We went here midday Easter Sunday so yes there was a long wait but our service was amazing. We placed a mobile order but had to call and cancel because we had to make it to an appointment. Victoria, the general manager, was the sweetest and understanding woman ever. She offered to make our drinks later if we were able to come back. After our appointment we came back and the parking lot was packed but Victoria recognized us and let us know she was starting our order. To apologize for the wait she brought out some ice cream and was very apologetic. We watched 3 different people get out of their cars and yell at Victoria for the long wait but she was very professional. I have been here for almost over an hour and still have not received my food. They took 20 minutes to even take my order and they never apologized for taking so long. We ordered three sandwiches and a French fry and the lady at the door I had to walk up too to get my French fries because they weren't in the bag was extremely rude and swore she didn't sell me a French fry. I have nothing positive to say about this place. It's got to be the trashiest place I've been to. 90% of the drive in stalls are broken. There's always a 15-30 minute wait on all orders even tho I placed and order through the app so you would think it would be quicker and easier but nope. The staff here always have some kind of an attitude, like they hate their job. No smiles and no proper greetings. Food is another story smh. if you like being ripped off this is the place for you. my husband and I stopped in for lunch while our daughter was shopping with friends at the Commons. we ordered and sat and waited for at least 45 minutes. the worker came out and handed me half our food and no drinks. when I asked where the rest of the food was the guy told me that was all.. No receipt was attached. I returned the food to him and asked for a refund as at this point our patience was gone. The manager came over, scrolled through the device looking for our ticket. I showed him the charge on my bank for our order and he still couldn't find our check. He explained that our ticket was so old he couldn't find it in the system. i agreed and told him that's why we were upset and wanted to leave. He advised me to call corporate. I've called corporate twice and they keep telling me someone at the store will have to follow up as the store has to refund the money. This is the absolute SLOWEST...Sonic I've EVER been to. The waitress was SUPER nice, but um...that's like...her JOB...so...big deal. I ordered for both my wife and myself and it took an HOUR AND A HALF while we waited in the HUMID FLORIDA HEAT (because I'm a truck driver and had to walk from Best Buy) sweating and suffering all for some overpriced and OVERCOOKED carnival food. My hi-C was without flavor even though I ordered it with NO ICE, so apparently they don't check their drink machine very often. My chili on my fries and footlong hotdog was OVERCOOKED so it tasted almost burned (I guess is the right description?) and it wasn't even the headache of walking all the way back and complaining for a refund the waitress lied and said she "couldn't do." Disappointed in the management here.. I ordered the new number 4 combo bacon cheeseburger toaster with hickory smoked bacon and an onion ring with Texas toast. And a side order of onion rings.. the reply on the speaker "where out of onion rings" okay I said so no number 4 because it has an onion ring. "Oh no" was the reply "we have a tray a onion rings for the sandwich" ok I'll take the fries and sandwiches . After that conversation I still didn't get the onion ring on the sandwich. And I mentioned to the voice in the speaker and and a single hot onion ring was delivered to my car 15 minutes later. Oooops I already ate my cold sandwich.. so I enjoyed my single onion ring. As I said management is a disappointment. Do you think they did their best in making my meal whole by bringing my onion ring out 15 minutes later after I ate the sandwich is good customer service? Sucked and it was cold! Went there on my vacation just for something quick. Ate outside and once we got our food it was horrible. The food was cold and fries taste nasty. The lettuce on the burger tasted like they were old. Plus my son is allergic to mustard. We ordered a plan cheese burger with bun burger and cheese. He looked and it was LOADED and words can't even explain how loaded this burger was. I wouldn't eat there again I'm someone paid me. read more

The slowest Sonic I have ever been to. 3/4 drinks were not right. BLT was burnt inside and out on bread. My tots tasted and looked freezer burnt. We are a Sonic loving family and gave this one another try after last summer's vacation. (It took forever then) However, after this summer and waiting 40 mins for 4 drinks and a snack that wasn't up to par, we won't be back to this Sonic.
