Really slow service and workers are rude. They need more employees because they only have one person working stalls.

Food and drinks are good, but service is slow. Stall service is typically served last even after ordering before the drive thru customers. Average wait time is 20-30 mins after making an order at a stall when drive thru only waits 5-10 mins. This happened on several occasions and the reason why I have to give only 2 stars here. I still plan to come back, but have to warn others and hope the franchise owner can do something about it read more

I'd leave zero stars if you could. What a horrible experience. It opened over a year ago and tonight was the first time after multiple tries that I could actually place an order. I was helped by a guy who was WAY TOO cool and too bored to be working fast food. It took a very long time to get my "fast food" order. I even turned off my car it took so long. I ordered #3 cheeseburger and a small order of onion rings. All I can say is "don't ever bother". The hamburger tasted like - well nothing. No beef flavor, not much sauce (maybe a 1/2 teaspoon each of mayo and ketchup) and it was soggy and cold. Not "cooled off" !COLD!. I live 1/2 mile away so expected it to be at least warm when I got home. But then there were the onion rings. Oh my! All of the very small 6 of them were a close relative on the evolutionary scale to fossilized twigs. They were way over cooked and I biting them they were so hard. I fed all but 2 to my dogs - they like everything. My advice is to drive down the road a bit to Jack-in-the-Box, Arby's, Nick's Jr (the BEST in Everett by the way) and forget this place. They are even worse than McDonalds and that is a hard failure to beat. I'll never go back. read more

The reviews are right. I would advise against visiting this location. When I arrived, there was a single car in the drive thru. When I parked in a stall, still just the one. It took over 10 minutes for them to say anything to me after pressing the button and what they told me was that they weren't taking orders at the stalls and that I'd have to go to the drive thru. I understand it's one of the cheaper items on the menu, but I got the Jr Bacon, Egg and Cheese burrito and I honestly should make better life decisions. The bacon was so burned that the entire car smelled of that specifically after I opened the wrapper. Went through the drivethru and ordered a BLT, jalepeno cheeseburger, chicken popcorn and mozzarella sticks, both with ranch. I got back a blt with no tomato, jalepeno cheeseburger with no jalepenos, and we received no sauces. Literally everything we ordered was missing something. We stopped by randomly on an early Friday afternoon. About 3:30ish I'd say. There were a few cars in the drive-thru and some more in the few stalls this location has. I ordered on the app, hoping everything would be ok because I know this location is still pretty new. We pulled into a stall and placed the order without any issues. So far so good. Within maybe 3 minutes, a nice man brought our food and drinks and we were on our way home. Food was pretty average, but not bad. The drinks were great. We tried the featured burger on the app and it wasn't bad - it could've used a bit of seasoning but it seemed fairly fresh and was overall pretty good. We also ordered a couple pretzel twists and you could tell those were older but when you dip them in cheese sauce, who's really gonna care lol. So far we've only been here once but I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars, not quite 4. Hopefully they're getting the kinks smoothed out from their recent opening because I'd really love to have another great fast food option near home. We'll keep returning every so often, especially for the drinks! read more

The food wasnt fully provided after asking 3 times for all the sauces and chicken tenders we bought, One worker that was behind the orders called me "disrespectful" for asking for everything I already pre ordered. Then finally when my food came out one employee smirked and said "we aren't serving you the sauces". I used the sonic app to order a strawberry slushie at 9:25pm order says will be ready at 9:45pm . When I got there at 9:37pm all the drive through stalls were shut off . I went to the front and went I saw a bunch of punks giggling standing around while there wre cars waiting on orders , the manager said to me he closed early because he was training. Background about myself I used to work fast food for close to 6 years and one point was even a manager, I've seen some shit and worked with some pretty nasty customers and know how a nice customer can change someone's shift for the better. Now onto this, went thru the drive thru and ordered for me and my husband. The order taker seemed to be having a pretty bad day since she was so snappy with everything. Granted it was pretty busy at the time so I get it, either way it caught me off guard when she kept cutting me off and rushed me. The kid at the window was super sweet. Anyways I get home and immediately have to put the baby to bed. After an hour I finally come out to eat my food and while my husband had his order mine was just something entirely different. Usually when there's a rush this kinda stuff happens so I wasn't mad but a little frustrated since I was so hungry. I tried to call twice but nobody answered. Knowing how return policies work for restaurants I packed everything up and drove back. Same speaker at the drive thru and she kept huffing over me returning. When I got to the window she shooed away the worker and snatched up the bag I brought back and threw it into the trash. Then demanded I told her what I was getting. I started with "it was a double cheesebu-" and I was interrupted again. This time she raised her voice at me and asked "NO, what was ON it" then proceeded to scream at her workers. At this point I'm assuming she's a manager so there's no point in asking to speak to the manager. She brings me my food and practically throws it at me and slams the window shut before I can even ask for sauces. A more than 30-minute wait on a simple order with conflicting reasons on why it took so long to get it, which was lukewarm. The first teller (female) claimed someone else took the order and will re-make it, but then the second teller (male) said it was not the case and they were short-staffed. The food was OK, but the service was complete garbage this manager with his two men crew the two crew people were nice and the manager had the mic on either way they missed one of my items I come up to the window or the item order menu through drive-through and I was telling him that I was missing an item and my order was completely messed. I can't even submit a complaint for this store to the corporate webiste as its not an option available when submitting feedback for service at a store. This is for store #6813 at 10316 Evergreen Way Everett, WA 98204 (425) 374-7806 I placed an order number at 8:18pm using Order Ahead through the Sonic App and less than a minute later checked into Stall #5 at this location. 27 minutes after checking in at the stall I decide to go to the walk up window to try and find out what the issue was with my simple order of 4 drinks (a mini M&M Shake, 2 RT44 Sodas, and a Med slush.) I asked to speak to a manager to complain about the wait time. While speaking with the employees I was lied to multiple times (I was told I was speaking to a manager when I wasn't. I was told the wait was due to a shortage of staff, but there were at least 6 people in the store, none of them in any particular rush, with the drive through clear of cars several times while I was waiting) and when I was ordered to leave, I tried to leave with my order but another employee refused to hand it to me and the drink carrier ripped, spilling all of the drinks and my entire order to the ground outside. From here I decided that I didn't want anything to do with this situation and decided to leave without my order or a refund (which was never offered to me) which is when the assistant manager on duty threatend me and said she was calling the police. There were some more heated words exchanged and after assuring no one was hurt and no property was damaged (except for my order) I walked away to my car and drove away after the assistant manager took a picture of my license plate. Due to this I will be processing a charge back on my credit card for the order as I never recieved my order or a reasonable resolution since I was never offered a refund. This kind of experience for any customer service based business is exceptionally deplorable. Excessive wait times due to employees prioritzing drive-thru over stalls, a complete lack of customer empathy, and being threatened with crimial accusation over a mess of spilt drinks has ensured my family and everyone we know will never be visiting this location again. read more
