucks had turned down catering our event. When I contacted Jessica, she not only was willing to come all the way out to the other side of the Sound, but she was such a pleasure to work with! We were so impressed from her early arrival to the event, the VERY affordable price per head, all the way down to her delicious food. All 88 of our guests raved about how Jessica's Burgers were the highlight of the day. Jessica was very efficient and no one had to wait too long for their food. I chose to offer a variety of burgers. The patties were cooked to perfection, and everything on the burger was very fresh. We also LOVED the chunks of fresh garlic on the garlic fries. The beer battered onion rings were also to die for. I think the winner of the day was Jessica's special, the Carnitas Burger, which is made up of 24 hour, slow roasted pulled pork, marinated in a blend of homemade Mexican spices. The jalepeno bacon burger was really good. The fries were good too, but its just a small side, but for $10 I thought it was sufficient.
