Top: guacamole burger w/ jojos Bottom: chicken chipotle burger w/ jojos extra chipotle sauce!!!!

I have a great experience every time I come here! Service is prompt and the food is good. Even though I've eaten in probably over a dozen times, and have tried many different menu items, I always end up resorting back to my faithful and favorite chicken chipotle sandwhich. I always ask for extra chipotle sauce on the side, it's my favorite sauce EVER, but specifically the way the cooks here make it in house. I also think the ambiance is sportsy/casual enough you can bring your family or date here for a nice meal. I've brought 3 different people here for their first time and they now love it! I really appreciate a place like this being around.

Bob's Burgers & Brews - Hit or Miss We popped in for a spontaneous date night and decided to give Bob's a try. We got there around 4:30, so it wasn't busy and we were seated right away--always a plus. Service was prompt and friendly. Our server took our drink order quickly, and we were ready to go with food when she brought them out. We started with the mozzarella sticks, which were honestly the highlight--perfectly crunchy with that satisfying cheesy pull. For mains, I had the prime rib dip and my partner got the Bayou burger. He asked for the blue cheese on the side but didn't get it at all. The burger had some flavor, but it was missing that extra kick he was hoping for. My prime rib dip was a bit of a letdown--it lacked flavor and was pretty greasy. I did enjoy the seasoned fries, though. He also asked for two dipping sauces, which were included, but just a heads-up--additional sauces are 30 cents each. Overall, it was nice to go out and not cook, but nothing really wowed us. Probably wouldn't return, but glad we gave it a try.

Always love Bob's burgers it's a wonderful place to eat at. It has wonderful seafood and burgers. It has wonderful appetizers and the employees are always so happy and glad to see you. It also is a very clean restaurant. It's someplace that you feel comfortable socializing in the bar wonderful if you want to quick mail for lunch.

We made reservations here for Mother's Day brunch we thought but apparently not brunch but the regular menu was being offered so we had burgers instead. Now it was before Covid that they used to have a weekend brunch but maybe not anymore it's been awhile since we've been here it hasn't really changed much the menu is pretty much hamburgers and chicken sandwiches or wraps. I went with the mushroom burger Nancy got the aloha burger, I got fries with mine and she got onion rings with hers. Being Mother's Day I was surprised at how not busy they were we were there at 12 am it was pretty empty so we got our food quick which was nice. All in all not a bad lunch I was looking forward to the breakfast brunch but oh well happy Mother's Day'

Updating my review as my friend and I came in here. Really nice and attentive waitress. She checked on us a few times and brought refills without asking us. Our food came out hot and fresh and exactly as ordered.

Friends love Bobs. I think I've been here before. But I can't really remember, so I suppose it doesn't count. For me, Bob's is a the twin brother of Red Robin. Yet, it's the younger brother. Bob's is a bit south of Red Robin, just as DQ is south of McDonald's, or Mickey Dee's is to, say, In-N-Out. There just isn't much difference at first glance. Same layout and same vibe. Same menu style and layout and basically the same items. Anyway, moving fwd. I wish I knew how to split these stars in half. This place is really more of a 2.5 than a 3 star. It balances in a "I would eat there again..." and "...because there were no better options." It was fine. Really, it was. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back there. It was missing something. A spark? The energy? A greeting at the door? I'm not sure. I would probably drive the extra mile to find another American burger and fries sit-down, neighborhood, food chain. Sadly it is pretty much right next to a Red Robin. So the doppelgänger is unavoidable. But Red Robin did me dirty last time by hoarding the fries in the back of the house rather than in front of my face (ha-ha). The waiter was cool. Nice. Easy going. Positive. Attentive. Well, until he brought my friend the wrong order. Then picked it up and took it the guy who actually ordered it. I'm not sure that is allowed in restaurants for health reasons. It was a bit awkward. He played it off well. Like I said he was cool. Yet, I was surprised the guy at the bar who was given his order took it. He had no idea if we had touch his food. But my order wasn't mistaken. Though I sort of wish it were. Truthfully, the food was a bit bland. The ordered Turkey Dip seemed to lack flavor and had just been rolled of an assembly line in Detroit. The bread wasn't fresh, warm, or toasted. It was just there. The bread can make or break a sandwich! No joke. The BBQ sauce (the Robin to the main dishes BatMan) was no Joke(r), a bit thick and too sweet for me. I was expecting basically a French Dip w/ a Turkey for Beef substitute. I missed that staple watery au jus dipping sauce that was born for French Dips. The onion rings were stacked high. They were great, which was a welcomed thing. For this is what filled me up. I know the gimmicky drill on sides. Sides are an economical savvy thing to do when the main dish is "less than." They are the decoration, the eye candy, the presentation center piece. They add color and texture. The O Rings did the trick. The tater tots gave further evidence to my friends plate across the table. But really, I started this review off saying Bobs is a step down from Red Robin on the the family franchisees latter. Yet, something tells me I need to go back. You know like this was just a bad game played by a great team. But, really, I felt last night, this team lost to Team Denny's or Shari's. Not that anything is wrong with Denny's. The Grand Slam Breakfast is tattooed into my childhood. Shari still makes great pies.

My girlfriend and I went to the Everett location yesterday evening. It was the first time we've been to Bob's Burger. We only first heard of them from a coupon in the Valpak we received the same day. I really appreciated their coupon showcasing their Black Bean vegan burger option! . Given this, we decided we had to give it a try. They also offer a Garden Burger, which I'm not sure if it's vegan, as well as an off-menu Impossible Burger (I'm not sure why that's off menu but I'm glad it's available as an option!). As per the waitress, those were the only vegan options available for the main course, which is totally fine. We both ordered the black bean burger, I had mine garnished with avocados and mushrooms. In addition we ordered a hummus platter to share between us. The hummus platter was huge, an absolute sh*t ton of celery, carrots and cucumbers. Now, that said, we felt like more variety could have been included with the veggie options, but what was provided was beyond generous!! The hummus itself was good, tasty. We also ordered a couple of adult beverages, both were very tasty and didn't seem "skimpy" at all, another point in their favor! The burgers were really good (my GF got steak fries with hers and I got a house salad with mine). She found her food to be tasty and in her words "what one would expect from a black bean burger". I found the food to be really tasty actually. The inclusion of jalapeno in their burger added a nice flavor profile without being obnoxiously too hot in any way. So, overall, so far it sounds like we were having a nice time, right? If so, why oh why just the 1* afforded on the review? Well, I'll get to that now. If you look at the picture of the coupon, it very specifically says "$7 off w/the purchase of two dinner entrees and two beverages", which we gladly fulfilled ... or so we thought .... It turns out, the beverages were limited to non alcoholic beverages only. I mean, come the f* on, how were we supposed to possibly know that?!? So they actually did not honor the coupon and we were left feeling like suckers in a ridiculous bait and switch. Look, it's only $7 so I don't care about the amount. Shoot, if there was no coupon involved at all ... just a mailer showcasing their vegan burger, we'd still be there just as quickly. I don't know if other Bob's Burger establishments play as fast and loose with breaking their advertising promises but I hope not. We will never step food in that establishment again and want to be sure that others receiving the coupon understand the unspoken limitations before going in. It would seem like such an easy thing to have fixed, to honor the wording on their coupon for a stupid $7, but evidently honest advertising is not where their priority is and for that, I feel I have no choice but to give only 1 star. ***Addendum*** due to the manager's recent comment on this review, which makes perfect sense to me, I've changed my 1* to a 4*. Thank you

Came with a large group and service was great. Food was where Bob's Burgers fell short for me. My chicken sandwich had very hard to eat chicken (too dry/hard), and I would recommend the Jojo potatoes over the shoestring French fries! Parking was easy though and they have tv's built into the bathroom mirrors haha

We were passing by the area and dropped in for a quick beer and an appetizer. We got a few beers and just one appetizer (Cheesy Nachos) which was fabulous. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the ambience. Would love to come back again and explore their burgers.

Turkey Dip. Perfect. The Turkey is fresh fresh and is not processed meat. So freaking good. Yum. You gotta get one.

HH review In short…read moreGreat design in a very welcoming space. Food might be under-seasoned to some people, but it's very well executed...and you can always add salsa. Great bar program, too. In long Previously, my biggest complaint with coming here was the total lack of parking every time I have tried. They obviously have no trouble getting the crowds in here. Today we scored some free time in the mid-afternoon, and their HH starts at 3:00 every day. We did go off the HH menu for 3 items, which ended up being worth it. You can't help but notice the buildout here. Pretty lights, interesting patterns or murals on almost every wall, lots of cool detail to the finishes everywhere you look. They even have yon selfie wall next to the washrooms (they took down a much bigger one). The bar has a couple flatscreens showing the game, but I'd probably not come here specifically to pay attention to a ballgame. At regular price, we got an awesome plate of chunky guac which I'd put against guac anywhere around here, at least that I've tried. At $15, it was almost a buck a bite, but, man, it was tasty. The bean dip had a great creamy consistency and mixed well with all the other condiments. We also got a muddled fruit cocktail from the regular menu, which was also excellent. The ceviche isn't a huge portion, and not overloaded with shrimp, but, hey, it's HH, and it's super fresh and tasty. The street tacos had awesome grilled flavor on the chicken, and the salsa served with them was fresh and excellent. We got 2 other salsas with our chips; the table salsa is nice but mild on the heat. The habanero salsa was a little too runny to get much on a plain chip, but it had great flavor and kick. Everything tasted really fresh and added plenty of seasoning to whatever was on the table. This is definitely a good place to mash up your salsas and dips and see what you concoct. The street corn was delicious. Such a perfect HH food--easy for the kitchen, but tons of flavor, and they nail the presentation. Corn tasted really sweet and crunchy even though you know they get it frozen. I'd get it again any time. For 3 apps, 2 dips, and 2 cocktails, we were under $90 before tip. Not too bad, especially since we went off the HH menu for stuff. This place is definitely in the rotation.

We had a MARVELOUS experience!…read more My bf, his mom and myself passed by this place on a couple of walks. I've also marked it as a place to visit. It is part of the Staybridge Suite hotels here and this hotel in general, is always packed! We finally know why! The hotel inside is beautiful -- woodwork and a cozy ambience! The 5 x 5 bar & bistro is new. What it was before was an old theater. Matthew was a one-man show with two ladies helping him with carrying the done orders to the tables. It was actually quiet on a Wednesday when we had went. Only 3 tables occupied. We missed happy hour and settled on the regular menu. I had the chicken tenders (4-pc) with lemon pepper seasoning (oh my -- this was delicious!) along with sweet potato waffle fries. I also got the hummus plate -- fresh veggies and the hummus had feta cheese and olive oil too, yummy! My bf had the pepperoni pizza with cheddar cheese and topped with green onions. I had a taste of it and it was pretty good! My bf's mom had the fish burger with a side salad. Matthew was so kind and made a mental note of the orders. He even remembered my bf's mom saying 'no cheese' and he doubled checked with her after looking at the fish burger. Real nice guy and his service with the ladies was warm and delightful! They're forming an events room hall that will be done soon that used to be a pool area (so yes, no swimming pool anymore). They also have a nice patio area with long chairs and a nice mini bar/grills in the middle. I also had a limoncello cooler and my bf's mom has red wine too. We'd come back again!

In short Great deals on great drinks, food is really solid,…read moreand the setting is nice and friendly. Only drawback is that the hours are limited. In long Lately we've been seeking out places that are literally quieter--less volume on the music, more space between the tables, and so on. I'd been wanting to check out 5x5, anyway, since it's the only spot around with an exactly perfect rating score. It looked like it'd fit the bill for a low-key place, and off we went. We came in shortly after they opened on a Saturday (4:00 PM). You're in a larger business-traveler hotel here, aimed at Boeing and Boeing-sub folks traveling for work. The building looks kinda generic from outside, but there's plenty of parking, and the lobby has a high-ceilinged atrium vibe for sure. Nice floor tiles, nice carpet, tasteful furniture. Everything's in perfect shape. You don't feel the lounge vibe right away, but there's a gigantic fireplace ahead of you, warming both sides of the room from the middle. Around that, there are lots of sturdy, shiny tables under the lofty ceilings. Off to the side, there's a little lounge area, then another one. Everything in the lounge is bar-height seating, and there are a few flatscreens, probably showing the game. Most folks are in here, sitting around the bar in the middle of the room. We posted up at a table just outside the lounge. Lindsey was behind the bar, and cheerfully answered every single question we had about food and all their cocktails. She's super friendly and makes a great drink for sure. She seems to have a bunch of regulars who aren't staying at the hotel, which is a great sign, no doubt. We checked out the warm pretzel--such a decadent treat. The waffle fries (and especially the aioli that came with them) were awesome. The pizza was a great choice; we added pickled onions to the Speedway. The crust could be a little crisper but we took home what we didn't finish and it's great here, too. Service on food and drinks was really quick. The cocktails here can be really creative, and there are lots of classics with house twists on the recipe. They even have a pisco sour they've tweaked--that's a fair bit of work for a bartender to make mid-shift. We got 5 great drinks and 3 nice plates of food for $96, and I don't think we even ordered anything from the HH menu. This is a very easy place to add to the rotation.

The revitalizing Everett downtown offers an increasingly impressive selection of restaurant and drinking choices. The Colby Club is one of the best. Presented as a "Speakeasy ", it is not in any way hidden away, but strives for the '20s vibe, with period furniture and decor. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Our Bartender, Mark, was exceptional! Watching him craft our cocktails was a show in itself! Delicious cocktails well crafted and presented. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Omg, okay so Friday night date night, first Friday of the month, which apparently matters (more on…read morethat later). We roll up to the Colby Club in Everett, and honestly? I thought it was closed. It's dark outside, no sign glowing, kinda mysterious in a "do we knock or...?" way. But we slide in and BAM... disco lights, disco jams, and staff dressed straight out of the '70s. I was instantly vibing. We snagged a table facing the crowd because obviously I live for good people watching. Our waitress, adorable and super sweet, suggested I try the Lavender Flip, and holy moly it was amazing. Like floral, creamy, cozy perfection in a glass. Hubby got some cucumber-whiskey thing that looked so fancy I had to steal a sip (and yes, it was as good as it looked). Food-wise, we split... he got the charcuterie board (solid) and I got the bacon-wrapped dates, which were basically tiny bites of happiness. Just enough to snack on without ruining the drinks. The whole vibe? Chef's kiss. My husband actually said, "This is my perfect place," and he's not wrong. Chill lighting, funky crowd, killer playlist, and that sweet spot between classy and relaxed. Only hiccup, it took forever to get our check, but to be fair, it was packed and our waitress apologized about a dozen times. Then I find out Everett does some big "First Friday" thing every month, and Colby Club goes all in. Disco night and all-night happy hour. Like, what?! Unreal. Definitely coming back on a regular night too, just to see what the "normal" vibe is like (if it's ever normal). 10/10 for date night energy, people watching, and cocktails that make you wanna dance under a disco ball.
